Hogwarts RPG Name: Amur Neverwinter Fourth Year | My last post for the night :) ~ Rise and Rise Again, Until Lambs become Lions ~ SPOILER!!: Nai, Arya & Kellen Quote:

"Thanks I got it at a thrift store. I wear it for luck." She bought it because the lady was a good saleswoman and she was hooked, line and sinker for the story about the girl that got struck by lightening. Her mother was sceptic.
No she wasn't new, she just wasn't as invisible as last year, apparently when you become a teenager, other teenagers recognise you. She'd have to write that down later. "No I'm not actually, but thats fine, you couldn't possibly know everyone could you." She gave the girl a grin "I'm Naiomi but you can call me Nai." She looked up at the two older boys. This girl was friends with them, maybe she knew all about their inner workings too. She'd ask when she got her alone because all the muggle television taught her that girls were not allowed to talk about guys in front of the guys in question. Quote:

Some part of him felt a little left out of the hugging, but he reasoned that Arya was a strange girl and would probably only pass her strangeness on to him if they got too close at any given time. Better for her to rub it off on Sabel instead. Or something.
He sent a polite nod in Naiomi's direction, scooting further into the compartment (and consequently nudging Sabel farther back with his shoulder) to make room for everyone else, "Hello, Nai. You're... not in Ravenclaw, are you?"
Oh good lord, he wasn't going to have to memorize every single student in the school, was he? He thought he had a somewhat good grasp on the ones in his house, but past that... not so much. Quote:

When Sabel's words were proven correct by the badge, a grin split across her face and she didn't hesitate to wrap her arms around her other newly badged friend. "You are Head Boy!" Who would have guessed? Certainly not her. "Congrats Kellen!"
After giving Kellen two good squeezes (one for greeting and one for his shiny), she released the boy and turned her attention back to the other girl. "Thrift stores always have the coolest things." She wasn't a frequent shopper of thrift stores, but she loved going into them to see the interesting things they sold. Always different depending on her location.
So she wasn't new to the school, just to Arya. And probably Kellen and Sabel as well. "No, I don't know everyone." She conceded with a grin matching the girls. "Nice to meet you, Nai. I'm Arya." She pointed at her green-eyed friend. "That's Sabel, and this..." She playfully poked Kellen. "...Is Head Boy Kellen." That felt weird to say, but then again he was weird.
Taking a seat, she looked at the girl when Kellen asked about her house. Which one was she in? Surely not Hufflepuff. "Ha!" Sabel gave a light jab to Kellen's shoulder. "No matter what badge you wear Stern, you'll always be first and foremost our friend." Stepping out of the way of Arya's rushing form and Kellen's shoulder nudge, he couldn't help but shake his head in slight wonder. "But yes, congratulations, Head Boy."
If there wasn't someone else in their midst, he would have insisted Kellen give them the fill of the story right then and there, but ignoring the not so new, new girl wouldn't have been polite. Slipping onto the edge of one of the seats, he gave her a warm smile and another small wave. "Hi Nai. Nice to meet you." She didn't look like any Gryffie he had ever seen, but then again last year hadn't exactly been a clear series of events in his memory.
