He blinked at the mention of his parents. No one ever really asked him that. "Erm.... well.... my dad is an architect and my mum is a television producer." He was willing to bet that she had no idea what that meant, but he'd probably end up explaining it to her. She was Halfblood though, so he mentally took that back.
"Horrible singing, check. Wow look how much I've accomplished and I'm not even in Hogwarts yet." Selina laughed.
As he explained about his parents she nodded along. He looked at her like she wouldn't understand what he had said, "That's cool. By the way Christopher I'm a Mixed Blood. It means that I'm not exactly a half blood, but I'm not exactly a pureblood. My line is something like a pureblood married a half-blood who married a pureblood who married a muggleborn and so on. And that whole rant sums up the fact that, I know what those two jobs are."
She giggled and tucked a hair behind her ear, "Anyway what does your Mom produce?"
