Really, in the middle of a bumpy, bouncy ride from Hades that was surely frizzing Annie's hair as Trixie spoke, the goblin tried to compliment her? Who does that?! She did have a point, though; Bunz thought her entire wardrobe (and this dress in particular) certainly worthy of an entire conversation or two or three.

"Thank you, Trixie," she managed to say as the cart hit a straight patch of track. "I have no idea if... it comes in goblin sizes." She at least had the sense not to say something about shrinking it with magic - that could be a touchy subject for a wandless creature. But then the goblin had to bring up her lack of a ring and Annie gritted her teeth as she spared Trixie a second look.

"What a great question," the redhead responded in a sarcastically cheerful tone. "I suppose that would be because my boyfriend is too socially awkward to ask me."

Or else he really doesn't like you that much, said a nagging voice in the back of Bunbury's mind.

Were they at her vault yet? She needed to drown out that little voice with the happy ring of a cash register's bling already.
