The goblin frowned, not because of a customer (for once), but because she had misplaced her glasses. Her long fingers crawled around the mess of papers in front of her, searching for the exact spot where she had set them. As she searched, she shoved a thick packet of papers across the counter and toward the human.
"Fill those out if yeh want a vault. And tell me if yeh see me glasses." They would be the last place she had put them... but where was that?!
Jake's eyes narrowed behind his dark shades as the goblin got her 'tude on.
As the papers were slid towards him, Jake's eyes widened once more. UGH. READING. That sucked.
"Have you tried the bridge of your nose?" he tried helpfully, clamping his lips closed again so he wouldn't smile. But he couldn't keep his gob shut for long.
"You should try contacts, like me."
Huh.
With that, Jake took out his own self inking quill and started filling out the papers, taking his time and leaving his sunglasses ON. Grrr, so many personal questions...
