96. Halloween Socks; No one seems to like them

”Trick Or Treat!” Sammy and her little cousin Felicia sang out as the little old lady opened her door
The old lady peered at Sammy ”aren’t you a little too old to be trick or treating dear?”
”My cousin here begged me to come with her” Sammy lied quickly.
”No I di-“ Felicia started, but was nudged by Sammy.
”Well then, have a lovely night girls. By the way deary, I do love your Halloween socks”
” I love them too they’re fantastically warm, yet no one but me seems to like them” Sammy said looking down at her knee high, orange and black socks that had pumpkins on them.
