I don't like 3D either. It's distracting and unnecessary. And, unless a movie is being made specifically for 3D, like Avatar, it looks kind of cheesy. The after filming 3D conversions just don't work very well (and if you notice, they always get bad reviews). I was glad when they announced that part 1 wouldn't be in 3D. Hopefully if part 2 gets converted, we'll have the option to see a non-3D version. (and I have noticed that not every movie is being made into 3D lately - I think people are already tiring of it).
