I picked my way through brambles towards a tree. It was the first chance I had to get out since Sirius Black escaped. To be precise, I kinda snuck out. Remus had become a bit over-protective ever since Sirius Black broke out. I couldn't grasp why. Climbing and swinging up the tree, I sat in the middle of the branches, where there was almost like a rounded seat to sit in. I sat in it, pondering, thinking. What was Remus so worried about
'I wish I knew.' I said aloud.
'First sign of madness, talking to yourself.' said a scratchy voice.
I turned my head so fast I cricked my neck. Standing there, was Sirius Black.
'I'm not talking to myself if you're listening.' I said, wondering why I wasn't running away, screaming 'And I don't know who's talking about being mad, you've been locked away in Azkaban for 12 years. I would have gone mad just being there for half and hour.'
'You have spirit.' said Sirius with a grin.
'Blame my parents. You should know them, they're in Azkaban, came in about same time as you.' I said, sliding down from the tree.
'Yeah I know them. I knew you as a baby too.' said Sirius.
'Oh by the way, thanks for the nimbus.' I said.
'You better get home, Remus will probably be worried about you.' said Sirius.
'Yeah. He's been really over-protective lately, ever since you broke out.' I said. 'He'd being having a fit if he knew what was happing now.'
'Probably.' said Sirius, grinning.
'Now, the million galleon question, can I get in without Remus noticing?' I asked.
'Unlikely. Remus was a perfect, and his werewolf side gives him excellent hearing and smell.' grinned Sirius as I walked back home.
'Might as well try!' I called back.

Sneaking up to my door, I slowly opened it and slipped inside. So far so good. With any luck, I could make it up to my room.
Fat Chance.
I hadn't got past the 5th step when Remus shouted
'Where the bloody hell have you been!?'
'Out. Sorry for wanting to have some fresh air.' I said.
'Why didn't you tell me?' he asked.
'Because I knew you'd say No.' I said, my hair slowly turning red.
'Of course I would!' Remus shouted.
'You've been acting weird ever since Sirius Black escaped! Why!' I asked.
'Because I don't want to lose you!' exclaimed Remus.
I stormed down the stairs.
'I'm 13! I'm not a child!' I cried, tears leaking out.
'Baylee, you may be 13, you may be talented, but I'll still worry about you when you're 25.' said Remus, crouching down and stroking my tear stained cheek.
More Tears ran down, realising how much I had worried him.
'I'm sorry.' I whispered, sinking to the floor.
He grabbed my shoulders.
'I must have said this, but would you stop scaring me?' he whispered, and through my tears I gave a small smile.
He picked me up, siting down on the sofa, me curled up.
'I've been looking everywhere for you, you know that?' he asked.
I shook my head. He sighed and stroked my hair. I couldn't describe the emotions that flooded through me at that moment.
