Nekoda made her way to the front counter, clutching a little cage and Plume on her shoulder, sweetly rubbing against her face. Awhh! Tehe, Nekoda loved him to death already, and she'd yet to even BUY the little guy.

Stepped up to the counter, and placing the 'puff cage on it, she waited patiently for the shopkeeper, quietly playing with Plume on her shoulder.

Sophia walked up to the counter with her purple little fuzz ball and waited in line to pay. She still hadn't decieded what its name was...

Sitting criss-cross on the floor behind the counter, the young dark haired witch shuffled through a pile of papers she'd accidentally dropped, attaching them back onto the clip board they'd come from as a rather large blonde ball of fluff walked around her sides, nuzzling Artie with her snout.

Hearing something being set on the countertop, Artie picked up the papers and clipboard, stuffing them into a random drawer she scooped up the retriever pup and stood to greet her customer, offering a warm smile. "Hello and welcome to Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes. How can I help you?"
As navy-blue eyes landed on a second younger girl, Artemis smiled once more and motioned her forward with one hand, holding the pup in her left arm. "Hello dear, what can I do for you?"

"Hi, there! I would like to buy this purple pygmy puff!" she said. "How much is it?" she asked. She held the little purple guy in her hand and showedhim to the lady at the counter.

Artemis smiled at the sight of a happy little Pygmy, ready to go home with their excited little owner. It was cute, really. Something she would miss if she had left Diagon Alley completely; It had been a hard decision to leave Eeylops, but she knew she'd done what was right for her. And more importantly, she was still in Diagon Alley. "Awesome! That'll be 1 galleon," Artie said brightly, asking as an afterthought, "Have you thought of a name yet?"

"Afraid I haven't got a name yet!" she said, brightly. Sophia stuck her hand in her pocket and pulled out one galleon and handed it to the lady. "Here you go" she said. "Thanks so much!!!" she said.

"Hello there, dear." Artemis replied as another young girl approached the counter with another purple Pygmy Puff in hand. Much like the snowy owls at Eeylops, Pygmy's were certainly a popular choice. Probably listed as an accessory in WitchWeekly. Artie didn't want to know whether or not that was true, it would bother her something awful as they were pets, living things, and not meant as something you carry around to be in style. "Just 1 galleon and he or she is all yours!"
"You'll have fun thinking up a name," Artie assured, quite confident in that. She held out her hand to accept the money, and moved to open and drop it into the register at her side with a faint 'tink' sound. "Thank you, you have a good summer and enjoy your new pet!"

"I'lltake very good care of him!" she said. "You have a good summer too!" Sophia said while walking out of the store.

Arms laden with jokes and gags, Ethan made his way to the counter, assuming his younger brother was behind him. The fifteen year old, afraid that he would drop something, maneuvered around a little girl with a purple pygmy puff after a muttered 'excuse me' and heaved his arsenal onto the counter. As he did, Ethan took a mental inventory of his purchases.

Smirking to himself, he figured that would do him for a little while - except for the Mischief Managed Candies. And he wanted a variety bag of those. Since the sign directed him to speak to the shopkeeper about those, that's exactly what he would do.

Alicia grabbed her items and headed to the counter.
"May I get," Alicia said, looking over her things...
"Just a single Pygmy today (and it's gold cage) and a Skiving Snackbox Variety Selection, please!"
She took out her money bag and asked how much.

Bradin walked up to the counter and went over his items. He placed the items on the couner and smiled at the shopkeeper.

He waited for the shopkeeper to tell him how much and took out his money. This was going to cost a bit but he had a lot of money curtesy of his dad.

Dozer walked up to the counter with his arms laden with jokes and candy. Ethan was up was in front with two people between the two of them. He had been following right behind his half brother but had decided to grabbed two more things. He had no idea when the next time he would have to opportunity to replenish his stores would be. There was room on the counter however and he set his things down taking stock.

It was a large haul but he could resist. Everything just looked too entirely fun. He hadn't even thought he could have fun after...well after it happened. Now, with the help of his new half brother he was relearning. Ethan still thought he was a little uptight but there wasn't anything he could do about that. Shoving his hands in his pockets Dozer waited for the Shopkeeper to show and help everyone.

"I'm sure you will," Artie agreed with a warm smile present on her face, waving her free hand goodbye as the adorable young girl exited Weasleys Wizard Wheezes with a new fluffy companion MUCH smaller than the lab retriever in her arm.
"Hello!" The shopkeeper greeted, shifting a wiggling Jinx as another young face stepped up to the counter. The pup tried leaning forward in an attempt to greet the teenage boy with a sloppy, wet kiss on the cheek until Artemis moved to bend down behind the counter and set the puppy on all-fours before straightening up once more. "Alright, so.. my, you've picked quite the selection!" the young woman chuckled, taking a bag from beneath the countertop Artie left it next to the boy's purchases for a moment while she scanned the counter for her wand, finding it just to her side, she proceeded to pick it up and give the bag a gentle tap to lighten the load and make sure everything would fit before storing the wand inside her pocket and arrange the items neatly inside.

As she settled the last things inside (the wands), Artie looked up to meet the young man's gaze as she asked, "Will that be all, or is there something else I can help you with?" with an apologetic look, as if she'd nearly forgotten to ask.
It was funny how cute Pygmy Puffs were, now that they weren't.. taking over Diagon Alley, in the literal sense of the phrase. Of course, Artie wasn't so sure any of the Hogwarts children had the faintest clue about that whole fiasco. "Yes you may," Artie smiled warmly and reached for another bag, "That'll be 2 galleons. Would you like a bag for the Snackbox, dear? We can probably fit the cage in there, too, if you plan to carry the Pygmy."
Artemis blinked as another young customer approached the counter but said nothing. It didn't really bother her nor did she find it to be rude, just.. strange. The kids that would come into Eeylops, and even QQS, where never so quiet and this was a joke shop. Shrugging to herself, the shopkeeper smiled in return and said a quiet "Hello." while fishing out another bag, tapping it with her wand before she began to load it up with the purchases. "The total comes to 6 galleons and 11 sickles, unless theres something else you need?"
Ah, another young man. Silently placing a charm on another bag to lighten the load as well as expand the inside, Artie looked up from her work for a moment, navy-blue eyes raising to look at the boy properly. "And will this be all for you, too?" She asked kindly, collecting each item a couple at a time and organizing them into the bag. Once finished, she managed to get the bag to stand up right and stay that way without toppling over from weight on eitherside. "If so, that'll come to 7 galleons and 3 sickles."

Dozer smiled at the lady behind the counter. What was it with all the good looking ladies around here? Even to ones his age were pretty. He almost didn't catch what she had said but understanding finally hit.

"Oh, ummm...well I need to get a variety pack of Mischief Managed Candies if you don't mind." Yeah, a bag of those would be awesome. He looked over at Ethan and his own load. He had mentioned something about going to Primper-whatever's next. His Step Mom's birthday was coming up and she was being really nice to him.

"And...I'd like to add a maroon Pygmy Puff to that too, with a small cage. Step mom's bday is coming up." He shrugged. He didn't know what else to get her and he definitely wanted to get her something. Aside from Ethan she was the only one in his new house that paid him any attention.

Hearing a voice speak, Nekoda turned away from the small 'puff to the smiling woman behind the counter. Giving a small friendly wave, Nekoda tilted her head, looking at her small stash, "Well, I'd like to get this pygm-OH MY GLITTER! A puppy!" Awhhhh! It was soo cute!

Meh, but she was getting distracted. Smiling apologetically, she resumed, giving a small embarrassed cough, "Erm, this little 'puff, the 'puff cage, and is there 'puff food I need to buy?" Because she definitely didn't wanna starve Plume. That just wouldn't be nice!

Bradin looked at the shopkeeper and smiled as she served him. "Hello there" he said. This was a joke so why in gods name wasn't he saying anything? Maybe it had something to do with not really knowing the shopkeeper he didn't know. He took out the exact amoung of money and gave it to her. "That's all. Thank you. Have a nice day" he said with a rather cute and innocent smile. Cute and innocent. That made him laugh. Now he had his amo for the next term at Hogwarts.

Artie tilted her head ever-so-slightly to the side, her smile never wavering. This one talked! Hehe. The request of MM candies brightened her expression even more, her sister had a brilliant mind and it warmed her from the inside to be able to sort of work with Alexis as well as get to know her better. "Would that be a variety of all the.. erh, flavors, or is there a specific few you'd like?"

"Aww, that's very sweet of you. I'll go get that now, excuse me for a moment," with that said, Artemis carefully stepped over the little gate on opening side of the counter and in a matter of seconds disappeared into a crowd of children of all ages.

When she reappeared, it was with a little cage held at head-level, out of the way as not to be jostled and spook the maroon puff ball inside. "Here we go." Artie uttered softly, gently setting the mini carrier on the countertop and took her usual position behind the counter.
Artemis chuckled as the young girl who appeared to be in her teens acknowledged Jinx, who wagged her tail happily in response to the enthusiasm in the girl's voice. "Thank you. Her name's Jinx," Artie happily replied, giving a slight nod of her head. "Awesome! Nope, no such thing as Pygmy food as of right now. They're very low maintenance and will eat almost anything you give them, just use about the same caution you would use with a crup or kneazle. Nothing with chicken or fish bones and things like that." She explained assuringly, adding as an after thought, "And that'll be 1 galleon."
"Alrighty, here you go," Artie slid the bag toward him, accepting the coins with her other hand. "You too, enjoy the rest of summer!" She called after the boy while depositing the money into the register. Hmmmm, next customer?

Leah worked her way up to the counter, a cast iron, pygmy puff, cage in one hand.
"Hi, was wondering if I could buy this cage, and this lovely maroon pygmy puff," she said reaching into her hood and carefully picked up a small sleeping pygmy puff that had been cuddled up with her ferret. Her ferret, Kai-kun woke at the movement and climbed down her shoulder so that he could sit beside the pygmy puff.

Jinx? "Awhh! What a cute name!" Neko was totally an animal person, mainly cats, but who could resist the adorably cute face of a puppy? Turning semi-serious and listening about the food precautions, Nekoda smiled, nodding her head enthousistically, "I can manage that!" Thank goodness they didn't require too much work, not that that would stop her from getting Plume of course.

Hearing the price, Nekoda dug into her purse, pulling out the bag of money her uncle presented her that morning, and retreiving a galleon. "Here you go! And thank you!"

Leilani walked up to the front counter, setting down her little squeely thing. Thankfully, it was a good little Pygmy Puff and sat down. Mabey she could teach it to roll over?

She set down several othee items next to her little squeely thing including five puking pasties, a dozen dungbombs, and a set of fireworks. The little squeely thing nudged the fireworks and Lani dragged it away from them shaking her head. If the little squeely thing exploded they'd both be doomed.

Dozer was about to answer her when she took off to go and get the pygmy puff he had requested. Stuffing his hands in his pockets he watched as she disappeared into the crowd. The noise level in the joint was getting to be a bit much but he wouldn't have to be here much longer.

When she returned with the little puff ball in a cage he gave a small smile. "Thanks. And a variety pack would be great."

Ethan glanced up from the counter when a voice addressed him. Yet another pretty female - just what was in the water around here? Leaning his folded arms onto the counter, he answered with a smirky grin, "Well, hello..." Then he stepped back suddenly in surprise as an overly jubilant puppy tried to greet him with a slobbery kiss. Chuckling to himself as the shopkeeper put him down, he said, "Cute..." Then looked back up at her with a smile as she set everything in a bag... very distracted and completely forgetting to ask about those candies... Oh, right! He suddenly remembered as she she asked... "Yes, I was hoping to purchase a variety pack of Mischief Managed Candies as well." After all, the sign did say to ask about them.

Artie smiled warmly, finding it rather adorable how much the children coming through the shop enjoyed the Pygmy Puffs, and the Pygmy's took to them just as easily. Though, she supposed, that was a way of life for the little furrballs. "You absolutely may, dear. That'll be 1 galleon,"
"Thanks, and I'm glad to hear it." Artie chuckled lightly when the young girl declared she could keep up with the Pygmy's food needs. She hadn't any doubts before, but she wouldn't need to now. The Pygmy was in good hands.

"You are very welcome, have a good summer!" Turning to the register, the Shopkeeper deposited the money before turning back to her next customer.
"Hello," Artie greeted while the girl moved a little daring Pygmy Puff away from the box of fireworks, wearing a rather amused expression. Getting a bag out and charming it to lighten the load and make everything fit into a normal-sized bag, whether or not it normally would have (in this case it wouldn't have), Artie began to arrange the items inside with the basic fireworks going first. They did have an age limit on the fireworks, but she wasn't too worried at the moment; the girl was in her teens, probably around fourteen or fifteen and the requirement was fifteen years old and up. "Will this be all for you, then?"

With the last of the purchases in the bag, Artie left the Pygmy Puff and it's little cage on the side.
"You're very welcome," the young woman replied offhand, glancing around her counter until her dark blue eyes found their way to the floor where Jinx laid at her feet, the keychain she was looking for in the pup's mouth. "Aha, I need that back, Jinx. It's not for you to chew on," Artie spoke absently, kneeling down to retrieve the key she wiped on the side of her jeans to rid them of drool as she stood once again and faced the waiting boys with the same gentle smile, unlocking a drawer at her side while she explained, "I have to keep the candies over here locked up for when little ones are visiting so there won't be a problem of them accidentally eating one."

Taking one of the mixed, variety bags from inside, Artie closed the drawer but left it unlocked this time and held the bag of candies up to show the young man a colorful list on the front that identified the different kinds, what they did and what they looked like (color, shape and any other specifics in appearance). "Make sure not to lose that parchment, it works as a guide and without it you'll be taking a risk worse than eating Bertie Bott's Every Flavor Beans, or rather having someone else eat them."

"8 galleons and 7 sickles is the new total," she added, setting the candies in the bag and slid it closer to him.
Artie grinned when the young man commented on Jinx, who was obviously just leaking with enthusiasm toward any old stranger. "Thanks." It was a good thing the puppy wasn't meant for any guard dog jobs, licking someone didn't quite fall under protective skills.

"Awesome! One with all the flavors, or are there a specific few you'd like?" She asked, opening the drawer at her side again to grab a variety bag of Mischief Managed candies.
