Zooming up in front of the doors to the great gall Miffy did loop-the loops as she went trying to break her record of 20 loops in a row. *GIGGLE*

Stopping to hover in front of the doors she clapped her hands violently together as she called out giddy with happiness and excitement. "YOHOO GIRLSIES!....oh Sweet GIRLSIES, WHERE FOR ART ARE YOU? I need a MAID of HONOUR and BRIDESMAIDS......COME TWIRL FOR ME!"

Chewing on a raspberry she waited. The girl's would come.

Olivia, who'd just been finishing up lunch... figured she'd wander up to her common room and grab her dance bag. ALL her homework was completed... surprisingly, and considering she'd fallen out of favor with all the men in her life, there simply wasn't anything left to do.

So, might as well dance.

......... That's when she heard noise. Miffy?

Yes... That was exactly who it was.

"Hey, Miffy." What was she yelling about now? Oh, right. She'd seen Peeves out by the lake not that long ago, looking for a ring. The blonde Gryffindor supposed they were getting married now?

Nat had been in a hurry or well she thought she was going to be in a hurry. Quick food before band practice. She had stayed after class to get some extra help and now she was running behind. Her thoughts were about possibly just skipping dinner until after practice up that was all changed as she entered the doors and saw Miffy screaming and going on about something. She slowed her step and just watched.


Soon she noticed Liv hanging with her. "You alright? " The last time she saw Miffy she had been pretty much thrown down slippery steps. That wasn't fun nor did she want a repeat of it. So her eyes never left the bride of chuckie Peeves.


"What are you carrying on about? Don't you have wedding plans to keep your mind on?" Possibly leaving students alone in the process.

Oh, and there was Ms. Nat.

"Oh, no. Miffy and I are great friends." Liv smiled up at the poltergal, curious about her claim to need a wedding party. She obviously wanted to help her friend out, if she could.

Rula was currently half-paying attention to her meal, half-reading her Astronomy textbook. Sometimes studying was best done while multi-tasking something else so that her mind didn't start to wander when the studying got boring (which was a lot of the time, honestly).

But then she was jolted out of her focus when someone starting shouting about a maid of honor and bridesmaids...which made Rula perk up instantly.

Looking around, she spotted Miffy floating near the doors with a couple other girls Rula recognized. Curious, she set her book aside and walked over to them.

"What's going on?"

Kat was just now wondering up to lunch, she was in a terrible amount of hurry to get there. She had been in her common room since her last lesson of the day, pigging out on candy that her dad had sent to her. If her mum knew how much her dad sent her haha,... obviously she had not idea.

The Hufflepuff turned the corner to go though the doors to the great hall. There was a problem with that though, people were standing around, Nat, Liv and one of the Botros girls. Mmmm she needed to get though to get to the great hall to eat. Okay maybe she was hungrier than she originally thought. "Why is everyone just standing around?" What was so interesting about the door leading to the great hall?

Oh Miffy, she had caught sight of the lady poltergeist, though in Katerina's option Miffy wasn't much of a lady. Seeing her though Kat drove behind Nat. Just in case the spirit had wax again or something worst. Her hand moving to her pocket making sure her wand was there, also in case.

*GIGGLE* *GIGGLE*

She should apparently YOOHOO loudly more often. It got results.

Doing another loop the loop in the air in celebration she smiled broadly when she floated in straightened position again as one girl after the other assembled in a half circle around her.

Blowing out a raspberry seed on the floor Miffy swopped closer to Olivia and stuck her hand out to feel the girl's fair hair while she explained with patience to them all. "I'm looking for a maid of honour and bridesmaids for when I marry my peevsiepoo. Are you all interested in auditioning for the roles? It'd be easy peasy too. I just need you all to do some little things here in front of me so i can pick and choose."

Drifting backwards slightly Miffy stuck another raspberry into her mouth. Chewing on it she ordered with an excited cackle. "Everyone please twirl around for me!" This was going to be so much fun!

It was IMPOSSIBLE not to hear the shrieks of Miffy from ALL the way across the school. Why anyone would want to marry that, the Prefect had no idea.

She crossed her arms and leaned against the doorway.

She then glanced at the girls that were gathered around. One of which was one of her Gryffindors. She looked Phillips over considering her. She wasn't seriously planning on spinning around for Poltergeist entertainment, was she?

Olivia preened beneath her polter!friend's affection, before grinning at Rula and Katy, who'd also joined their small party.

"Miffy, may I ask how twirling will help you to decide?" Surely there was hard facts and SCIENCE behind this decision making.

Also, hai, Kaycee! We see your judgey stare, okay?

"I'm a ballerina of ten years. I don't want to put any of my friends to shame...." And she totally would. Dancer's grace and what have you. It wasn't fair to judge that way.

Oh, so this was what this was all about. Her wedding. Weddings were fun and she liked weddings. She stood up straight and took her hand out of her pocket. It was all okay for now. Kat smiled back at Livy.

She didn't even see the Gryffindor prefect standing there and had joined them.

"Why don't you just ask?" She would do, for the sake of love. If it kept Miffy and Peeves off of everyones back, for them to get married then she was all for it. Miffy and her boyfriend... fiancee had nearing killed her, and some other students on the staircase.

But if twirling was what she wanted, twirling was what she was going to do. "I can twirl. See." Katerina did a few twirls, not ballet style but they were pretty decent.

Oh, so Peeves and Miffy were getting married. That was...good? Yeah, Rula decided that was good. Weddings were lovely!

She needed to see them twirl to help her pick though? One side of Rula thought that was an odd way to pick your bridesmaids, but another part of her thought it made some sense - bridesmaids' dresses could be nice to twirl in, depending on the style, and maybe Miffy wanted dresses that were good for twirling, so she'd need girls that were good at twirling too.

Rula returned Liv's smile with one of her own, listening to the questions the Gryffindor and Kat asked. They had good ones - and Gryffindor prefect had an unnecessarily judgmental expression - so Rula asked a question of her own.

"How many bridesmaids do you want?" That would help to know how "competitive" they'd need to be with their twirling.

Miffy was not impressed. “Twirl for me!’’ she demanded. Miffy did a twirl of her own. Did she really need to show these girls what a twirl was? She didn’t plan on sticking around having this audition forever. A poltergal had things to do like cuddling her Peevesiepoo.


“BRAVO BRAVO!’’ Miffy cheered for the Hufflepuff girl that had done the twirl. “See girls. That’s how its done.’’ If only the others would twirl now. “Twirling may be required at my wedding reception. I want lots of bridesmaids.’’ Miffy quickly answered the questions. The twirling needed to be done then she had another something for them to do.

*GIGGLE*

Oh hell no was she going to be a bridesmaid for this nut job. She looked at Olivia and then back at Miffy, "You are?" There was a huge questioning look on her face, because no one was friends with this two crazy things. Did she know that Miffy caused a student to be knocked out with her pranks? "I don't trust her and don't want you to get hurt."

Now she was bringing more girls to the room, no way was her's better than theirs. Nope, nope Kat was one of the girls. She wasn't going to allow Miffy to harm her younger friends. Having a prefect there made her feel like maybe the situation would get under control, but now she was wanting them to twirl and to audition.

Umm.. What?

Her eyes moved to Rula when she asked about how many. "Guys make sure this isn't a trick for her to harm you. She's already put s student unconscious for waxing the stairs." She looked at Miffy with a stern look, "There are plenty of ghost floating around here, wouldn't you be happier with one of them in your wedding party not innocent kids?"

What was THIS? There was a ruckus and Charlotte LIKED ruckuses. She was attracted to them in an unstoppable, instatiable, GRYFFINDOR way. OOOOOH also, hi, Liv!

What was this about twirling? Well, though she was light on her feet, Char was no dancer but she'd make up for her lack of skill in that regard with sheer enthusiasm for sure. And she DID love to twirl! Especially when she was BEING twirled by a cute boy but she could twirl on her own for sure.

That older girl Nat was talking crazy and being a total grumpy gus. Charlotte went ahead and twirled to announce her arrival, threw in some happy jazz hands, which turned into waves for Liv and Kaycee and also for Kat and Rula (but not for Nat, who was a killjoy), and then pranced over to a stop near Liv.

"Hi! Why are we twirling? OH, Liv! You should do your ballet twirls and I could levitate you in the air at the same time!" HOW COOL WOULD THAT LOOK?

Hadleigh had been on her way outside for a quick run before catching an early dinner and then some studying. Her intentions were put on hold when she caught the loud excited voice of none other then Miffy from all the way down the hall. It didn't much sound like any trouble was being caused but this girl knew that nothing could be known for sure around here.

When she reached the ground of girls and the poltergal gathered by the doors it was seriously a sight to be seen. All the twirling about and was that...jazz hands?! Hady couldn't help but laugh softly as she stood by watching them all for a few moments her eyes flitting back and forth between each girl and Miffy several times. Nothing seemed to be wrong at all. In fact it appeared to be quite the opposite were several of the girls appeared happy and laughing. Just what was happening here? What had she missed?

"Have I missed something here? What's going on?" she asked quietly to no on in particular. Was this just a group of girls having a good time or something to do with Miffy? Speaking of Miffy, yes she had heard about the upcoming wedding. News traveled very quickly around here. Hazel eyes shifted for a moment onto the one in question. "Congratulations on your upcoming wedding Miffy, I take it you're very excited?" Weddings were huge! She had been in her fathers a few years earlier and it had been wonderful. The planning had been insane but she loved having been included in it all.

Olivia was seriously asking, you know, because she didn't want to just be treating the masses to her dancing if there was no real reason. She put hard work into her dancing... but she also supposed Miffy had a decent enough reason. If there WOULD be twirling at her wedding, it was best to see who could twirl the most efficiently.

Perfect sense making to the blonde Gryffindor.

... And as for Ms. Nat... "Miffy's never hurt me before, but I'm sorry you had a bad experience." She frowned appropriately at the older girl, truly aggrieved about whatever pain had befallen her, but that was the great thing about magic. It fixed most bumps and bruises. Had when Liv had fallen out of the beech tree outside... She was always collecting bumps and lumps. "I really appreciate how much you care, though. Thank you."

... AND OMG. HAI, CHAR, HAI! Olivia immediately twirled for her friend of nearly ten years. They lived right down the road from one another, you see. "Could you really? I think that would be about the coolest thing." Like when Griffin had animated her Tinker Bell wings in Second Year. She'd been a real fairy that day. It'd been a good day, yes.

... And others were twirling, so... Liv felt she just HAD to. For the sake of herself, you know? Not Miffy.

Also, she liked it because it made her hair fly around her head. Like a blonde halo.

Miffy scoffed at the Slytherin (Natalie). “I don’t beat around the bush girlie. If I wanted to play a prank I would have done it loooooong ago!’’ Miffy looped-the-loop again. The slytherin should know how she was.


More girls at her audition! Miffy *GIGGLED*. “Could you girls that now arrived hop on one foot.’’ She was quite enjoying herself. “Since the audition is almost over you two should get that twirling and levitating done.’’ (Charlotte and Olivia)


“Isn’t it SIMPLY SMASHING Peevesiepoo and I are getting married?’’ Miffy demanded of the Head girl.

"I'm on it!" Yeah! And it was duels that gave her the idea, she has watched her friend duel and be levitated and handle it gracefully so she knew it would work perfectly. Char beamed at Miffy and got her wand out.

"I'll levitate her first and then hop!" Wait, this was about marriage? She giggled. "It's so romantic, Miffy! Like nobody has ever won Peeves's heart before and it's about time! Congratulations!" She would Never Ever be bored right?

Back to Liv though, Char flicked and swished. "Wingardium Leviosa!"

Lots of bridesmaids. Fair enough, Rula supposed. It didn't completely answer her question, but it did at least give her some idea of how many Miffy was looking for.

It seemed like Nat wasn't a big fan of the idea though. Which was fine, but it didn't mean she needed to try to take the fun out of it for everyone. Ghosts were definitely not quite as suited for something as lovely and romantic as a wedding. Even one for two poltergeists.

Plus Miffy actually had a good point - if this was just a prank, she would've done something before now, when they didn't have someone warning them and keeping their guard up. "I think we're okay for now. Twirling isn't quite the same as waxing stairs." People didn't typically get hurt from twirling. Unless you decided to spin too fast and you spun into something, she supposed. But that took a conscious effort to do. "But we'll keep our guard up in case anything does happen." Constant vigilance and all that stuff Bast would probably remind her of if he were here.

And then Char and Hady had joined the group too. Char got a smile and wave in return, then Rula turned to answer the Head Girl, "Miffy's having auditions for her bridesmaids and maid of honor." Speaking of which...she should probably go ahead and do hers.

"Okay, Miffy, here's my audition." She twirled around a few times, glad that her robes extended out like a dress would as she did. That was the BEST part of twirling in Rula's opinion, when a dress you were wearing spun around with you. That was what made it fun!

The Head Girl stood by and watched as Charlotte went about to levitate Olivia. Normally this probably wasn't the best idea seeing as they weren't in a class room or even outside but she was right here. Just in case.

Auditions, huh? Hady smiled in thanks at Rula. "Well that sounds entertaining. I've been in a wedding before so I hope you don't mind Miffy if I stand back and let all these lovely girls audition for you?" She had enough on her plate of things to do already but she would help if there was anything else that needed to be done. If Miffy and Peeves were setting up their wedding then hopefully there wouldn't be much time for their destructive pranks that had been taking place all around the school.

"It's absolutely wonderful Miffy! I hope you two are very happy together." She did too. Just because they were poltergeists didn't mean they couldn't be happy or married. At least that's how she thought about it. Everyone deserved some happiness in their life. "Is there anything else you might need help with for your wedding?"

She could see the younger girls getting wrapped up in the glamour of weddings, but Hady? She thought weddings were a waste of time, because if they were truly a great thing then that meant love was a real thing and honestly look around you it wasn't. So... it wasn't worth anyones time and this was just part of something bigger with these two she felt. Looking at Liv she did give her a smile, "I'm glad you haven't and I hope it stays that way." Liv was a sweet girl and Nat could see why she would be so trusting. Maybe if she had different things she would have been that naive and trusting at Liv's age, but she didn't.

Watching them twirl and stuff was amusing, even in her irritation. The younger girls were kind of adorable twirling around, but Nat just hung back with her hand wrapped around her wand waiting just in case. Her eyes going to Miffy as she said about the pranks, "No, I've watched both you and peeves and I wouldn't just think you lacked that much creativity that you wouldn't plot first and then prank." They were annoying, but even Nat could see they were smart.

Hady asking if there was anything she could help with, this gave Nat an idea even if she was looking at her close friend as if snakes had just sprouted from her head. "Hey Mif, you need music at the wedding don't you? Hady and I are part of a band that could play." Honestly why not. If they were having a wedding at the school then this could be good practice for the Sirens. She hated the idea of dealing with these two anymore, but if it gave the Sirens a chance to play she would play along with this stupid plan.

“Only I could have won Peevesiepoo’s heart’’ Miffy stated proudly to Olivia. She flipped upside down so that she was looking at all the girls from another angle. ‘Thank you’ wasn’t the kind of thing Miffy said. She grinned down at her gathering.


“You’re being too suspicious girlie.’’ (Natalie) Miffy didn’t care if Natalie didn’t want to take part but she expected the Head girl to. “We’ll be the happiest couple EVEEEEEEER!’’ Miffy was quick to snap the opportunity. “Music. You and her and your band.’’ She pointed to Natalie and Hadleigh. “Peevesiepoo would love it!’’


For Charlotte’s and Olivia’s and Rula twirl Miffy flipped up to the right side. “SMASHING! SIMPLY SMASHING!” Miffy clapped her hands together. “You.’’ She pointed at Rula. “I pick you as my maid of honor. You two. I pick you as my bridesmaids.’’ (Charlotte and Olivia)

"I have to go tell Peevesiepoo about this! TOODLES, GIRLIES!''

WHERE WAS HER BELOVED PEEVESIEPOO?????? MIFFY HAD TO GIVE HIM A WEDDING UPDATE!!!!

Hadleigh liked weddings. Even if said wedding was to involve the joining of two poltergeist. A wedding was a wedding no matter whom it involved and it was meant to be a joyous occasion. Not to mention this was her last year so why not do something completely different. At least she'd be able to say she had attended a wedding for poltergeist. Not many would get the chance to say something like that.

"I have no doubt about that at all," the Head Girl replied in response to Miffy. Indeed they were very happy pulling pranks on the students and staff in the school.

When she had asked if there was anyway that she could help with this she hadn't at all expected what Nat had volunteered them for. The band playing at the wedding. Now that was different for sure and honestly it could be pretty darn wicked as well. Before she could even get a word in Miffy had already said she wanted them to. Well it seemed like that was settled. "Sounds good to me. At least we can say we played at a wedding, huh Nat?" she smirked lightly nudging her friend. That would always be a good thing for the band as well.

.....and that happened.

Natalia looked at Hady impressed that it actually worked. The sixth year was always trying to find ways to get the Sirens gigs and experience. The last two term parties were awesome, but a wedding was something different. They'd probably have to freshen up on some more love type song, which would make Lily happy most likely. The Slytherin looked back at Miffy, "Cool, any special request let me know." She'd be working on what they needed.

"When is this wedding?" How much time did they have to practice and stuff. Even a ghost wedding needed planning time. "Always good to keep adding to our experience. We should really look into that Youth talent search again. Aim to get higher then twelfth this year." Though her internship this summer was going to help them as well.


She glanced at the other girls who were now pronounced brides maids. She still was going to keep her guard up with Miffy, but her thoughts were to the band so she just gave them each a small smile, "Hady I'll see you at practice."
