Ariadne situated herself on the bench and got nice and comfortable for what she hoped would soon be a nice, big meal. She felt like she hadn't eaten in DAYS, even though Trixie had given her that chocolate frog on the train ride here. She swiped a piece of hair out of her eyes and tucked it behind her ear, taking note of Katy all at the same time.

She laughed a little at that last question. "Oh. Right. Sorrrry," she said, her voice unintentionally dropping to a near whisper. "I guess I got a little too over-excited." NOT a good way to try and be more sociable and make new friends this year. Not a good way at all. "We went to Paris," she said. "It was fun and really pretty. That place really knows how to light up at night."

She took a glance up at the staff table, seeing if there was any indication the speech might come soon. Was that MORE new professors? MERLIN, just MERLIN. "So what about you? What'd you do?" she asked.

Lyra reluctantly reached out her hand to shake the girls hand. She thought to herself is this the way they greet each other here. Oh well she thought, I need to meet people and one seems OK.

"I'm Lyra, yes I'm new and I'm here because I was kicked out of my last school."

" I did some research on the house and this house seems to be the best fit for me, that is for sure."

"Hope we can have some fun here Katy, do you know the best way to skip out of the Slytherin Common Room House and dorms at Night?" "I'd love to explore the Castle at night."

Her bandmate looked awesome at head girl and she was happy to see her sitting at the table.

Hearing a voice Nat looked up and an amused smile crossed her face. Should she go along with it? Say she was new? As fun as it would have been and Roman would love hearing about it she decided not to. She wasn't fully in the mood for it and someone would call her out on it. She had many friends sitting at the table and others new her from The Sirens. "No I'm not new. In your year actually." She had seen the girl around even if they had never spoke.

Just as she was going to say okay and move near Hady, the one person that could make her stay exactly where she was walked into the room. Her eyes fell on Hugo, "I think I'm good right here, but thank you."

He didn't care shew as sitting there. He didn't even look at her. Just right past her. No way did he not see her, so he ignored it. She was being ignored, which meant he still hated her and when she missed his stupid face. She wanted to ask how his summer was and be friends again, but nope that wasn't going to happen now was it.

...and no, she wasn't screaming at the top of her lungs. Ariadne had just said her greeting loud enough where probably everybody at least sitting on one end of the table would hear her. She was in a talk-to-everybody mood, because who had time to be all moody and irritable. NOT HER. This was the year she would make lots of friends and actually be sociable and have people to hang out with when she went to Hogsmeade.

Wow. There were so many new people in Slytherin this year. "SLYTHERIN! Best house everrr!" she said to one of them. "Congrats and stuff!" The only thing that would make this moment better was FOOD being served, because after that long train ride, Ariadne was STARVING.

...... and then this happened.

Nat looked up as the younger girl almost yelled down the table. She gave her a nod and small smile. Goodness someone was excited to be back. "Ariadne I don't think the professors heard your Slytherin spirit. Yell louder next time." Grinning she hoped the girl knew she was joking, but if not it never hurt to show pride in their house, right?

"Did you have a good summer?"

"Hey Nat, I'm Lyra. I'm a transfer 3rd Year here"

"I got kicked out of my last school, but that's a long story and I hope this school isn't as much drag as my old school."

"I did some research on all the houses and Slytherin definitely seems to fit me the best."

Rula entered the Great Hall silently with the rest of the student crowd, keeping her eyes mostly focused on the Slytherin table. She really just wanted the feast to be over with - she wasn't hungry and she didn't feel like celebrating anything. Climbing into bed and falling asleep was all she really wanted right now. But she probably ought to at least attend the feast instead of skipping. It was tradition and important and whatever.

Once she'd finally made it to the table and sat down, she stared at the table for a few moments before finally letting her eyes scan her surroundings. She'd found that, as long as she kept herself busy with something, even something as simple as searching for where her boyfriend and friends were sitting, she was generally okay.

She looked over at the Hufflepuff table first, then scanned the Gryffindor table, then a quick glance at Ravenclaw, then the Slytherins, and finally the staff table.

Where her eyes first landed on the not-empty Ancient Runes professor seat.

Rula blinked for a moment, not quite registering the fact that someone was sitting there or why. And then it hit her.

That seat had been empty for since she had transferred here. Since... They'd kept it empty for that long, and now it was suddenly filled? They'd... They'd actually...

She felt her lower lip tremble and her vision blur, and she knew she couldn't handle sitting through this whole feast. Not like this.

Not when they'd replaced him.

Rula slipped out of her seat and, quietly but quickly, hurried out of the hall.

Did anynoe hear that rattling? You're forgiven if not.

Because with a swoop the Baron gliding on over through the hall passing other student tables with swiping of his sword before making it to the Slytherins.

"Weeeelcome. Weelcome to Slytherin! The best leading house of them all!" Oh yes. Don't mess up the truth young ones. "I am the Bloody Baron for those who don't know." As he beckoned those around. Observing them all.

"And just where do you think you're going, young lady?" Did he need to beckon their head over? He was thinking so. She had better be making a quick trip to the ladies room.

Friends? BEAMS! "I would like that very much. And yes I'm a first year too. Just like you." She know the girl was in fact a first year because she saw her during the sorting ceremony. "And its Alyce." Common mistake but its okay. No worries. "YES! It will be THE BEST!" Another beam for her new friend. "So, where you from? Are you originally from England? Or?" She wanted to know more about her new friend.

Skylar. Skylar. "Nice to meet you, Skylar. You have a very nice name." Did she say second year? That mean she's a year older than her. That mean one year ago she's in her shoes, so the girl must has some good advice for her, no? What she know about Slytherin house? "Not much. I know that our dorm located in dungeon. Is it scary?" Because she always thought dungeon is scary and full with scary stuffs, all thanks to Muggle movies.



Oh. She got a thank you! That mean the older girl didn't think she's a creep. "I only said the truth. You don't need to thank me." Beside she was pretty sure the older girl always got that kind of compliment. Just look at her. She's just so pretty. She want to be as pretty as her when she grow up. And she didn't catch her name. Alyce was about to ask when she saw another badge person, this time its a boy, sat next to the pretty lady. He said Brooklyn. Her name must be Brooklyn. She need to remember that.

Back to the badge male person. "Hello, badge male person."

There was a ghost out. Right there. Did people notice? Was this a normal thing for the house of Slytherin? Hazel eyes focused on the ghost Takeru watched it closely until he decided to go after a girl who looked like she really didn't want to be there.

Ah.

So the ghost was a security system.

Turning back to his plate he clenched his jaw, doing his best to ignore the loud conversations and general merriment around him. No one that he had met was here. Jael wasn't here. Liv wasn't here. Minnie, Lucy, Blaise Scarlett- even the girl who had stolen a book from him. What was the point in communicating with him if they were probably going to not see him at best, and ignore him at worse all because they were in a different house?

He tightened his grip on his fork and turned to what mattered the most - engulfing his food.

The slightly older girl responded to her and her grin widened. It was always good to know a few people, both her own age and a few who were older, you never knew when it would be handy to have those contacts! And besides, the older girl did looked friendly! “Hello Skylar!” She spoke excitedly, still grinning and obvious curious about what was going on around her. “If I’m excited?” She asked, now laughing out loud and she even clapped in her hands! “Of course I am! I always wanted to go to Hogwarts and being in Slytherin is really the best thing EVER!” She paused and looked at the other girl before speaking again, “You’re a Slytherin too but in what year are you? I want to see more of the castle but I need to wait until tomorrow to investigate everything, that’s boring!” Looking up at the sealing she wondered if it was a real sky or if it was witchcraft and IF it was witchcraft then she wanted to learn how to do that too!



Leesha's mouth dropped open when she saw the ghost and she stared latterly stunned at him, it...? "This is cool" she muttered softly to herself while shaking her head. "Ghosts..."


The other girl seemed to be nice and just as excited as Leesha, that was probably a common first year thing. “Alyce” She repeated, still smiling widely. “I will remember!” She promised and then she took her rat out of her pocket and showed the other girl her pet. “This is Vlam, my pet rat! Do you have a pet with you?” She asked curious and when the other girl wanted to be friends too she stuck out her pinkie finger toward the other girl. “Let’s make a pinkie swear to be friends and never betray each other!” She beamed!

When hearing the question from her new friend she raised one eyebrow and grinned. “No, I’m not from England, if you’re listening very carefully than you might notice a slight accent because I’m from the Netherlands, my parents emigrated to live in London because of me, they wanted to stay close to the place where I’m going to study! And you? Where are you from? Oh and have you seen the ghost? He is cool don’t you think?”

Sean eyed his empty plate. Great. Any time now that food will just pop out of the table. Hunger is an emotion that Sean definitely believes in. So yes, please food come out, come out soon. He looked at the area when the table is suddenly packed with more Slytherins. One of which, he is pretty sure that is the Head Girl, although he is very not familiar with her. Yes, she is pretty but of course Slytherins are always pretty. It's a Slytherin thing.

Anyway he gave the head girl a soft yet shy smile. They haven't been formally introduce and he doesn't want to look like a dork in front of her. Yeah, keeping it cool. Of course he just kept the smile on his lips as more Slytherins come and sit on the chairs. Plus there was this one girl that just walked out after coming in. Well, not until the Bloody Baron called her attention.

Sean looked at the Bloody Baron with such amazement. Only because he is very friendly despite his bloody appearance. This is cool, Sean is really hungry at this moment. He need all the distraction he can get. "Bloody Baron is just the coolest." he mumbled to himself while looking at his plate.

Now he is just wondering what the Bloody Baron is going to do next?

Politeness was a good thing and Maggie didn't mind that Brooklyn chose not to say a whole lot more. Right now she didn't really have anything to talk to the other girl about anyway. And she really wasn't one for smalltalk. But sitting with her dormmate was still acceptable, they were both SEVENTH years after all and you really couldn't get any cooler than that.

Okay, maybe if you're a seventh year with a BADGE.

Not that she was saying that Hugo was cooler than herself. But certainly cooler than Brooklyn. "Hugo! Hey!" Maggie beamed at him as he sat down next to her. Good to see you. She even leaned over to give him a quick hug and a kiss on the cheek. The latter might have been more for Brooklyn's benefit than anything else but she didn't let that show.

"Did you do anything cool this summer?" The question was directed at both of them.



There were people at their table. People that didn't belong here.

Maggie eyed the young Gryffindor (Dora) for a long moment. Seriously, didn't she have her own people to bother? "Yes, she is new. But not to your house." She finally said to the Gryffindor, giving her a smile filled with feigned sweetness.

Translation: Go back to your own house table.

As for said new Slytherin, Maggie decided she was worth introducing herself to. She HAD been sorted into Slytherin after all. That had to account for something. "Hi. I'm Maggie." Pause. "Magdalena Traulton, actually, but my friends call me Maggie." She even added a smile for the newcomer. "That over there is my very good friend Hady. She's the new Head Girl." Yes, Hady got a wave and a smile too.

And what was up with Ariadne yelling like that? Maggie wrinkled her nose in her general direction.

She was a transfer like Nat figured, "Where were you before here?" So many were transfers so it wasn't a surprise there was another and Nat went back to playing with her fork and goblet. Could they at least have water in their goblets?

Got kicked out of her school? This got her a brow raise, did she think she was impressing Nat by saying this? "`School is school, so if you aren't here to learn then it will be a drag, but everyone is nice and most are fun. Plenty of us were expelled or moved from another school so we don't tolerate ones coming in thinking they are going to be top because they think they are rebellious." Just saying she wasn't going to end up in the cool group because she thought she was a bad chick.

Nope

"Yeah, it's a great house. Our common room is under the lake so we get to view the creatures and stuff." She actually liked looking out sometimes, but didn't spend too much time in the common room really.


Still no food, still no speech. Come on Headmaster wasn't it time yet? She was ready and where was the bestie? Maybe she'd head over to the lion table and cuddle Lily for a bit. She was needing some Lily cuddles.

Looking up she saw another boy sit down. There was one good thing about these new students they seemed to keep quiet and keep to themselves. This was something Natalia could appreciate. Now if they could just stick to that, but it never lasted everyone became friends and things, which she liked to, but she did like her alone moments.

"Hello" giving the boy a wave to be friendly since no one said anything to him yet. Her eyes followed his to see the ghost at the table. "They come out and around all the time. One for every house. There are more around too." She glanced at the staff table where one sat weirdly a the staff table.

So weird...

"We have the best one really. Bloody B is the only ghost that Peeves hates, now you don't want to deal with him at all." No one could really deal with Peeves. She gave BLoody B a wave and a small smile, but she noticed he was after Rula who looked like she was going to puke at any second. Nat had never really talked to the girl before, but she knew Kelly was friends with her. "You alright Rula?"

Lyra looked startled at first at the sight of her first appearance of The Bloody Baron. She has seen Ghosts before, but this one made such a boisterous entrance that she was slightly taken back. Nevertheless she thought The Bloody Baron was pretty cool and she was thinking Slytherin House wasn't going to be half bad after all. Still she was going to attempt to reek her havoc on the other houses and even the Professors and hoped she could have some other Slytherins join in as well.

Looked at Nat who was not looking at her because she was playing with her fork and Goblet and thought that was rude, but she answered anyway, "I went to Ilvermony."

"That sounds pretty interesting, I guess." "So what do you do outside of the common room that is fun around here?"

She'd thought she could make a swift exit without disturbing anyone, but of course it just couldn't be that easy. Meh.

"I..." Her voice cracked slightly, so she paused for a brief second to swallow, hoping she could hold back the tears until this was over, though her voice was still a little shaky. "Just the loo, sir." Seemed like the safest spot where no one would bother her for awhile.

Rula simply nodded at whoever had asked if she was okay. She was determined to just focusing on the Baron for now, instead of looking to see who may or may not be staring. Making a scene hadn't been on the agenda tonight. She just wanted to go somewhere and cry in peace, please.

And now they were whispering. Whispering was good, because not only did it make it feel like what you were saying was SPECIAL, but it also made everyone else feel left out. Which, when it came to secret telling, was entirely the point.

"Be excited on the outside instead of the inside or you'll explode and make a mess," Katy nodded in agreement. "Paris, hmm? Who did you go with? And for how long? And what did you do there? Was it just like touristy stuff? Like Eiffel Tower and whatever?" Paris was fun, although mostly they went there because Katy's mother preferred shopping there instead of Diagon Alley.

"We had a family vacation in the Maldives. My aunt and uncle and cousins, and they invited our family, and then there were... other people." Unwelcome people.

"Hm." Much as it delighted Katy to be treated like an EXPERT on Hogwarts stuff, she didn't know the answer. And she didn't want to know. "There's stuff to do inside the common room at night, though." FYI.

There was now food, and with that... another chance to lean in and share all her thoughts on something. Katy leaned in and smiled broadly at the boy sitting just down from her. "Hey. You look like maybe you're gonna murder that fork. Or murder someone with the fork... don't be murderous, okay?"

As Colt was waiting for his food and the speech, he saw a lot of other Slytherins coming in. He first made eye contact with Brooklyn. He nodded towards his fellow housemate and she made her way to others. Good talk good talk. He saw his female prefect (Hady) make her entrance. He knew she was a prefect looking at her badge. He nodded towards her and she seemed too perky that term started. Didn't she miss summer? He knew he did. Ready for a great term? Eh it still felt the same. Everything blended in together. He rolled his eyes not really in the mood. He was more hungry than in the mood to talk. He was still people watching if that is what you call it.

He noticed someone familiar. He grinned when he saw Dora made her way over the snakes. He saw she was talking a new girl it seemed. He waved to her and she would make her way over soon. He was in no rush. After seeing Dora he saw another familiar face. He beamed when he saw...wait what's her name..? He saw her face and then it clicked. Niomi. Yeah it was a weird hence why he remembered it. "Hey Niomi." he greeted her with a nod. "How have you been?" He hadn't seen her in a while. Last time they chatted was....man he couldn't remember.

Now seeing his male perfect (Hugo) he gave him a sup nod. He seemed energetic too for a prefect. Guess it was in the job description for the first years anyways. After seeing everyone chatting, he felt this cold chill. He shivered and then he turned to his right and saw the Bloody Baron. He chuckled and wished Mason was here. She would be his partner in crime. The best leading house? He couldn't argue there. "Tell us something we don't know Baron.." he commented.

Katy:Lyra gave her a good hand shake and said, "Well this is it for me according to my parents. If I get kicked out of here I go to a Military School back home which is also a regular school." "We shall see if they would follow up with that though, I doubt it."

"I know I can hack it here as I could hack it back at my old school." " I wasn't thrown out because of academics it was of a prank that went awry and not in a good way, she snickered.

"I hope there is fun to be had in the Common Room because I know I will go stir crazy stuck in a room without a bunch of fun things to get into."

So the table was filling up pretty quickly, and Ariadne was sure she overheard some new girl (Lyra) talking about wrecking havoc on the school. Wasn't that the Gryffindor's job? Heh. Ariadne thought most Slytherins were too ambitious to want to get in trouble and lose their precious house points, but she guessed there was always an exception. She turned her attention away from the new girl to turn toward...

...Nat, smiling at her despite hearing Ariadne's overexcited voice above the crowd. The look down the table showed her even more and more newcomers. Merlin, they were pouring in left and right, which was good, because they always needed new people around. This school would get boring otherwise. "Heh. Sorry, Nat. It's not school itself I'm excited about. I have a goal this year," she reported. "I'm trying to get out more and be more sociable." She was a third year now, and it was TIME. She nodded at the girl's next question. "Yeah, I did! I just hung out and had fun in the Alley then went to Paris with my parents. It was a good trip. How about yours?"

The sounds of rattling chains announced the Bloody Baron before Ariadne even saw him. "Hello, Baron," she said, surprised to hear the ghost speak, let alone welcoming people. Surprise, surprise.

Ariadne turned back to Katy with another laugh. "Right. I'll remember that for next time," she said. So...Paris. "I went with my mom, dad, and little brother, mainly for something dealing with my mom's potions business. Apparently, there's some fantastic market there, so we just kind of built a family vacation around it." She nodded in reply to Katy's question. "It was kind of touristy, I guess. We did visit the Eiffel Tower. It looks especially cool at night!" She raised her eyebrows as Katy told of her own vacation. "The Maldives...that sounds like a really cool vacation." Ariadne had never been there. Ariadne had never HEARD of The Maldives. She didn't say that to Katy, though.

"Well...another year, another new set of professors," she said, glancing up at the staff table. "What are your electives?"

Olly had been kind of tired, but then he had taken a nap on the train and now he was refreshed and actually quite energetic. More energetic than he probably should be for the feast. He wanted to do something, not just sit still at a table and eat. Though the eating part did sound fantastic. He had forgotten most of his stash of candy at home and would have to wait for that to be owled to him. It had meant that he hadn't had anything to eat on the train and was therefore absolutely starving.

"HI!" He greeted nobody in particular as he arrived at the Slytherin table. He took a seat near the pretty prefect. And hey, Hady was there too with a shiny new badge. He didn't know the older girl very well but she did seem like a very good fit for the job. Olly grinned at her. "Congrats on your badge." But it reminded him of Dot and then he was sad because she wasn't there because she had graduated. He missed her. But she wouldn't want him to be sad so he reminded himself that she had to move on to bigger and better things with her life and looked for something to distract himself.

Finding a distraction was not hard considering how easily distracted Olly tended to be. There were a lot of new faces at the table and he smiled at the firsties. Hey, there was the Bloody Baron. Olly was busy taking it all in, and he snuck a glance over to the Gryffindor table to see how they were doing over there. He kind of wanted to join them, but also felt like he should stay at his table for the feast.

Yes made sure you remembered because next time Leesa because she wouldn't be so nice tho. Just kidding. Honestly Alyce and Alice sound the same. The red hair was a bit surprised by Leesha's pet. "You have a pet rat?" This is not good. Nu-uh. Not good at all. "Mine is a cat. A maine coon one to be exact." So maybe she need to take a good care of Vlam if they end up in the same dorm. Alyce stuck out her pinky and entwined it with Leesha's pinky. There. Pinky swear.

"Netherlands?! That's pretty AWESOME!" Beams. "I didn't know anyone from that country and now I do!" How cool is that? "I'm originally from France. But we moved here when I was five because my parents want to spread their business here." She told Leesha. When her friend mentioned about the ghost, the red hair turned her attention toward the ghost. "I never seen a ghost before. He's the first ghost I saw." She whispered to the other first year. "I think his name is Bloody...Ummmmm......" What was it? AH! "Bloody Baron." Yes, that's his name. How could she forget that kind of thing?

So many new and old faces to see. Hady smiled turning her attention to one of the new snakes. Badge person? Well alright then, she supposed that was basically correct. At the same time the red headed firstie spoke so did another first year. She would just greet them both together. "Hello, welcome to Slytherin Alyce and Leesha. I'm Hady and I'm the Head Girl this term." Hady or Badge person, whatever worked really she wasn't fussy but that did explain who she was and why she had a badge, yes?

Seeing Skylar take a seat she sent a smile the girls way. She was already speaking with someone so she wouldn't be bothering her right now.

"My summer was wonderful Niomi but I'm really glad to be back." As great as her vacation had been she had missed all her friends that she hadn't had the chance to see. "Ready for another year?"

Ah, there was her co-prefect! "Thanks Hugo." She smiled shrugging her shoulders at his next question. "I'm not sure, I haven't seen him since we got off the train but I'm sure he's around here...somewhere." Where there was food there was Frankie.

When Nat said she was fine with where she was rather then sit beside her Hady was a bit confused. However she did give a nod of her head. She would find her later on of course like she always did.

"Hello Baron, ready for a new term?" Hady greeted their house ghost warmly. Everyone else got a smile and a wave from her as well as they joined the table. Yes, we did see you leaving as well Rula. Poor girl looked like she would cry, hopefully she was alright. Another one Hady would be keeping an eye out for just in case.

"Thank you Olly, did you have a nice summer?" Sure she hadn't spoken to him much recently but she did know his name. In fact she knew all her house mates names, minus those that were just sorted. Those she would be learning as quickly as possible.

Hady did take a moments pause in greeting all her house mates when their Headmaster called for attention and began his speech. Slowly her attention was turned onto the man and each staff member as they were named. To many. To many new names and faces to have to deal with. It was a lot to take in but she would handle it along with anything else this year tossed her way. And then there was that. A moment of silence and the feast dedicated to their former professor and Headmaster. Botros had been a wonderful man and she would miss him, it was then that Rula's sudden leaving of the feast made sense. Poor girl. She must be heartbroken. Having risen to her feet as instructed Hady was silence until told to sit again.

Food appeared on the table before them all. "Enjoy the feast everyone! Lets eat!," she called out to those around her in green. Everyone must be starving already, she knew she was. With a smile she reached for the pumpkin juice pouring herself a goblet full.

Lyra noticed another rather pretty girl sit down at the table(Ariadne). She slightly glanced her way not to draw a ton of attention to herself and gave a slight smile in her direction before going directly back to finishing up her meal. There was so much chatter going on now that it was really making Lyra's head spin. She was trying to listen in for maybe a little of some school break gossip, but it was hard to really comprehend much of anything because so many different conversations were taking place. As for the meal itself though she thought it was rather tasty and was pleased with that. She wondered when it would all end as she was getting full and also quite tired.

"Of course I have a pet rat!" Laughed Leesha, "Rat's are the coolest animals ever! I always wanted to have one but my mum is scared of them so I only could buy one now with my dad because I'm going to live here for the next year." Leesha spoke with a twinkle in her eye and grinned. "I like to scare my mum with Vlam when I'm back home, see how scared she really is" she whispered to her new friend Alyce.

"Oh you have a cat! That's cool too, I've heard that magical animals are smarter than muggle ones so maybe we can teach them to work together so that they can help us while doing ehm... something secretly and make fun" The last part of her sentence she whispered because she already was thinking about all the fun things they could do with a few pet spies to help them! She once had seen a Muggle movie where the cat's and dog's were like ninja's and she wanted to train her pet like the ones in the movie!

"I like to keep Vlam with me in my pocket, he is small and nobody would know it if I have him with me unless I want them to know" told Leesha to her new friend. "You never know when it would be handy to have a rat with you, like... When you're trying to scare somebody who is afraid of rats!"

Excited she linked her pinky finger with Alyce to make the promise, happy to have her first friend here at school and this time she had made a friend who was worthy of her and not some stupid kid who didn't knew about magic.

"Whoa! You're France!? That's cool too, I've never met anyone from France so where both emigrants although you're living here longer than I have." Following the stare from the other girl she nodded and whispered back, "He is the first ghost I've seen too and he looks scary with all the blood on his clothes..." confessed Leesha while too looking at the ghost, wondering if he would be evil or if he just looked scary.

The badge girl spoke to both Leesha and Aliyce and told them why she had the badge. "Wow, that's cool, I too want to be a Head Girl too someday, that must be really amazing!" She looked at Alice again and grinned. "This place is so cool!"

An American that was interesting. "So you were kicked out of an American school and your parents thought to ship you clear over here?" Seemed far to send a troubled kid, but what did she know her mother dumped her from Australia here.

"There is the lake, treehouse, animal stables, the grounds can be fun to walk around. There are a ton of secret passages and the room of requirement is a great place to hide if you are feeling the need to find something the castle can't give you." Such a great gem to have in this place, "The music room is one of my favorite places to hangout. My band is usually practicing there in the evenings." Thursdays were their usually day, but they could be found there jamming many other times as well.


Had everyone went to Paris this summer? It felt that many did at least, though she was fine with not going to Paris, Paris didn't have anything she truly wanted or needed. "Nothing wrong with being social. I think it's fun to get to know others." When her anxiety allowed her at least. She had gotten use to the feast and people everywhere, it was a normal comfort to her anymore.

"I had a great summer. I worked at the music store in Diagon Alley and learned loads about music and the selling part of it. He had a recording studio too so the band got to record a few things. We also played at a talent show and got 10th out of 50 groups." Great summer really, "Spend the rest of my time just being with friends and going to music camp." Which she was so sad she'd be too old for next year. She always learned so much.

Hearing the Headmaster Nat stood as told. She had no clue who the person was he was talking about but she stood quietly until she saw the food and was happy it was time to eat.

"I really think my parents shipped me over here to get me out of their hair, I do have a knack of driving them crazy" she giggled.

Lyra thought those things seem pretty interesting to explore, but really what caught her attention was when she mention she was in a band. " Oh so you are in a bad?" Now that is where it is at." "I absolutely love music even though I don't play an instrument I have been told I do have a pretty good set of vocal pipes." "What sort of music do you play?" I mostly listen to Rock Gothic Music, but if it is done well I can get down with it."
