Kitty walked down the kitchen level corridor on her way to the kitchens. She was in her usual Gothic style, with nails painted black and dark eyeliner. She wondered if there would be any other students visiting the house elves at this time. |

Lullan skipped towards Kitty. Tripping over her long black uniform cloak, almost falling head over heels, she caught herself and grinned to the third-year girl, wondering what she was doing down here. Tossing her dirty-blond hair she held from her mother, she smiled at the girl walking in front of her.

I was also going to visit the house-elves, because one of them, Dobby" she looked down, thinking of the heroic elf who had died saving his friends. "Saved my mother's life when she was kidnapped by Death Eaters. So now most of my friends are house-elves! But don't you think we'll bother them by stamping in their kitchen?" Lullan stopped short, looking at the portrait swinging open to let Kitty and herself in. She just couldn't believe the luck she had to meet such a nice person.
