It's a Jungle Out There: Can you survive the wild?
The first thing you notice when you enter the transfiguration classroom is that it is not a Transfiguration classroom. There are no tables, no chairs...no floor. You are standing in a very humid rain forest that seem to go on and on. Clearly there is very powerful magic at work here..do not try to understand it..just be prepared. Branches break under your feet as you step into the room and you are greeted by the sounds of the wild.
Are you excited?..Nervous?..Scared? Well..you should be.
There is a blazing sign in mid air..
Hogwart Students Die
Where is your professor? She wouldn't let you loose in a jungle with wild life without being here would she?

Hady could hear Maggie asking about transforming the giant spider into a goblet and for a second she nearly laughed. She could picture a Hugh goblet with hairy spider legs in her mind and she inwardly cringed.
Shaking her head slightly to clear her thoughts she took a deep breath as well. No, no the spider was pretty much done for. They really didn't need to do anything else to it but get the heck away from it! Far away and fast. The tugging at her elbow was a blessed feeling and she let herself be pulled away quickly following Zeke without question.
Wherever they ended up now certainly had to be better then the spider task. And then they were at a cliff. Not a small one either. Glancing over her shoulder to check for Maggie and Brookly, Hady then looked to her bestie with a bright grin and a nod of her head as she comfirmed, "Dragons!"
Checking the area around them it wasn't hard to find a decent sized rock. So was so ready! "Dragonifors!," She recited clearly and firmly pointing her wand at the rock and proforming the proper movement. Instantly the rock began to shake and transform into a Green Welsh Dragon. He looked just like the one she made last time.
Grinning at her little dragon she just needed to make him grow larger. With the correct motion of a wand and a soft "Engorgio" casted at he dragon she kept her eyes on it as it grew larger and larger. Perfect. Could they fly now?!
maybe a bit of phase 4 just to catch up, then phase 5 (*pokes sleeping*)

How many of these things were there again?
Zeke grinned as he leaped off of the last plank and onto solid ground, DONE! They'd made it. He turned back only to check to see if Brooklyn was okay, and Maggie too.
"So now what?" he wondered out loud.
The obvious was that they needed to keep walking, but he was eager to know what their next challenge would be - he was dying to make dragons. Amur would love it.

Whatever that might be....
"Geminio!," she repeated clearly yet again as she took several more slowly measured steps forward. Repeating this once or twice more seen Hady finished thanks to the help she'd gotten from Zeke. Giving him a small grin and a light pat on the shoulder she whispered a soft "thanks" when her feet finally touched solid ground on the other side of the bridge. It was nice knowing how well they could work together and without any fuss about it either.
Stepping out of the way she scanned the area for a brief second before continuing to head forward. She wasn't sure what was to come next but there was only one way to find out. And that was to continue onwards!
"We keep moving," Hady replied with a sideways glance and a small smirk at Zeke.

Aaaaaand they had all made it across. HUZZAH!
Turning to answer Zeke's question and give him a weird look, Maggie opened her mouth-
Only to shriek instead and jump behind Brooklyn, using her as a shield.
"SPIDERRRRRR!!!!"
LIKE WHAT EVEN!??!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
Mentally going through the list in her head in like half a second, Maggie finally pointed her wand at the spider (still trying to hide behind Brooklyn) and shouted, "Inflecto Telum!" There were supposed to be arrows. Where were her arrows? There was ONE single arrow.
WHAAAAT?????

THE LESSON WAS ENDING?!
Noooooooooooooooooooooooo!
Where they ANYWHERE near the finish? He wasn't doing very well at keeping track, but surely they were nearly there.
Composing himself swiftly, he really was going to start off at a quick pace only to pause in his tracks again... this time by a scream. A girly Maggie scream, of SPIDER.
Spider?
Turning on his heal, he saw what she was talking about and instinctively Zeke's wand shot toward the creature, but instead of uttering one of the numerous charms he had up his sleeve, he managed to recall something from his transfiguration study that might help.
"Incarcerous!" he cried out as Maggie shot an arrow. A single arrow. His own spell resulted in a thick rope shooting out the end of his wand and binding some of the giant spiders legs together. There were eight of them, so it was kinda hard to miss.
"Again!" he encouraged Maggie this time. Because YES, he was totally condoning attacking a creature when it was down. Giant spiders with many legs wouldn't stay tangled for long... he was sure of it.

It took a second to register what it was her fellow snake had shouted but when it did Hady instinctively took a step backwards at the same time grabbing Zeke's arm (since he was beside her) and tugging him backwards with her. The other girls were safe being as they were already behind Zeke and herself so that was good.
There was no time for fear or to mess up. Something needed to take place soon and she was semi surprised that Maggie was the first to react on this. Having no trouble with following the others lead she raised her slightly shaking hand and pointed her wand at the very large, very much real spider and stated clearly, "Inflecto Telum!"
Nothing.
Whoa what?!
Blinking once, twice, Hady groaned inwardly. Get it together Hadleigh!
With a deep intake of breath she tried again. "Inflecto Telum!" Several arrows shoot forth from her wand at the spider. Thank heavens! She couldn't choke, not now. It was just a spider....only a very large...hungry spider...It was probably much easier not to miss this time with Zeke's spell having come into play as well. Anyhow all that mattered was getting away from spider...

But the spider was still there and you know it was making her quite anxious and what if they turned and it was still alive and, "MAYBE WE SHOULD TRANSFIGURE IT INTO A WATER GOBLET??!??!?!?" YES??? NO????

Between Hady and Maggie, the creature didn't have much hope in dodging or deflecting those arrows, and he KINNNNNDAAAAA felt sorry for it.
"No, I think that'll do, let's just get out of here," he said, tugging at Maggies elbow before letting go and instead tugging Hady along. ALL OF THEM, LET'S GO!
They'd put plenty of distance between themselves and the spider, and he thought they were pretty much home and hosed, except.
"Cliff?"
A cliff, with NO bridge to mend.
They had to.... "DRAGONS!" Yes, they had to dragons, ahem, FLY.
Setting straight to work, Zeke's eyes fell straight to the ground in search of a rock or stone big enough for the task. He wanted a decent sized one to begin with, even if he would only be enlarging it later anyway.
"Draconifors," he recited clearly as he performed the spell to a T. He'd had LOTS and LOTS of practice with this one last year by the lake, there was no way he could get it wrong, and he didn't... the small rock shook and shifted until before him was a small Hungarian Horntail. In hindsight, a spiky dragon might not have been the best idea when he would have to ride it, but so long as he didn't impale himself mounting it, then he would be fine with the spike-less space behind the dragons wings.
"Engorgio," he cast, watching it swell and grow to a size suitable for riding on.

The bridge hadn’t been too much of a problem, but then, it seemed like the real problem was after it. Namely, the giant spider, which Brooklyn hadn’t been too surprised by the shriek from Maggie. Nope, that had been expected, even as she’d stayed quiet. There hadn’t been any reason to scream, not when she knew there wouldn’t be anyone coming to save them. That and she wasn’t going to do whatever it was that had happened last term when Slytherin had lost Gregoire. She wasn’t stupid. That, and she wasn’t going to expend the energy when the other three had started casting spells toward the spider running toward them. She’d pull a Maggie this time. It was deserved, but then as they’d been casting, she’d also been edging forward and away from the scene of the spider attack. Nobody said she had to stay.
She’d stopped when she’d gotten to the cliff however. Peering ahead to see Professor Bellaire and the other students who had apparently finished already. Okay, that wasn’t fair. She’d thought of the dragon spell again, moments before the other three had gotten here and done the same. Searching the ground, she found a rock that looked good. “Draconifors!,” she cast, moving her wand just as she’d done when they’d learned the spell the term before and visualizing Balerion again. A grin crept onto her face as the Hungarian Horntail appeared out of the rock, echoing the one that Zeke had created. Hers was better though. “Engorgio!”
Now her second Balerion was big enough, and she carefully scrambled up into the seat behind the wings, wrapping her hands around a couple of spikes. “Are we planning on staying here, or are we gonna fly?” She was going to fly either way, but she figured she’d keep the team together for now.

After they faced the spiders and all that and Norah conquered her fear which he was proud of her for they were moving onto the last and final stage. He grinned and was proud to make it out of the jungle alive. As he ran towards the end he noticed a cliff and almost fell over and he realized he needed to make something to fly over the cliff but what? He heard Puck muttering something about dragons and he grinned and snapped his fingers. He knew what to do! He got his wand out of his robes and needed an object to conjure out of a dragon. Could he use a rock? Yup a rock could work. He picked it up and began to observe it and he wondered how a little rock could produce a dragon? He was just gonna let magic take its course. He began to picture what dragon he wanted. He wanted a Welsh Green. He began to picture it clearly.
He used the wand movement and said, "Draconifors!" and he saw the rock began to shake and it began to transform. It looked like it could only fit one passenger. The others would have to make their own dragon. He saw Bellaire on the other side with house elves and drinks. He wanted that soo badly. "See you guys on the other side." he nodded and climbed aboard his dragon. He kicked his with the back of his heels and flew to the other side.
Eden was remaining calm. Toby was on the ground, laughing? Crying? Doing something Tobias-related--and Eden had frozen the spider solid....and she sighed. Her first instinct was to blast it, and KILL IT. But she thought Toby wouldn't be able to handle that.
So.
"Toby...hey, buddy..." she knelt down and touched his shoulder. "Hey...I froze it...and I think we can transfigure it into something else....that won't hurt us...or something...a goblet or...anything. I won't hurt it, okay? We can move onto the next part...because I don't think we're in the clear yet...come on, Toby...you can hold my hand, okay?" she took his hand gently and rubbed her thumb over his palm...soothingly.
She didn't want to have to drag Toby through this. Also, the poor guy looked distressed, and Eden did NOT like that...nope...
Toby was absolutely definitely a hundred percent laughing and not crying. YES there were tears in his eyes, but tears of LAUGHTER because everything was so FUNNY and WONDERFUL. FUNDERFUL. Yes. Or it was like... that laughter yoga thing that he'd read about in Ella's DADA notes that she'd sent him that he'd liked the sound of. Absolutely that and nothing to do with crying because he absolutely didn't do that. Hah. Ha. ... Ha.
He didn't quite register Eden talking at first, but when she took his hand he finally did peek up again. She seemed... calm... Sooooo... the spider was gone? DEAD? Oh... no, she'd mentioned... freezing it. Right. Goblet.
There was a pause, then Toby 'discreetly' wiped his still mostly hidden face on his sleeve (tears of LAUGHTER, okay? LAUGHTER) before sitting up again. Haha. Nothing to see here. Just a minor emotional breakdown (LAUGHTER) over the big scary spider and realisation that he'd failed to help others. Lol. NBD.
"I'm okay," he said, because Eden looked WORRIED and he couldn't have that. He smiled, 'cause he could always do that no matter what. "I'm fine, see? Just laughing." *SNIFF* "I'm fine. Let's turn it... into a goblet. Yeah, sure. Uh-huh. Okay." Toby nodded and stole a glance over to the HUGE FROZEN SPIDER. His breath caught, but he nodded again and started to get up, but did not let go of Eden's hand. But he was FINE, see? Totes fine. "... I'll do it. Y-you, uh... did all the work."
The goblet thing again? The goblet seemed like the best thing. He raised his wand.
"Vera Verto."
The spell... well... it worked. Kind of. Not WELL, but it WORKED. Now they were just left with what looked like a giant spider that had been TWISTED INTO GOBLET FORM and then frozen. It looked painful, Toby wanted to cry again. "Diminuendo." It shrank. Well... there was that, at least.
"Not real. It's not real, right?" Yes, right? "....... We should move on." Please. *sniff* (of LAUGHTER)

Eden was terrified of that.....goblet. She was glad when Toby shrunk it because......fkhgiurhtilhg. She turned her head to face away from it and just blinked a lot. "Well. How traumatizing..." she said softly, before squeezing his hand. Poor Toby. "We'll be all right, Tobes." She tried to smile encouragingly.
"Come on..." and she tugged him gently, and they would KEEP walking...this had to be over soon, right? Eden was honestly very tired from this experience...hungry...thirsty again...ugh. She felt like this class had lasted HOURS...
She saw her. PROFESSOR BELLAIRE! She was relaxing--Eden squinted. "Toby................um. I...we somehow...have to....fly." She had...NO idea--she was thinking quickly. "We have to fly over there to finish--wait--didn't we transfigure those dragons earlier?" Eden glanced around. "What can we turn into dragons?"

Amanda bit into the chocolate frog without bothering to look at the card and held up the box. "Couldn't you turn this into a goblet?" She asked nicely.
She munched a bit and looked around, they were pretty far behind. She didn't want to fail. They needed to think of something. She looked at Zander for answers. He seemed kinda smart-ish. Maybe his plan would work?
Munching away at the chocolate frog she pondered ideas. She was bad at this magic stuff. It was hard not to try and solve things the way she always had. But she didn't have much experience with murderous fish.

With her eyes still fixated on Dren Green Welsh Dragon Hady gave a nod of her head towards Brooklyn. Flying was the only way across and she was more then ready now. Having spotted Professor Bellaire on the other side she was more then ready to get there herself.
"Lets fly," she agreed quickly as she used her hands to pull herself up onto her dragons back once he had lowered himself down onto the ground enough. Getting herself comfortable on it's back she looked to the rest of her group making sure they were all ready to go. Not wanting to waste anymore time Hady nudged Dren's sides with her heels lightly as she directed him up into the air. "That way, over there Dren," the brunette directed pointing towards the other side.
Soaring through the sky once again was amazing and Hady couldn't help but lean down against it's neck holding onto him and urging him faster. The breeze of it's wings blowing her hair around her face did nothing to ruin her current happy mood. Glancing to the side she grinned at her group members. Sadly the flight was short lived as the dragon touched down on the other side of the cliffs. "Hello Professor!," Hady greeted with a wave of her hand as she slipped off the dragons back and onto solid ground.
They'd made it! Now where was the rest of her team?
Eden was terrified of that.....goblet. She was glad when Toby shrunk it because......fkhgiurhtilhg. She turned her head to face away from it and just blinked a lot. "Well. How traumatizing..." she said softly, before squeezing his hand. Poor Toby. "We'll be all right, Tobes." She tried to smile encouragingly.

"We have to fly over there to finish--wait--didn't we transfigure those dragons earlier?" Eden glanced around. "What can we turn into dragons?"
"Yeah. Yeah we will."
Toby was GLAD Eden didn't mention that butchered spell too much. She was right, though. TRAUMATISING. He took a steadying breath and relaxed a little now it was all out of sight, reminding himself that it wasn't real. Which was a LOT easier to do when he couldn't SEE the things with his very eyes.
He was exhausted, completely and utterly. What was it with classes this year and leaving him just emotionally drained. Merlin. BUT. Buuuuuuuuuuuut, they'd not even walked all that far until Eden was speaking again. Toby blinked and focused and LOOKED and... Bellaire! That was her! They'd made it? Well, they were certainly out of the trees, stood at the edge of a cliff, and there was Bellaire, waaaaaay across there. All they needed to do... was to...
Oh.
"Fly? Brooms?" Naturally, the first thing that came Toby's mind at the suggestion of flying was his Firebolt 600. But that was in his dorm (he'd continued to bring it with him to school every year in the vain hope that flying would be allowed again) and not here.
But no. Dragons. Of course. Like in class last year.
"Yeah, dragons. Okay, so..." It probably didn't matter WHAT they transfigured it from, only that they did it well enough to get them across to the other side. Toby looked around at the floor, looking for something, anything that might work. "Rocks," he simply said, finding a few scattered about. Once again, he let go of Eden's hand and shakily wandered over to grab the nearest two. Merlin, he needed some water and to lie down.
Handing one of the rocks over, Toby managed a smile. A genuine one. "Nearly done." He set the rock down on the ground. "Draconifor!"
Sheer will to complete the task was probably what made the spell work in the end, rather than any amazing amounts of focus. Toby watched as the rock morphed into a tiny dragon - he didn't know what breed, but it was still rock coloured. "Engorgio." It swelled in size, and Toby didn't lift the spell until he knew it was big enough to carry him across, keeping in mind what Quigley had said last year about there being a limit to how much something could grow before... something unfortunate happened. He pet the dragon, then looked at Eden. "Ready?"
Toby was. Toby was so ready. To pass out, mainly, but also to finish this class for the day. He was exhausted.

It was still quite difficult to relax and 'take a break' when she was still in the jungle scenario, but at least all the pesky bugs were gone, and there were no piranhas in sight ...... and it had gone dark. Night time. That was actually quite a nice touch. Clara looked up from where she was laying, wondering whether she'd see what she thought she might. She did. Stars littered the night sky, bringing a magical and calming touch to the jungle.
She couldn't stay like forever, though, and after about five minutes she sat up. She then pushed herself up to standing, and while doing so noticed something in her pocket that wasn't there before. Essence of murtlap. Perfect. Clara applied it first to her neck and hands, as those were the spots that were bitten most, and then to any other exposed skin. The itching and irritation ceased almost immediately, becoming bearable and almost unnoticeable. She relaxed again, leaning against a tree, still keeping an eye out for poor Rooney.
She noted that her break was coming to an end as it began getting light again and bugs started buzzing.
Time to move on.
After looking around once more for Rooney, Clara concluded that she wasn't going to find him and that he'd probably gone past her at some point without her knowing.... she certainly hoped that was the case. It was now time to face whatever challenge in the jungle came next.
Except, she almost started to think that it wasn't coming. She kept her eyes peeled, watching everything around her, but it felt like she was just walking and walking. But eventually .... she came to the edge of ... something ... with no way to get across other than a bridge. A bridge with several planks of wood missing. A bridge that didn't look like it could survive even a stone being tossed on it.

Zeke took a few moments to appreciate his Horntail, all the while allowing time for the others to create theirs. It pleased him that Brooklyn too had transfigured a Horntail, they were only like THE COOLEST dragons ever, right? RIGHT?
He watched first as Brooklyn and Hady got settled with their dragons before mounting his own.
Where was Maggies?
...
He peered down over his dragons wingspan and held out his hand, should she want to take it, he could drag her up if need be.
"Let's go, no point in waiting," he shrugged.
Once settled, Zeke pat his dragon on the side of its scaly neck. "Up and at 'em!" he grinned to himself, "And hold on tight, if you know what's good for you," he said over his shoulder to Maggie. He wasn't the one with cooties, and death wasn't going to get them a pass grade in Transfiguration.
The Horntail tensed beneath them before pushing off with a gentle cry, its wings extended and cutting through the thick humid air as they soared over the gorge.
Awesome. Just AWESOME..... except that they were descending... they were there.
With a light thud, the dragon landed smoothly on the opposite side of the gorge where some others were already assembled, and the Professor. Cool beans. They passed, right? Could he get an O for this please? It'd be grand.
"We made it," he said to his teammates, sliding down the side of his dragon first before extending a hand to give Maggie a hep down.... though, he was tempted to keep his distance, he didn't fancy another kicking after all.
And that's a wrap but three cheers for you amazing peep!!

There was a loud whistle as everything around them began to vanish. The trees, rivers...hills..cliffs...everything vanished into nothingness and the classroom reappeared before their eyes.
The professor however was still seated, sipping her coconut water. She did start a slow clap however as the classroom turned to normal.
"Bravo...bravo..Hogwartians." She got to her feet to eye them all up.
"You're not as whimpy and useful as you pretend to be half the time. I'm impressed." And they should know that it took a lot to impress her.
"Gather your things up and prepare for your next class. Your scores and the champions of this class will be posted on the notice board so keep an eye out for that." Another sip of the coconut water...because man this was good. "So if there are no question...you may leave."

Oh maaaan, really? The end? Zhenya was so amazed to watch as the jungle she had just come out of was disappearing and being replaced with a classroom. The transfiguration classroom. Her mouth hung open, but she quickly closed it. What if there were lingering mosquitos that wanted her to eat them again? Ew. Zhenya gathered her belongings and headed towards the door, but not before turning to the incredible transfiguration professor. "Professor Bellaire that was just... the BEST thing EVER," Zhenya said, totally serious. If she could score the class, she would give it 11 out of 10! Yeah, it was THAT good! But ooh she couldn't wait to see who had won the most points.

Before Adi even had the chance to register what was happening, his dragon vanished and he landed with a thump on his butt. Blinking, he looked around as though hoping to see the Lion Dragon. "I didn't even get to say bye,'' he muttered as he jumped to his feet. He eyed Bellaire. Reaaally? She had thought they were wimpy? She underestimated them. Hehe.
Adi had no questions. He just knew he needed to go wash off the stickiness of perspiration from his skin before the next class. "Bye, Professor! Awesome class!'' Merlin knew he would love more classes like these.
"You guys ready to go?'' he asked his team.

Just moments after she landed and slid off her dragon Zeke and Maggie were behind her and then Brooklyn too. Perfect everyone had made it. With a grin she nodded at her teammates. "Great job, I'd say we all worked well together." She praised them all giving Zeke a pat on the shoulder since he was closest to her.
Suddenly there was a loud whistle and everything began to change until Hady was standing inside the classroom. Professor Bellaire announced the lesson was over then. Well that was a good thing for she was tired! With another smile at her friends she waved at Professor Bellaire, "Really cool lesson Professor, a bit nerve wrecking at times but still epic! Thanks!" This lesson had been seriously fun even if that spider maybe sorta had her a bit panicked. AHEM. No, no she hadn't panicked. Not at all.
Now it was time for a quick stop at the kitchens for a drink and on to her next lesson!

Clara analysed the bridge from a distance, trying to work out the most efficient way to fix it. Several planks of wood were missing, so she'd need to duplicate one of them to replace the rest, and then attach them. It was also obvious that the ropes holding everything together appeared quite frayed and, well, not safe .... she'd need to do something about them, as well.
With a plan set in her mind, Clara carefully approached the edge. It wouldn't do to fall, even if no real harm would come to her, and it certainly wasn't worth the risk. Thankfully, the plank nearest to her was in reach. "Gemino," she said, flicking her wand in its direction, and watched as an identical wooden plank appeared above it. She pulled it, with care, off the bridge entirely, kneeling by it a little distance away from the edge. Glancing back at the bridge, she estimated that she'd need another four planks. "Gemino," she repeated ... then, again, another three times. One step done.
But, then ............ everything changed.
The planks of wood disappeared, along with everything else. No more jungle setting, no more heat, just a classroom ... and Professor Bellaire ..... and there was Rooney. Clara sighed, relieved, making a mental note to talk to him later. She wanted to apologise for losing him so quickly. For now, though, she needed to get to her next class. "Goodbye, Professor," she called over her shoulder as she made her way out of the classroom.

She wasn't a fan of the idea of needing to get closer to the mean fishies. Wasn't that what they had a guy around for? She looked at the water again. It didn't look like it held evil demon fish. Maybe they were gone now? She wasn't going to test it.
She tried not to let her fear show through but she was only 11, not really quite fierce so she turned her face away from them and started crying. She wanted her mom and her blankie and a big slice of pie. But here she was in a scary jungle with two people that seemed just as confused as she was.

She probably wouldn't be too pleased. So the Gryffindor just gave her a small, sad shake of the head. If only, kid. That'd be great. And then she was begging for a chocolate frog and hadn't Zander just said these were his last ones?! Merlin. But the puppy dog eyes and FINE. But only because he loved crups and had one of his own. "Here, but if it's got a Rowena Ravenclaw, I'd need the card back." Or a Merlin card, those were a rarity.
Uh..... Okay. What was with his teammates and the weird ideas? Zander nodded along with whatever Natalia was going on about. But then suddenly gave her a look of sheer brilliance when she reminded him that Piranhas ARE fish. "They ARE. Nat, that's brilliant!" Something suddenly came over him and he all had his hands on her shoulders, grinning ear to ear. "They can't GET us! The need water! We could just leave and-- Wait, no. I need water too." Hmph. He was thirsty. That was their problem. He couldn't go on without drinking.
Holy Merlin. He had an idea.
"WAIT! There's this spell! It turns animals into goblets.... Erm... Something Verto? Um.. Uh..." Did Nat know it, did she-- "VERA VERTO???" And then break time was over and the fish were going full swing again. "What if we turned them into water goblets so that we could scoop up some water?" See, he could be smart too sometimes.
After listening of both of her team members suggestions, Natalia was still a little skeptical. Perhaps what Zander suggested would work, but to scoop water like that one-by-one... it would take the entire day! Just when the fourth year began to rub her forehead in frustration, the young Ravenclaw girl started... crying? Oh no, the very LAST thing that Natalia wanted was for the group to break apart.
"Amanda, stop-don't cry! It's alright!" The Lioness attempted her best to comfort the firstie. She wasn't really an expert at this sort of... persuasion. "Come on... Amanda..." When all attempts have failed, she eyed Zander, urging him to think of a way to quiet her down.
Before she could take another breath, everything - the scenery, the objects, the piranhas - all disappeared into thin air. WUUUUUUT. With eyes wide open, Natalia glanced around frantically, fearing for a very brief second that her vision had been tricked.
Class ENDED?
Well, that was fast! Unfortunately, the Thundering Trio hadn't even complete Phase two. It wasn't like she had expected them to do better, but the experience was rather entertaining, nonetheless.
"Look at that Amanda, we're done!" No more piranhas, no more eerie woods. They were back in the good, old classroom, safe and sound. Although Natalia was rather disappointed that the activity was over and that they were unable to finish the mission, she felt the abrupt ending a relief: she no longer had to babysit the firstie. Don't be mistaken, it wasn't that Natalia didn't enjoy her company. Sometimes, allowing a much younger student to tag around could be quite exhausting.
"Well, I guess good job team!" That was pretty much about all Natalia could say.

Thank Merlin the lesson was over. Lux didn't think she could have handled much more of it. Heights freaked her out and she wanted Bay.
They were back in the classroom, and that was a sight for sore eyes. Slowly she got to her feet and went to gather her stuff. Of course she was shaky. She couldn't even walk properly anymore. Ughh. "Bye, AJ. It was nice working with you! Bye, Professor Bellaire." And that she made her way unsteadily out the door.
Eden took the rock Toby handed to her and examined it. She didn't know how she would get a dragon big enough to ride across...to finish the class and make it out ALIIIIIVE.
Hmph.
She watched Toby do his and then set her rock down. "Draconifor!" she cried, watching the rock transform...once again, Toby's spell kept the dragon the same color as the rock--but that was okay. Eden blamed it on his stress levels from the spider...and other things, too. Poor thing.
Her dragon, though...emerged from the rock and was pretty cool looking. "Engorgio--" she pointed her wand at the dragon, and did as Toby did, making it bigger until it was big enough to carry her across, and nothing more. "I'm ready..." she glanced over, nervously, at Toby before climbing into the back of the mini!dragon, and then wondered how to get this thing going--she gave the side a little KICK--and they were OFFFF!
Eden was so HAPPY when they landed...and she wanted to fall off her dragon and die of happiness of being DONE WITH THAT HORRENDOUS CLASS. OH GOSH. Did Toby make it? She looked around for him, frantically--HE HAD TO HAVE MADE IT. They were in this together... ;__;

Maggie STILL didn't quite trust that spider and whether or not it was actually unconscious/dead/not going to attack them anymore. Which was why it took her a little longer to get to that cliff. Walking backwards with your wand pointed at an unmoving giant spider was hard okay?? She did make it though. Just in time to see the other two girls fly off on their dragons.
Gosh. Rude.
Only Zeke was still there and was now.....basically DRAGGING her onto his dragon. EXCUSE YOU MISTER GRYFFINDOR! This was not-
And they were off. Without even giving Maggie the CHANCE to protest. What made it even worse was the fact that she had to hold onto ZEKE to make sure she wouldn't fall of the dragon. This was officially the worst day ever. But also kiiiiinda cool because flying on a DRAGON!!!! But shh. WORST DAY EVER OKAYY????????
Okay. They had made it. In one piece. Phew. It took Maggie a moment to calm down enough to actually get off the dragon though. They'd just flown over a cliff!!!!! Oh. And when she finally did hop off the dragon, she took Zeke's offered hand instinctively. Hey. Somebody was HELPING her get off her means of transportation (in this case, a dragon), she couldn't say no to that.
Aaaaaaand then everything changed. Well. Their surroundings. They were back in the classroom. That coconut water looked so good though. She wanted it. Badly. Which was why she just stared at Professor Bellaire for a moment. Oh yes. Right. But they were....yes....they were supposed to leave. Maggie took a step forward. Maggie wrinkled her nose and forcefully let go of it. Anywaaaaaaaay...."Thank you Professor." Pause. "I'm glad we didn't die." That was partly directed at her teammates too. Right. "Bye." And with that she was off.

It was weird with Maggie being quiet, she hadn't said so much as a 'boo' the whole flight over the gorge thing, and now, now she was holding his hand in silence? Go figure she could be downright NICE when she wasn't being a princess.
He had LOVED the forest scene, so when Bellaire made it all melt away, and they were back in the classroom, he didn't know what to think. He just... wanted back in.
Pleased that they'd survived, and pleased that Bellaire was pleased, Zeke spared a grin at Hady as she pat him on the shoulder, and was about to say something when Maggie yanked her hand out of his.
...Okay.
"Yeah, well done all," he said a little distracted, but managed to quickly follow it up with a "See youse later." Yep, they'd best be off, and ... he needed a shower. "Thanks for the adventure, Professor."
