Ancient Runes Lesson I: Dramatic Arts of the Runic Era
The Ancient Runes classroom was transformed. There were no chairs or tables or the usual nametags for students, but a couple of big boxes with unfamiliar and unusual clothes inside them were laid down by the professor's big desk. The walls of the classroom were the unusual color of bright white. The blackboard was still there, though, with the date of today and a title of 'Dramatic Arts of the Runic Era'.
Professor Botros was standing near the entrance of the classroom as his habit, waiting to greet students who walked in.
ooc: - Class has STARTED, please don't post your character walking in. Pretend as if you've been here the whole time. Unless you want them to get in trouble.

Botros sat back down on his chair behind the desk to watch the next scene. The little girl being the falcon was so adorable, the seventh year trying to put on a deep voice that suited Loki was so funny-- as funny as was Toby playing the giant considering his thin figure. Botros chuckled lightly, making sure his voice didn't carry in the classroom interrupting the performers. As soon as the scene came to an end with Loki flying back to Asgard, he stood up clapping. "Bravo bravo!" He continued to applaud walking around the desk to stand in front of the small group. "Great job all three of you, very believable too." He grinned with his wrinkly cheeks at 'the falcon'. Heh heh heh.
Now. "The next scene is supposed to be rather emotional. Mr. Rogers will be our new Thor, and here's your costume..." The professor threw him an identical Thor costume from the box. "Miss Lynch will be our Freyja, and here's your dress." He handed her the costume with an encouraging smile. "Will you please change the scenery for the third scene like we did before, too?" By touching the wall? A scene of Asgard would replace the land of the giants. "As for Mr. Bronwyn. He would be Loki, dressed in the same costume as Ms. Burton." Botros grabbed the costume and went to help the little boy put it on. He wanted to give him the role of Freyja but the old man figured only a girl would understand the horror of having to marry a giant, and so she would portrait the goddess better.

Zander watched the next three that walked up to take over and had a small smile on his face realizing that Toby was among one of the three. It was kind of funny that Toby was supposed to be playing the giant, seeing as he wasn't all that big. Though, compared to the firstie who was being the falcon.
He only chuckled after seeing Botros chuckle, noting that it was okay. Overall the group did an amazing job, just like the first. And Merlin, this was starting to make Zander feel kinda nervous about his turn. Luckily group nine meant he had a while to go because scene change and they were only on group three now.
Also did anyone wanna talk about how this was the first Runes class that wasn't a total bore? Or was that only Zander who thought so. 'Cause ahem. Aside from the weird lesson where they spent the whole time trying to find that sebastion guy.... This was the first time Zander was clearly enjoying himself in the class. Why'd it have to be the year AFTER he failed his OWL. If Runes was like this all the time, Zander totally would've gotten an O. Totally.

She watched intently as the scene had changed. The next three actors were playing the roles of Loki, the giant Thrym, and the goddess' falcon cloak. The little girl that was the cloak ....cawed? That wasn't really a falcon sound but it was cute and Ilia giggled.
The she/ Loki had a good accent...and was she a fellow snake? She was pretty certain she had seen the girl before. As Loki though, she did nicely and pulled off the outfit well.
The giant she found to be very enthusiastically played. The laughter, the knee slapping, the odd head tossing......it was all very entertaining and she was enjoying it thoroughly. It made her eager for her turn to play her part.
Unfortunately their parts to be played were over, but Ilia clapped enthusiastically for this round and the ones before. This class was very entertaining, better than she had expected!
Now it was time for the next three and she cheered to welcome them. Act three, it was advancing fast. She took a moment to plait her long golden hair to better fit whatever part she may have.
Norah watched with a huge grin because look at all the people having FUN. Did everybody else see that 'cause she sure did. And other people having fun made it easy to have fun yourself, so there she was wiggling excitedly and having fun. Who knew that could even happen in this class. She clapped enthusiastically as the second group finished, letting out a soft "Whoop!" but not a loud one because it wasn't nice to make loud noises all of a sudden when people weren't expecting it. Even if making loud noises was especially exciting. See that? She was THINKING. Apparently she was capable of that sometimes.
She craned her neck to who was in the next group. HADY? NICE. The fourth year gave her friend a thumbs up. A goddess refusing marriage? RADICAL. TOTALLY. RADICAL. Could they do this scene again so she'd get a turn to do that?

Wow, the first act had been amazing, and the second one just as good.
Lux was so PROUD of everyone and their amazing acting skills; t seriously felt like she was watching a real live play on broadway!! Zhenya was totally killing it as Loki, but of course the other two were also amazing. It was hard to keep from laughing and applauding.
Giggle. Toby was an incredible giant, and it was made even funnier because he wasn't very tall.
Their turn was over too soon, and it was time for the next three to perform. Hady, Zeke, and the cute little boy from the library would do totally amazing. And wow, she would love to play Loki, because he was so cool. Maybe Professor Botros would let her play him, but for now she was happy just watching the people perform.
EEEEEP!! It was almost her group's turn!! It was exciting!!

Excellent! Botros had of course given the okay for her to be in a ninth scene. Though she was slightly nervous as to the whole acting thing, at least she had two people in her scene she felt comfortable with. Before stressing over that though - because scene nine was a ways to go being the last on set - Tia made herself comfortable as she watched the first two acts.
Had they acted before, the fifth year wondered?
She smiled at their performance and gave a thumbs up to Leah and Tobes specifically, as they finished.
Onto scene three! And her house buddy and cuttieee Rooney was up! She beamed encouragingly to him and waited.

Amanda watched the scenes with glee. She couldn't help giggling at the older students acting. She was entranced. She looked around, wondering what the next performance would bring. How did people get in front of others like that? She blushed at the thought. That had to be embarrassing.
She looked around at the other students and so most of them just as focused as herself.

Dot finished her coronet and tucked the end of her hair into the braid as she watched That Boy and his group do their dramatic magic. It was dead amusing to see people throwing in with the story with so much enthusiasm. And costumes!
She clapped and cheered for everything Toby did, and then clapped wildly for the other two just in case. HOORAY.
And now it was time for the third group to set up. Dot leaned forward to get a better look as they started shifting into position. The way the set changed was so cool, and Hady was in this group, and... yeah. It was getting exciting. "GOOD WORK, HADY." Even if she hadn't done anything yet.

He felt really good seeing Professor Botros get up from his seat, and gave his group loud claps. It was amusing to see the old man laughing. Ethan felt happy and proud, because his group did SO well, and that the others did enjoy Scene I. Tough act to follow, though? The Slytherin simply shrugged at the professor with a grin, and dived on the floor to sit with the rest of the class. Well, he had no right whatsoever to judge the other groups because HE KNOWS that they are good too. Maybe even better! “Thanks, professor!” the teen gave the old man a playful salute, and turned to Leah and Jackson as they settled with him on the floor. “Well done you guys!” he said beaming at the Hufflepuff, and a fist bump back to Jackson.

And now onto Scene 2!
Oh heeeey! HI TOBIAS! Oh and that girl! He knows her…well, dorm mates and all, yeah? Ethan relaxed as he watched the second scene unfold. A playful grin was on his bearded face as he watched all three of them get into character. And that Gryffindor kid? SHE’S GOT POTENTIAL. Just sayin’.
Ethan chuckled as he watched Toby!Thrym laugh at the mighty Loki. What? It was really comical seeing Toby being…well, small and all that. What if all the ‘Giants’ were about his size? LOL. LOOOOL!
Impressed with their performance, Ethan clapped along with the others. The Slytherin let out a whistle too for good measure.
And now for the third scene!
Oooh. OOOOOH. Ethan, who, by the way kept his beard, changed it to blonde to match his hair color. The Slytherin stroked it wistfully as he eyed Zeke. He’s going to play Thor, and he was rather curious as to how he’d carry the character out? And emotional too, eh? Should be interesting!

He and Norah were laughing. Adi couldn't help it but his rock buddy was just darn hilarious! "Sorry,'' he mouthed in Ethan's direction. Hehe. You couldn't blame the badgers. Annnnd then there were Zhenya, Tobias and Rusty. Adi had to admit, he really Zhenya's accent. Her own one mixed with the Norse one made quite a combination. And Rusty's Caw- cawing... Let's not forget Toby! He was doing awesomeeee too!
And all too soon that scene was over. Bummer. Oh well. That only meant one thing...his group's turn was coming up soon! This Hufflepuff was READY, YO! He didn't even care what role he got. Hehe. But first, it was Zeke's group turn.

Zeke simply nodded, accepting and donning the costume of THOR. At least he was a COOOL God person. Hehehe. WEEE.
Getting into position, he exchanged a nervous glance with Freja!Hady and Mr.Bronwyn!Loki... he needed to learn the dudes name.
As they were introduced into the scene, Zeke did THOR-like things, which included stroking his own hair - both on his head and his face - and flexed his muscles for the audience. HE WAS THOR!RAWR! Oh shoot, wait, EMOTIONS! HE HAD TO BE EMOTIONAL. Deciding he was very confused, and Thor too would be confused at his lack of Hammer and waiting for Loki, Zeke!THOR took the pacing slowly in front of the audience, too and fro, a hand raised to his chin in a concerned manner. He was either overselling it, or severely underselling it. It was hard to tell with these things.
At the end of their scene, Toby took a bow to the applause their group got, and turned to grin at the girls he'd been working with, shooting them a double thumbs up. Still wearing his Thrym costume, he rejoined the audience, grinning at those who had been watching who now caught his eye. SUP. This acting thing was great for the mood. Toby felt so DRAMATIC and bouncy.
But he managed to keep the bouncing MOSTLY at bay in order to pay attention to scene three. Zeke as Thor? Toby could see him doing a pretty brilliant job at that; this was another kid who would go all out. He laughed at the muscle flexing, though did his best not to do so too loudly, especially as they'd not even properly go into it yet.
Okay, he was watching, he was watching. Okay.

The second group had finished their scene and Hady clapped for them along with everyone else. Now it was her groups turn and she rose to her feet giving each of her group members an encouraging smile and a thumbs up towards two of her friends (Dot and Norah) that were encouraging her to do her best.. They could do this!
Following Zeke towards Professor Botros she listened silently for what they would be doing. Accepting the dress from the professor with a warm smile she slipped it over her head and fixed the clasps in back to hold it into place, the long dress falling about her feet. She was now dressed the part to become Freya.
Had she heard right though? This was to be an EMOTIONAL scene? Just great. Really just lovely. She wasn't an actress at all! For her group though she would certainly try. Deciding to remain just a little bit off to the side until she was needed in the scene once Zeke/THOR arrived back at Asgard. To give herself something to do for the moment she done as asked by the professor and lightly touched the wall that would change the scenes for them. That was awesome.
Watching her friend preform as THOR she gave him a small and a nod of her head silently letting him know he was doing great. Soon it would be her turn.

Closing his eyes, Rooney took a deep breath and held it for seven seconds before breathing out for four. Two times before standing to applaud the second group with a big smile. They'd done well, extremely well. Loki? Right. He could do that. He knew the story inside and out and was confident enough that he could do this on the spot. Improvisation had never been his favourite part of acting, and the structure of a script was a safety blanket that he enjoyed but he would be perfectly okay as he wasn't alone in his group.
Emotional? Loki didn't do emotional. Rooney did do emotional. Rooney!Loki could not do emotional. Of course, the emotions were more than likely going to be with another member of his group. The girl, perhaps. Or maybe the other guy would make the wedding situation about him -- that was a very Thor-like thing to do -- and dramatically cry. Or really cry. Did he look like a crying person? "Thanks Professor!" Roo looked at his costume properly once it was on and briefly closed his eyes whilst Botros spoke at the beginning of their scene.
... Could he get away with just being a fool in this scene?
He would at least feel at ease.
Oh gosh..
Roo ran off of their "stage" and hid in the audience, just so he could ARRIVE in Asgard like a boss... as Loki.

AND THE WALLS WERE CHANGED. THEY WERE READY TO GO. IT WAS TIME TO BREAK A LEG -- figuratively, and not literally because that would be painful and disrupting and Rooney really just wanted to have a normal class. Or..whatever was the norm here at Hogwarts.
The first year had made sure to clear a pathway between him and his group mates and as soon as he knew they were ready and starting, he broke into a RUN and SPRUNG over those sitting in the front row. He'd apologise later - for now he was just going to mutter something about peasants under his breath and look down his nose at them. Of course, some of them sitting were tall enough to be head height around his elbows and that was somewhat disheartening but Mama always said that great things came in small packages and he was going to fake it until he made it.
Aunt Elsy had taught him that saying.
Pretending that the travel had winded him a little, Rooney coughed a few times, cleared his throat and stood as tall as he could, arms defiant and next to him. "BROTHER." Yo, Thor. C'mere dawg. "I, Loki of the really-trying-hard-to-sound-manly clan, bring bad news! The giant Thrym was unwilling to my Lokified charms, and tossed aside ALL of my attempts to gift him a lock of my hair in turn for your hammer. Therefore I failed your hammer and yourself, but kept my hair." Lulz. He was just going to take this in his stride and make it his own because he really didn't want his classmates to think that he was a try hard actor before they knew him.

While he was pacing, looking like a super strong, masculine and CONCERNED Thor, Zeke cast a quick glance at his cast mate in Hady. It seemed strange to see her in a dress like that, but alas, she was no Hady, SHE WAS FREYJA!
Dun dun dunnnnnnnnn....
The intenseness of the waiting for news and things was broken as LOKI arrived from his negotiating travels!
Zeke paused in his step, arms extended wide as if waiting for an embrace from his brother figure... but more to the point he felt as if ARMS WIDE OPEN was Thor's best pose. Was it not? "What news, Loki?!" he had asked upon his 'brothers' greeting.
Nodding, and SMASHING his fist into his palm to emphasise ANGER, Zeke grumbled deeply like only a thunderous Thor possibly could. "Aaaaarrrrrghhhhhh! I'll THWART them when I get it back! I will!" he declared, because declaring war was totally a thing... and wait, what was that last bit?
Zeke!THOR squinted in LOKI's direction..... before stroking his hair again and rubbing the nape of his neck.
"Frejya to marry him? Is that all I must do to get my Mjolllll---HAMMER back?"
It sounded too easy, even for a GOD of his SIZE and POWER and EMOTIONS AND stuff.
One hand going to his hip, the other in a fist raised toward the sky, Zeke took measured leaps in Hady!FREYJA's direction. "Freyjaaaa!" he called out, beckoning for Hady to join him properly on set. "Put you're wedding dresses on! There's going to be a wedding!" This was said in as DEEEEEEEEP a voice as he could muster, and the emotion was commanding or something, that WAS an emotion... he hoped.

Zhenya's face felt warm as the scene ended, and she had a big grin on her face. That was a rush of excitement! Zhenya smiled at Professor Botros for his applauding of their performance, and she gave her scene-mates big grins and thumbs up. That was pretty GOOD. She handed Loki's costume over and settled down to watch scene three. She was super excited to see little Zeke playing Thor, and to see how the other two, who she didn't really know, perform their scene. It would be great anyway. She crossed her legs and felt herself relax after the performance, the performance adrenaline leaving her system now, and she watched the next scene with delight.
Look at Thor/Zeke up there, flexing his muscles and stroking his face hair. Zhenya giggled, it was superb improv. She'd have to give him a good clap on the back for it. And look at Hady, all dressed up as Freya. She would surely make a great Freya. And the other little one, Rooney, made such a cute Loki. And LOOK AT HIM flying over everyone! BRAVO LITTLE DUDE! But Zeke was just too much, and Zhenya couldn't control the giggles coming. She was so impressed with his performance. 'Mjolllll---HAMMER' hehehehehehehe!!!

Hady/Freyja watched her partners with a small grin which quickly turned to surprise as Rooney leaped over the front row towards them! Whoa nice work! She'd certainly be congradulating him on that one. He was doing a great job being Loki and she was trying not to laugh.
There came Zeke/THOR rushing about and shouting. It was hilarious but she continued to keep a straight face until beckoned to come out onto the stage. Hady/Freyja rushed towards him swinging her arms about dramaticly. "I WILL DO NO SUCH THING! she called out in return with a look on her suddenly reddened face as she stormed about before him stomping her feet in anger and pretending to tear a necklace from her neck and tossed it to the floor.
Her marry Thrym just to please him? That just wasn't happening.
"Do you think I am only a weak love sick girl and I will just follow you and-and marry him?!" Hady/Freyja cried out in disbelief as she pointed a finger in Zeke/THOR's direction her eyes bright with anger and a few tears which she wouldn't let fall. Really it was hard pulling this off as she had to force herself to think up some of her most saddest and angriest moments all at the same time while continuing to shout and stomp about. She probably looked incredibly silly.
Gah this was much harder then she had thought. Hopefully she wasn't being to dramatic here but the Professor did say this was to be an emotional scene.

WOAH THOR. Rooney broke character for a moment just to giggle and rub an itch on his nose away. His focus returned immediately and he rolled his eyes, arm extending to rub the back of his head and turn away from his 'brother' to shake his head at his dramatics. "Must you be so loud, Thor? How will I appreciate classical music if you continue to holler every thought that enters your pea-sized brain, brother?" Brothers could be a headache, Rooney could testify to that. He had three of them and sometimes Calliope acted more like a male and said she was his brother.
Blood brother, that was.
And here was the girl in their group throwing her own theatrics, and he thought about applauding her there and then but didn't. Loki wasn't a clapper. He was just dapper, ha.
"Freyja, sweet sweet Freyja. Dear woman, you are beginning to give me a type of reflux." He gestured to his stomach area and then rrrrrollled his hand up towards his throat and then under his chin as his tongue lulled out. Barf, lady, barf. "Marry the giant, the giant shall give Thor his hammer, Thor shall thank me and reward me with everything I could ever ask for." Good plan, huh?
"BROTHER. Hold her down, and I shall dress her!"
He wasn't GOING to though. She was going to get hurt if so.
The first year was simply too cute as Loki, Botros was laughing with tears forming in his eyes at the last attempt of holding down the goddess HERSELF to marry the giant. Mr. Rogers was such a natural Thor, though! Maybe it was the fact that he was in Gryffindor, too. Lynch was such a good goddess, too, definitely would've made a great princess, the old professor thought. All the Slytherin sass was doing her well in portraying a sad Freyja. The old man wanted them to carry on, to see how the fight would've ended but he was afraid they accidentally broke the goddess, or got killed themselves. So he stood up clapping. "Bravo bravo! What a brilliant scene, very entertaining. Well done, everyone." He walked around his desk, still clapping, and to the box to get ready for the next scene.
"The next scene will have four people simply because it's a conference between the gods, plotting to get Thor's hammer back from the giants." He knelt and fished out Thor's costume first. "Ms. Carrington will be our Thor." Smiling at his hardworking, Hufflepuff girl. "Ms. Valentine will be one of the gods, Heimdall." He handed the costume to the Gryffindor. "Mr. Rehman will be our Loki." The identical costume was handed over to the Prefect. "And lastly, Mr. Scabior will be none other than Odin." Giving the Ravenclaw the costume and then standing up. "And you can use my cane as Odin's staff." Botros beamed and handed his cane over. He didn't use it all that much, it was more of an accessory and a magical staff for him anyway. It was all good. "We don't need to change the scenery here, the scene ends with Loki telling the gods about his idea." So all they had to do was wait for the new performers to get their outfits on.
Botros stood behind his table and cleared his throat. "Finding they could do nothing with Freyja, Thor and Loki called all the gods together to talk over the matter and decide what should be done to get back the hammer..."
ooc: - Members of the group needs to do at least 2 posts.
- Everyone else are advised to make one post watching, observing..etc.
- Every student should have at least 7 posts from this post of mine until the end of class (which means you don't have to react to every scene but most of them).
- Points will be equally given based on fulfilling the 7 posts, and creativity of your student during their scenes since they're given no dialogue; Be dramatic, funny, theatrical, over-the-top..etc.
- Use this post to guide you through the story (make up your own dialogue if you will, improvise within the plot line..etc).
- Having fun is very important, so make sure you do that!
- Group four has 12-18 hrs to finish their scene, so go ahead and start!

Zeke’s group WAS very impressive. They’re a talented bunch, are they not? They’re just kids, compared to Ethan, but they actually made the scene VERY balanced and not over the top. Yes, yes. Those THREE need to be in WADA. In all seriousness.
Yeah, that little blond kid who played Loki? He’s impressive. And creative too! He also liked the idea of him engaging the audience somehow. He’s a fan of that technique, did they know? And the mighty Zeke! Ethan beamed proudly at him and gave him TWO thumbs up. The way he put on the godly act was just...impeccable. And then there’s Hady. The she-Snake got a proud grin from the older Snake and gave her the ‘okay’ sign. Her chemistry with Zeke was plain perfect. And very moving too.
And they were done. Already?
Ethan followed Botros' lead, nodded and gave Zeke’s group a slow, approving clap. They acted with such class!

The next group’s up, and Ethan could not WAIT to see them perform. Every scene seems to get better everytime, yeah? And would you look at the next roster of actors? Odin’s mighty beard! There is a lot of promise with the next bunch. Yeup.

Norah's eyes were bright as she watched Hady's group perform. Hehehe Zeke as Thor? AWESOME. And Hady was wonderful of course unless it was just her own biased opinion because Hady was her friend but who cared, really. Good good stuff as good. And the firsty, MAN he was cute. She paused her clapping for the group when they were finished to give the kid (Rooney) a thumbs up. The pea sized brain comment was HILARIOUS, and the fourth year gave one last snort just remembering it before Botros cut off the scene. Man, was this awesome or what.
Scene four? Was he sure he didn't want to skip just to scene seven because Norah would like that very much yes okay case closed.

As the third group performed, Lux was seriously impressed. Everyone was so amazing and she hoped that she would do a good job with her role whatever it was.
Time to find out, because Professor Botros was calling on them! EEEEP!!
It would have been truly awesome to play Loki, but Lux was totally fine with being Thor. Maybe she would get in touch with her manly side for this. Even though she didn't really have one, there was no point in not trying! Smiling, she made her way to the front and put on her costume. Hehe, she probably looked silly but that was part of the fun!!!
Channeling her inner!Thor, Lux adopted an UNHAPPY expression and paced back and forth on the 'stage' while throwing in dramatic SIGHS and GLARES all over the place. Thor was NOT happy with Freyja for refusing to get married and wanted his hammer back. If something wasn't decided soon, he was going to stomp his feet on the floor and throw a tantrum.

Adi was laughing (quietly) again, yo! Man! This was super fun! He was so pleased that Botros had come up with this whole acting thingy. But back to why he was laughing. Zeke. That was the reason. The dude was so dramatic and darn good at the acting! The part where he couldn't pronounce the hammer's name but quickly swapped it for the actual word 'hammer' was done BRILLIANTLY!

Eeeep! Then it was his group's turn! FINALLY! And he got the part of LOKIIII! WOOT! Adi happily donned the costume given to him by Botros. "Thanks, Professor!'' He glanced over at Thor/Lux who was already getting started. Just look at her angry face. The Hufflepuff boy jumped right into character.
"Brother!'' 'Loki' addressed 'Thor'. "We MUST have a meeting with the other Gods to discuss this matter. I am Loki and I am burdened with GLORIOUS purpose so I will go ahead and get the others.'' With that 'Loki' headed to the side of the room as though off in search of the other Gods. He re-appeared a few seconds later. "I have found them, brother.''
"As you can see, my brother is terribly disturbed. We MUST find a solution quickly for the frost giants will attack as soon as they heard about the hammer missing.'' 'Loki cast his eyes around at the 'Gods'. "Do not waste you breath on useless words but use your brains to find a solution to this.'' He glared around at the 'group'. Think, Gods, THINK!

Zeke as Thor...now his younger lion buddie was certainly amusing and good in his role. Not that the rest of his group weren't holding their wait. They sure were. So far they had all be real good and the scenes had been entertaining to the say the least. As he clapped for Group Three, Benny couldn't help but notice there may have been a few newborn butterflies in his stomach.
No sooner had they finished their scene and taken their applause than Group Four was up Now this group got his attention since it had Adi and AJ...and Lux within its numbers. Time to see the bestie and friend and how they handled themselves. Not that they were slouches in energy and ideas. Benny listened as the roles were given out, the lioness grabbing one of the gods and Adi being pegged as Loki. He nearly snorted at the fittingness of the role.

Watching as the scenery was changed, Benny relaxed and watched as the next part was unveiled. Lux and Adi opened the scene with a brotherly chat, the latter being exerberant and right in character. Benny bit back the urge to chuckle at his friend., instead waiting and watching for the rest of the scene to unfold.

Man, everybody was brilliant, and AJ was itching for her turn at the play they were doing. This was a play, right? Only they didn't have any lines to rehearse. Nope, they had to come up with everything right off the top of her head. AJ was okay with that though. Before long the professor was calling their group up. Woot! Working with her boyfriend and one of her good friends was going to be awesomesauce. The younger boy seemed pretty legit too, so basically their group was the bomb.com.
AJ was elated with her part, and her costume was the best one hands down. For a moment she kind of just wanted to run around on stage and poke people with her horn type things on her head, but surely that would be frowned upon. It was time to get in character because Lux was already starting. Right after her Adi spoke up which meant it was her time to shine. Move over people, AJ was in the spot light now.
Ahem.
Sitting around thinking about god things, and how best to protect the city, Hemidall was disturbed by Loki with some sort of an urgent situation that needed his attention now. Letting out a sigh he followed Loki to where Thor was. "Thor," he said as a sort of acknowledgement of his presence. There was no time for small talk because Loki was jumping right into the issue.
"I see." Literally he did. Heh. "Give me a second." Even in urgent matters it was rude to rush a god. Hemidall rubbed his temples as his eyes were closed. You know, this was how you saw the future. It totally made sense to call on the all hearing and all seeing guardian of Asgard. With his eyes fluttering open he looked first to Loki and then to Thor. "Yes, it is imperative that we get this hammer back at once." It was a tough job keeping the worlds safe. "Asgard will be in grave danger otherwise." So, thanks A LOT for losing your hammer... making the guardian look bad and stuff.
How were they going to do this though? "Freyja getting married is a must." There was no getting around that much. They didn't have time to make that woman understand or consent. Girls... they were SO dramatic. "Thor, you must go in Freyja's place." After all HE was the reason they were in this mess.
