The plan was to get straight to the common room and spruce himself up before this visit to Professor Bellaire, but obviously, their trunks hadn't been delivered, so he couldn't retrieve his perfume. Instead, he tidied up his uniform by doing up all the buttons, flattening down the collar neatly and finished himself off with a bit of hair ruffling. All good.

Theodore stood in front of the mirror to look himself over and ugh, there was a gravy stain on his knee. He rubbed it vigorously until it was barely visible, but he still knew it was there, which made him sad.

Anyway... he was here. Exciting.

And nerve-wracking. Theo took a deep breath and knocked a couple of times on the door. Was he here too soon from the feast? What if she wasn't here? Eh, he could happily camp in the waiting room all night. Would probably be a better night's nap than the dorms.

Oh..who could be at her door already? She was still getting settled into her new office, which she of course designed. Sophia was pretty sure that she probably had the best office hands down.

After all what other professor, besides the headmistress took pride in their office space? She spent her own money and time into getting everything perfect...and it was..it was perfect.

She opened the door and beamed at her guest.

"Theo! I wasn't expecting you so soon. Come in."

Tora donned her nicest uniform and headed to Professor Bellaire's office. She checked herself in the mirror one last time before firmly knocking on the door. No hesitation. After all, hesitation hurt more than the thing that one was hesitating to do.

She had taken notes during their first Transfiguration class, but was still uncertain how to actually apply the formula. The only thing she could do was ask a question and hope for the best.

After knocking on the door, Tora turned and took a seat to wait to be called in. She didn't know if the Professor was currently helping another student so she pulled out her notebook to do a little studying while she waited.

.. oh my. Next up was furniture, wasn't it?

Out of breath from running away from the Divination and Astronomy towers, Quazi padded into the particular waiting area where she was supposed to collect mirrors and chairs and things. How exactly was she supposed to do this? Tying not to look suspicious, the goblin glanced around before grasping the bag firmly and turning it over so that it enclosed a chair. And.. then.. overturned! There. She heard some noise as it jumbled together with the crystal balls and telescopes, but nothing seemed to break.

The goblin continued repeating this with all the furniture in sight before moving on to the mirror and tugging it into the bag as well. There. All done, wasn't she? One more stop to go, and then she'd check back with the others.

Taking a couple of peeks around, she then turned and made her way to the last destination on her list.

What was that sound? Mo paused on his way down the sixth floor corridor, tilting his head back and forth to try to catch where exactly the sound was coming from. The Transfiguration corridor? Which sort of meant... it was probably professorial and not his business at all. He continued down the hallway without investigating.

And then there was a sort of thump-crash sound, and Mo's curiosity was overcome. He'd just... peek around the corner and make sure no one had lost an eyeball or an arm or something. Easy as.

What he saw, though... was a smallish humanoid, a goblin, trying desperately to shove chairs and mirrors into a bag that tinkled and jingled like it contained all the silverware in Great Britain. Or at LEAST all the silverware in the castle. What if there were forks and spoons and things in that bag along with all those chairs? They could eat like civilized people again! Mo stayed out of sight, although he continued to watch with growing certainty that he wanted that bag.

Jory was not one bit surprised to see a mirror in the Waiting area to Professor Bellaire's office. She always wanted them to look tidy. Not that wanting students to look tidy was wrong.

The Puffer stood in front of the mirror and looked over himself. His tie was twisted at a strange angle so he quickly straightened it and dusted some cookie crumbs from the front of the uniform. "I look presentable enough,'' he thought. Right. Knock, knock, knock on the door.
