Minerva yawned she wondered how much longer the feast would be going on. So much happened in such a short time. "So Harvs is your family ready for you to be home?"

Harvey smiled as Minnie yawned. She must have become tired what with all that had gone on today.. including the revealing of each other's true feelings but them putting them to the side to avoid hurting their friends. "Oh! I guess.. well they had better be.. they still have to meet you and Ronnie. So they had better be ready as with me comes all my guests. Though hopefully not everyone at the same time otherwise it will be Chaos." he said chuckling as he was being a tad bit dramatic. "What about you? Are you going home from here or are you going straight to the competitions.?" he wanted her to stay at her Grandparents before going for two reasons 1) So that she gets the rest that she well and truely deserved 2) Then that would allow her to visit him or him visit her before she left for her competitions. He could already see it.. lightbulbs flashing as she is crowned the winner of each and every dance competition she would take part in.

"Well after Justin's I will be headed to Germany for two weeks." Minerva smiled oh how she wanted to be able to spend sometime with him just them, but that would never be good nor would it happen. All of the sudden the Baby Elf showed up at the table and what fell asleep. Minerva jumped up and went to it quietly. She looked at Harvey "Get the Professors." Minerva turned and bent down near it. She wasn't going to touch it, but she wasn't leaving it's side either.

Harvey nodded as Minnie explained what her plans were when all of a sudden that tiny elf came and ran around for a bit before climbing onto the table and going to sleep.. Minnie looked at him and he knew what to do he left to find a professor and inform them

She whispered to Harvey "I think the Headmaster is at the Slytherin table" Then Minerva turned back to the baby elf and whispered. "You are safe little one sleep well." She was not going to let any students scare or harm this cute little creature. Poor baby Minnie thought.

Aahh...Cute little thingy.

Watching it ran to their table a couple of times, it was really wonderful. Ooops! The baby elf fell asleep. It looked sound and quiet. Erin moved to the tiny creature's place and eyed it curiously. She wanted to touch it for some weird reasons.

Minerva smiled at Erin and whispered. "Let's not touch it we don't want to wake it and have it go running off again."

"True, and if I was a ravenclaw, I wouldn't have been the first Slytherin you meet" Katie winked with a smile, remembering what he had said about her being the first snake, which she still found surprising, there were so many snakes after all!! "Yeah, or maybe you could come to my house, or vice versa" She smiled, of course he didn't have to, but it was a pretty good idea, and maybe Katie could interdouce her boyfriend to Harvey one day... if she found where he was that is.

Cael was about to reply to his friends when something zipped between his legs and under the table.

"AICH!" he yelled, jumping up from his seat and stumbling away from the table with a panicked look on his face. Something touched him. SOMETHING TOUCHED HIM!!

"Did you all see that?!" he screeched, whipping his head around frantically before spotting something lumpy under the table. "It's down there," he pointed shakily, still a little freaked out over the whole thing. "C'mere guys, help me get it," he motioned, sinking down into a crouch and peering under the bench.

"Here little one," he cooed encouragingly, holding his arms out invitingly. He just hoped it didn't particularly want to bite him.

"SHHHHH" Minerva said to the boy. She had worked to hard to help this little thing to have it wake up and run before a professor showed up. "Let it sleep until the Professors can come and get it."

Kennedy sped in a clean manner to the Ravenclaw table, avoiding crashing on to people. This time his eyes followed the baby elf all the way to under the table.

He crawled under there and found that he wasn't the only one that had followed it. The baby was sleeping. He had to admit that it looked adorable and harmless. He didn't want to touch it, what if it woke up, bit him and gave him rabies? Did it even have its vaccinations in check?

Kennedy took off his black robes and gently placed it over the baby elf. The ground was probably not too warm for an infant.

Harvey smiled "Ah yes that IS true." he smiled she WAS after all his the first Slytherin he had met this year.. "Yeah sounds good! This is going to be an interesting summer." he said smiling at Katie. All the friends he had to hang out with over the summer.. He knew the summer was going to speed by like a racing car.

It wasn't a bad idea but Minerva was a little concerned and irritated that this boy came and picked up the Elf. "Becareful don't hurt it. We need to wait for a Professor." She was worried about the elf getting hurt.

"Er, right," he nodded at the Hufflepuff. Turning to stare down at the tiny elf once more, he noticed it was actually rather... cute. Not that he'd tell anyone of course.

Minerva looked around quickly for a Professor to many students were starting to come over to the baby. This was going to end badly if a Professor didn't come soon. "Ok guys I think we need to stay back so that we don't scare it. We want no one hurt, but we don't want to have it scared and run again either."

Kennedy looked up at the girl and raised an eyebrow. "Excuse me," he said. He had done no such thing. He just placed his robe on top of it so it wouldn't be cold. "I'm just covering it," he said, staring at the sleeping elf on the ground. What was she talking about?

He hasn't even touched it. Not one finger on it.

Minerva looked at him "Well I thought you were going to, like we would a baby. Maybe one of us should? I will if you think it's safe."

"Meh, it's sleeping," he shrugged looking between the Slytherin and the Hufflepuff. "I don't exactly think it's gonna suddenly blow up or anything. We'll just keep an eye on it for now, yeah? The professors should be here soon, I'm sure they're already wondering what we're all crowded around down here on the floor."

"Well I hope they hurry. I don't want it waking up and running away. This little guy has been running around causing a lot of problems." Minerva thought about the day at the practice room. She looked at the baby Elf.

"It has been causing problems," Tate agreed as he approached the table. He crouched beside the sleeping elf and considered the problem before tightly wrapping it up in the banner it had been using as a cape.

"I'm terribly sorry about all of this. If you lot will have a seat... thanks for helping catch this poor thing. We'll get eating shortly."

Right. Right. "Such a cute little thing," Erin whispered to Minerva careful not to wake the baby elf up again and go running amok. So, this was the reason, her whole first year, she ahdn't even set foot inside the kitchens. At least, while waiting for it to be open, she emt a good friend by the name of Cass.

Harvey came back and saw that the baby elf had been covered. He came to Minnie and leaned into towards her "I have informed Professor Scabior, Headmaster Tate, Professor Bentley and Professor Magnus.. they can spread the word that the little one is here sleeping." he whispered in Minnie's ear so that he wouldnt wake the baby elf and have it running all over the Great Hall again. He then waited to see if any of the Professors were going to come over and see what to do with this little tiny havoc-creating elf.

Minerva stood up looking at the elf still "Will it be ok Headmaster? No one will hurt it will it?" Minerva was worried about the little thing. She knew it caused problems, but it was only a baby.

"Of course, Headmaster," Cael nodded, smiling at the older man before glancing at the two students who'd been helping him watch over the elf.

"Thanks, guys. Seems we didn't manage to scare it off after all," he chuckled, taking a seat next to Jayden at their table.
