Jesifur was excited for her first care of magical creatures lesson. She walked over to a bright yellow beanbag set her things down to the side and flopped down.

WHAT. How did people always manage to surprise her when they started talking to her? She wasn't that easily surprised, was she? GOSH. Tuna? As much as Sammy claimed she loved all food, tuna was not one of those things she particularly preferred. She would eat with like sushi or something but that was about it. Another Nessie? Seriously? This was going to get confusing.

"I don't think we have, it's a pleasure to meet you Nessie. I'm Sammy Star and this is Moggy, though we're supposed to keep chatting to a minimum so" she said, putting a finger on her lip once she had finished. Hufflepuff was at -49 she didn't want to stay there or go down further, so being quiet it was.

A mile away? "Merlin's beard!" she whispered, looking at the cat, her eyes growing a little wider, "Your cat is... is... magical!" ... Yes, ok fine, she couldn't find a better word for it.

Phoenix! Interesting name! "Nice to meet you Phoenix," she said smiling at the girl before turning to her cats, "Hi Ebony, Kisa." PLEASE DON'T HURT ME!

Ahem!

Maybe she needed to calm down...

Wait... was that a meow? Kita tried her hardest not to squeal. That. Was the cutest. Sound. Ever! "They're so cute!" she said, her voice going slightly high pitched. At least she wasn't squealing for what seemed like the hundredth time that day.

She couldn't help but giggle at Phoenix's comment. "I know, one minute you love them and the next, you want to get as far away from them as possible," she said, shaking her head at her owl. Yes, Alaska, i'm looking at you! Wait... Beautiful? And Alaska? "Thanks!" she said, fluffing her owl's feathers.

Jez peered into the jars, wondering what they'd be doing today. CoMC was the class she was really looking forward to!

"Hi Jez, did you bring Rowena? This is my owl, Avis," The barn owl gave MJ's friend a hello hoot.

"Um, yeah. He likes to hide there." she said, automatically putting her hand to her shoulder where he usually sat.

Oh... where..? She followed the girl's point to the foot of the picnic table... "Thank you!" she said, running over to look.


Hmm... red... RED!! THERE! She pounced, putting her hands over the flash of colour. "GOTCHA!" She raised her hands to her face, peering between her fingers... "Right, Sal. You. Behave. Right. Now." she hissed at him. The little red lizard looked at her, innocently. "Don't give me that look. I've told you time and again to stop running off after other animals."

IDIOT thing. He'd probably spotted a mouse or something... She went to sit back down, pulling a little wooden box from her pocket. It was full of crickets - dead of course. She took one out and put it on her knee, putting the box back in her pocket. The lizard scuttled towards the cricket and snapped it up then, content, curled up on the palm of her hand.

Nessie's eyes widened and she looked at Sammy apologetically and mouthed 'Sorry' and brought her finger to her mouth mymicing Sammy's movement. Nessie then turned to Kamilah - her owl - and started stroking her feathers waiting for the class to start.

Phoenix smiled, Kita was by far the most excitable older student she had ever met and it was a breath of fresh air to all the the other older students who seemed to think talking to younger students was a waste of their time.

'Yeah my cats are probably the softest animals on the planet, there's nothing they like better than curling up on your lap and falling asleep, well Ebony's very food orientated as well, always looking for where his next item of food will come from, but then I wouldn't change them for the world.' she said, bending to fuss Kisa who had vacated his beanbag to demand attention.

India was sitting cross-legged on one of the beanbags - sinking in move and more with the slight movement of petting her little Ginger. Ginger - her kitty, was her best friend. She loved her so very much - and she'd gotten the name by partly the color of her fur and the fact she'd eaten her mothers ginger pie as a kitten. Silly little tiger-girl.

Everyone's pets looked so adorable. She smiled, as she pet Ginger.

Ginger yawned - mewing slightly. Play I want to play.

Orchid smiled as she saw her puppy, Fetta, running around on the grass in front of her, never going to far, just having some fun.

"Lysandra right?" Violet said grinning. "It's nice to talk with you again." she said brightly no longer the extremely shy and nervous girl from the train now she was just happy and bubbly.

A turtle was munching on the soft grass just a few inches away from the spot where Eris was seated. Sure she loved her little brat-prince of a kneazle, Cat, who sat smugly by her side, with his chest puffed out, but the turtle was just so....adorable.

Trying to keep her greyish-blue eyes focused and ready for the lesson, she used what ever periphial version the young witch would be graced with to watch it nibble...like the creeper she must seem to be.

"Hello!" Nate said back, picking up his beanbag (Mine! he thought) and moving it next to Jayden's. "How have you been?"

Sitting on her red bean bag chair, her owl Nymeria on her shoulder, Kynthia waited patiently for the class to start. She really loved all kinds of animals and couldn't stop gigling at one girl's puppy playing at the grass. It was so adorable! The momment she approached the Proffessor's hut earlier, she couldn't help but want to approach every single pet. Nymeria was kind of a bossy owl though and got jealous every time she showed affection to any other pet than her. She still loved her owl though in spite of her being so grouchy all the time.

Kita smiled back at Phoenix. Albeit, the girl was shorter than her most people were but she was still really nice. And she didn't think Kita was scary which was a win-win situation, right? But then again, she didn't know what year Kita was in. Maybe that should be kept a secret...

Softest animals? Curl up? N'aww! Now wasn't that just CUTE? It kind of made her wonder why she didn't get a cat herself. Wait... a food orientated cat? Kita let out a giggle. "I think i'll get along really well with Ebony then," she said, forgetting about the fact that Ebony was the one who had attacked her, "They're both cute. No wonder you love them so much!" Maybe this was a sign that she should show more love to her owl? ... Nah!

Harlow reached and pulled a sleeping Legalos out of her bag. The tiny Persian white cat yawned and snuggled in Harlow's lap. She gave her ca a little kiss on the top of her head. "No the one I have is made of goblin silver and diamonds." A gold tiara? She wrinkled her nose at the thought.

She smiled at him as she pulled out a brush to groom her little kitty. "Yeah I'm trying out for the quidditch team so I figured I should learn how to fly first." she informed him.

Marilyn realized it might have seemed hypocritical of her to have a cat, considering the bad blood between herself and Walnut...but her cat was special. Both of her pets were special...

Anyhow, she was just sitting there with Bella, curled up on her lap...and Isis, perched on her shoulder. She wondered vaguely when they would begin...The blonde had owls to write and send out, had some catalog shopping to do...

*sigh*

Isis: I cannot believe this girl has brought me out here...

Phoenix laughed 'They're cute when they want to be, especially if it means they gain something from it and they'll love anyone, Ebony can be a bit nervous at first, but once he gets to know you he's the most affectionate cat in the world and Kisa will just become anyone's friend for life if he was given a chance.'

Feeling rude for standing over Kita, Phoenix had taken the beanbag next to her and now had Kisa seated contentedly on her lap and Ebony peering out from underneath her hair, the cat was the exact same colour as Phoenix's hair so all that could be seen were a pair of emerald green eyes regarding the room around him once more.

As Chloe sat there waiting patiently for the class to begin she looked at her cat. She never liked cats much but this one seemed to be nice. She didnt want to brig a toad as she didnt like them and she wasnt bringing a rat as she was slightly afraid of them. So she had a cat.
She stroked the cat as it sat beside her.

Danielle entered the room, she was looking around seraching for one of her friends. She figured none of them came to this class so she sighed as she took a sit besides a girl with a cat. She couldn't help but to stare at the cat, oh how she loved them "how cute!" Danielle said as she automatically petted the cat, it was only when the cat started purring that she fiigured what she was doing so she pulled her hand away quickly "I'm really sorry! i did it without noticing" she said while laughing nervously your cat is really cute and i just love cute things, specially cute animals" She said while smiling at her "I'm Danielle Richards, nice to meet you"

Harvey accepted the treats and fed them to Dora. Then he pointed to his snowy owl sat on his shoulder "This here is my snowy owl Frost." He fed Frost a treat.

Victoria arrived at the Care of Magical Creatures lesson in an awfully excited mood. She is too curious of what they're going to learn today. She's getting all her hopes on to be learning about some graceful animals like..unicorns!

"Good morning professor." greeted Victoria as she took a seat...on the grass? She looked uncertainly at the ground. Then quickly went dusting off the grass before sitting down.

Hateya shuffled her hips from side to side, getting nice and comfortable in one of the beanbag chairs the professor had provided. Finally, a class she could bring her jarvey to! Preston was acting particularly squirrely today, shimmying between her lap and shoulders and occasionally looking at one student or another and muttering something that sounded suspiciously like 'smelly git'. She'd brushed him out before class, using some of the comb-in shampoo her sister had given her as a present last Christmas, and even though he'd complained at the time he was now quite pleased with himself.

CoMC was probably the most exciting class Jordan looked forward to. He didn't know what to expect, seeing he didn't attend this wonderful class last year, so he grabbed a seat in a neat-round looking beanbag, and placed his bag of books to his right side while looking around to see any fellow Gryffindor Friends. While looking he noticed that it was actually his first time, that he caught himself a break. Man was he busy, they should just call him Busy Kobe, because he was more than busy! "Good day, Professor." Jordan said to his CoMC Professor as he started to get comfortable in his bean bag.

OOC: Something came up. I'm temporarily closing the lesson for a little bit to keep the chatter down until I can get a reply in, the lesson will continue tonight
