Connor smiled. "Thanks Lil Sis. It's nice that you think that of me." He said softly. "I wish..." He said, "Oh nevermind."

"what is it?" Heather tilted her head to her left. She was curious, but Connor said never mind, so she didn't expound on it any further. "Okay...oh! big bro, i almost forgot..." she then dug her hand in her pocket that was bulging with chocolate frogs and took one hand full of chocolate frogs to give for Connor. "I wanted to give you some-i made it a point to give my friends chocolate frogs. I have so many of them back in the dormitory. Of course, Mr. Panda would hide some from me." she giggled.

Jory listened intently. He had never heard about a witch and wizard love story yet.
"That's nice," he said "Well, as you know I'm muggleborn and I used to live in Guyana all the way down in South America, my Dad is really from Hawaii but he had a trip to Guyana to give training to new detectives there. He was on the Hawaii Police Department. At the same time, my mom, who is from Australia was vacationing there. The rest was history, I guess. They moved to Hawaii and then to England. Do you have any siblings?"

Lucy stepped out into the fresh air. Mmm, What a nice breeze.
Lucy walked out into the centre of the courtyard, Still smelling the sweet breeze, whistling through her ears.

Nika skipped around in the courtyard singing to a tune from one of her favorite musicals, Wicked. She looked around for someone else to talk to and AHA! There's someone right now! She skipped up to the girl and sent her a cheerful smile. "Hiya! I'm Nika Adler!" Oh Hogwarts, the one place you can just go up and talk to anyone.

Lucy smiled, greeting Nika as she said Hello. "Hi There. Nice to meet you Nika. I'm Lucy" Lucy wondered what house this girl was in. "I'm a Hufflepuff" She said, smiling, as the wind blew her hair in her face and she whipped her hands around like she was having a cat fight. Just to get the hair out of her face.

Caroline was so bored. What else what there to do but sat in the courtyard. One of her favorite places. She usually took a book there and read it there. But today she plan was to just sit there and watch people walk by. Yep that was the plan. She sat india style on the side of the fountain. She yawned. After a while she took a book out of her bag and started to read, but even a book wasn't helping her boredom today.

Connor smiled softly. He took the chocolate frog to be polite but he really did not like too many sweets. He put it in his pocket and smiled. "I'm going to tell you something but you have to promise me you won't tell Kurumi. I want to tell her myself. Do we have a deal?" He asked seriously.

Excitedly, the fourth year skipped into the courtyard. OOOOOH. People! People entertained Macy. Particularly one sitting on the ground by the fountain. Hehehe. Whyyy was the girl reading? It was pretty out, NO TIME for reading. She should be playing football or something.

Strolling over to the other girl, Macy plopped down in front of her, sitting identically. She rested her head in her hand and stared at the girl. "Whatcha doin?"

Heather nodded her head-Connor looked really serious, and she was really willing to help her big bro no matter what-even if it meant keeping secrets from her own best friend.

"I promise!" she said, raising her right hand, then making a cross on her chest. "cross my heart, my lips are sealed."

Caroline practically jumped off the bench as she sat the boring book down, when a girl came and sat in front of her minoring the way she sat. She squealed out something, that probably wasn't even word. She minnored the girl, by resting her head in her hand. "Seriouly? Nothing, I was trying to read, but it's to nice out there." She shook her head. ''What about you?" She asked as if they knew each other very well. This guy was awesome.

Samira grinned when Levi found her joke amusing. It was nice that he found things funny, and didn't try and over calculate things.

Samira started to giggle when she heard Levi's nasal voice, then it soon progressed into full out laughter. When she regained her breath Samira straightened up but was still letting out small chuckles. That was probably the funniest thing she had ever heard. The Slytherin just shook her head in amusement. They were certainly an odd pair, but Samira was having a lot of fun. Still smiling, she flipped the comic book over in interest, eyes scanning over it. It was so weird how the pictures didn't move! She could stare at it all day. Pushing a dark curl behind her ear, Samira turned to the older boy. "So tell me what this one is about." She was genuinely interested to hear. Since her parents never let Samira do anything that was her definition of "fun", it was nice to try these new things. That's what she loved about being away from home.

Connor sighed standing and pacing a bit. "Ok so we met in the third hand bookshop over the summer and I felt this instant need to protect her, It was weird." He said softly. "I cooked lunch for us months ago and I tried to ask her out then but she turned me down talking about some guy Adam which killed me inside. But the thing is I really like her and I want to be her boyfriend." He sighed, sitting back down, putting his face in his hands and trying not to cry.

WOW. Just, WOW. there are so much things Connor is telling her, is Heather even taking down all of these? Of course. She wanted to help Connor in anyway that she can-and he seemed very upset.

"Kurumi still hadn't gotten over him." Heather sighed. "She misses him a lot-and so do I, i have to admit, but I'm just not showing or telling her that, because i want to be strong for Kurumi. I always try to cheer her up, but i know it's not enough...and I'm not sure if i can be that so strong for her. Kurumi...she's a lot stronger than i am, but right now, she's at her weakest." she took Connor's hand and squeezed it tight. "Big bro, I really am not an expert at the romance department..." she nervously smiled. "but...i think patience is the key to this. I've always heard time heals all wounds."

she set let go of Connor's hand and looked at the two dolls, smiling at the sight. "Big bro, may i make a suggestion? It may sound silly, but, i just thought this would be a great idea, i hope. It's hard to make someone forget about someone they've cherished no matter how enjoyable or painful their experience with that person is. You'll always have memories with them. Why not make good and better memories with Kurumi instead of dwelling on the past? that's what I've been trying to do with her, because i want her to be happy, and i also want you to be happy as well. It'll be fun-you'll see. You'll get to know more about Kurumi you've never known before." WOW, and Heather thought where did she even get this kind of wisdom? Even Cass would think that-so would Kurumi. she hardly spoke to anyone like this before.
come to think of it, she rarely does show this side of hers.

"Big Bro, would you be the strong one for me and Kurumi?" she asked innocently.

"Cool!" said Nessie smiling. Her hair was starting to go in her face, so she tied it up in a ponytail and started to play with it. "No, I wish I did though!" said Nessie wondering what it would be like to have a brother. She had always wanted a sibbling, but still hadn't gotten one. "How about you?"

She really had a cute laugh. Levi was considering doing the dopey voice once more to rouse another one out of her but Samira seemed a bit winded. He decided it was best to let her catch her breath first before he tried to make her crack up again. He didn't want her to laugh herself to death or anything. Inwardly, he had to admit to himself that he wouldn't have minded going that way. He was tired of being miserable and morose over the less important things in life and nobody had really helped him out of his funk, save for this girl. In fact, his so-called crush Cass had made him feel kind of worse when he talked to her. She didn't seem to give a crap when he revealed his sick home-life. In fact, she looked as though she had better things to do...like flirt with Christopher or something. He pushed that thought away. He wouldn't let them bother him now.

"I don't want to give it away," he answered cheekily. "It's pretty boss, though. There's this chick in it called Catwoman...I swear, she's the best one out of all the villains. A lot of people like Joker and he's pretty cool too but she's always been my favorite." He neglected to mention how hot she was, though it was pretty obvious.

Connor sighed softly "I will." He smiled at her, thinking that he'd have to have mum send him some of his potion, her special recipe. It was obvious that if he was going to have to be the only one being the strong one he was going to need it to control his emotions. He wondered when it would be his turn to be the one who had someone be strong for him? When was his turn to have someone tell him it was ok or for someone to let him cry on their shoulder?

Nika giggled as the wind messed with the girls hair. "That wind it's always getting in the way! But the breeze is pretty nice. And it makes all of the colorful leaves blow around every where and it's just so pretty!" Ah the joys of autumn. "Oh a hufflepuff!" She said excitedly. They were all just so nice she couldn't understand why so many of the Slytherins had problems with them. "I'm a Gryffie." She said as she puffed up her chest proudly. "What year are you in?" Maybe she knew Jaymie?

Heather beamed and hugged her big bro; "Yay! thanks big bro!" she said gleefully. "You know what? I can look up to you and Kurumi so i can be as strong as you both!"

K-Lee walked down to the Courtyard, looking for someone to talk to. Seating herself down on a bench, she looked around, smiling slightly at the nice weather and familiar surroundings.

Her parents had sent her a letter saying that she was going to Beuxbatons for the next school year, because the whole family was moving to France because her mother inherited a property, an expensive and quite good property, that she wanted to live in so she was stuck at Beuxbatons. It was her final year, and she was makig the most of it. She gave a look around for someone to talk to.

Arabella-Marie wandered down to the courtyard and saw K-Lee sitting on a bench and made her way over to her and said "Hey K-Lee how are things going?"

Louisa scoffed at the idea. "Nope. No experience at all, Kita. I don't think I'm up for that yet." She was serious but smiling. She indeed never thought of being... a lady to any boy. Not that she met any nice ones. Maybe except for Dal who's in sixth year and waaay out of her league. She almost shrugged at those thoughts but then Kita was... sad?

"Why? You hinted at the feast that you had a lot going on in your vacation." She scooted nearer to her friend. "What is it, Kita?" She asked gently looking up at her.

"It's nice having a sibling," Jory told Nessie. "Someone to keep you company when your friends are not around."

Jory enjoyed the light wind which was blowing around the courtyard.

"what's it like being the only child," he asked.

Macy shrugged. "Oh I don't know. Walking around a bit. I was going to go out and play ball or something, but I don't have anybody to play with," she explained. It was tragic really. She loved tossing her little orange ball around. She'd even been in the process of drawing all over it with markers, so now it was all pretty looking. But there was NO ONE to appreciate it. Hmph.

Caroline grinned not being much of a girly girl, she loved playing sports being outside, and so on. "I'm Caroline Scott by the way" She said. That was rude not to introduce herself sooner. Caroline was never one to turn down a chance of playing ball, any kind Quidditch, football, and even when she was in New York she learned how to play the muggle sport baseball. Which was cool it was kind of like being a beater in quidditch. "I'll play! What do you want to play?"
