He missed them when they were little. That was the best time of his life. His father wasn't dillusional then, Caroline would let him come over on holidays, and Alex..........is still the same loyal little bro. "OOOOOH Really??? Who's he??!? Is he cool!? As long as he doesn't cheat it's all good." He suddenly got really protective. He was older by 4 days and he wanted Caroline to be happy. "Me? Girls? You are the first pretty girl I've seen here!!!!! But i intend to find a girl soon." He said hopefully.

Anastasia when out side for a while she needed to cool off and maybe the breeze would take away the awful dumgbomb smell. She reeked!!

It was actually really dark outside, usually she never really came out side during after school hours unless it was still day but she felt an urge and thought it would make her feel better.
It's weird because even though the Womping pillow wasn't exactly the loveliest sight around was it weird that it was comforting for her.
She looked around, the sight of Hogwarts brought back many memories, she loved being here it always made her feel like home.

She should be going to bed she'd been out way to late and was supposed to be studying.

Fee blushed when her best friend called her close to perfect."Rex i a,m not even close to it".she sook her head,"but thank you."Seriously she had sooo many faults..."I am sure she misses you just as juch as you miss her",the blonde nodded,"maybe she is just busy."

" Well, you may say you are not perfect, but I am your best male freind and I agree with what I told you, you are very close to perfect" Rex explained to Fee." You are right, Rene probably misses me, too" Rex agreed with Fee." Busy is another choice" Rex said to Fee.

Kyle sighed, taking a rock she lobbed it to the tree - there was a rather loud DINK sound as the the branch smacked it - the rock went flying. "CAREFUL FLYING ROCK" she exclaimed but no one was it harms way the rock was fifty feet away now and out of site.

" Kyle, are you nuts?" Rex asked her. "Why are you throwing rocks?" Rex asked Kyle. " The Whomping Willow sure makes everyone act goofy" Rex told Kyle.

Awww her best friend was adorably cute."You know its insanly sweet how you think of me",the blonde said smiling widely,"you are very close to perfect too."It only made sense that Rene missed him.Whenever the blonde was seperated from her bestie she missed sooo he fiance had to feel it muuuuch more right?!"I am sure she will be back soon."

"You know you are so right there, atleast it went off somewhere that no one ever goes." The forest. She smirked sheepishly, "sorry if i scared you," she then turned to the girl name to him, Fee and smiled.

"Hi, I'm Kyle." She smiled, "And Rex its because if you smack that thing there - the knobb the tree is supposed to stop moving...or so I've heard!"

Mark came to a skidding halt in front of the tree. This thing was GINORMOUS. Ohhhh how he wanted to climb it SO BADLY. Completely memorized by it, he approached it even more. Why was it twitching? How did it move!?

Selina called after the boy once more, "Excuse me, your highness?" Selina would play their game, "I apologize for the help. They are new. That tree has not been fortified for your safety. Perhaps I could entertain you in another manner. Perhaps a lovely tour?"

PRINCESSES DONT RUN.

Princesses have people carry them around in those seat... thingies. But WHATEVER. Lucy was right after Mark, when he started for the large tree.

"They were SERIOUSLY grinding my last nerve." RUDE SERVANTS. It took a moment for the MAGNITUDE of the GIANT TREE to sink in.

She poked Mark. "Touch it." DOUBLE DOG DARE YA.

Kyle thought quickly, running over to the boy she knocked him out of the way. "There's a bear in it." She lied. Pointing to the twitching branch. No muggles dieing on her watch, the tree made a creaking-roar sound that mad her plea of a bear sound reasonable.

Vashti had never really understood why anyone would want to get near the Whomping Willow. Why didn't the professors just block it off so students didn't go near it at all? What was the point in keeping it open? Even now, while she was taking a stroll around the grounds, it appeared some people were making for the tree. Idiots. Did they want to end up-

Hang on. Two of the people weren't even wearing school robes, and Vashti was pretty sure she didn't recognize them at all. And while Hogwarts was a big school and she definitely didn't know everyone, she was pretty sure she'd at least recognize them from some of her classes. Which she didn't.

Hm...

She made her way over to them, reaching them just as she heard the girl tell the boy to touch it. Did she want him to die?!

"I wouldn't do that if I were you," she said, frowning.

Bored.
Bored.
BORED.

And as usual when he was bored he decided to explore the castle grounds. Wand out, he was burning single blades of grass as he walked. Seeing the Whomping Willow in his peripheral vision, he decided to go over. He hadn't been to see the Willow in a while.

Looking over, he saw a whole group of people near the Willow.
Darn.
He liked it better when there was no one.
And maybe that's because he usually had conversations with the Willow. Mostly along the lines of: "I'm calling another truce. Please don't kill me."
But he couldn't very well do that with people around could he?
Sighing, he made to walk away but then he thought twice. He was bored, after all. Maybe he could bother the group.

He didn't even think about how unusual it was that such a large group was around the Willow and not part of a scheduled class. Getting closer, he spotted two people without uniforms. Frowning, he assumed maybe they were wearing their weekend clothes. God knows Jimbo himself didn't like wearing his robes 24/7. And even if they did have classes today, they could have changed. Or something.

Well, he didn't think too much of it.

"HELLO ALL!" he said, announcing his prescence loudly.

Walking right up to the people he heard the last of their conversation.

Touch it?
Touch. The Whomping Willow.

Suddenly it clicked. These two - they weren't wizards.

MUGGLES.

Still holding his wand, he panicked and stashed it quickly.
"Unfff."

MUGGLES. MUGGLES.

WHAT WERE THEY DOING HERE?!?!?

And they were going to touch the Willow. WHY!?!!?!?

They would die. But then again, is that good? If they went any further into the castle grounds there's no doubt they'd see something they shouldn't.

This calls for panic mode.

Kyle appologized, then she walked over to Jimbo. "Hello," she smiled. "I'm off to go to Professor Zookara" she exclaimed, as she turned back to the castle yet-again.

Alex was by the Whomping Willow glaring eyeing the tree infront of him. The whole year had passed and he still hadn't managed to win a fight with it. He noticed two people coming up to the tree and watched them curiously. Wait, they were going to touch it?

He backed away slowly from the tree and got closer to the two people.

"HELLO!" he announced with a grin and inspected them. They sort of looked out of place. Weird. But then again, so did he sometimes. "Last time I touched it I was sore for a week." he chuckled.

Yes, last time he'd tried ambushing the tree he'd landed far away with bruises all over. Cue another glare at the tree.

"But by all means poke it." he grinned. Let's see those people flyyyyyy!

Ellie had followed the two muggles to the tree. Though she didn't know why. Make sure they didn't get in trouble? But they didn't belong here! Ellie didn't have anything against muggles, but they shouldn't have been there... Obviously the muggle repellant charm wore off, because they just wandered in through the gates.

Then she saw Vashti approach them. Did she realize they were muggles too, or not? And where was the staff? She knew people when to go get some, but where were they?

Something was terribly wrong.

"Professor Zookara said keep them out of the school" she whispered, watching the kids - they still hadn't touched the tree. Thats god. She thought, watching them carefully with a scrupulous eye. Then she heard what Alex said - and fought off laughter and the want to shove him for saying that.

"Hey, not cool....but, that would be shocking." She whispered over to him, smirking as she did...But lethal none the less. "I'm Kyle, by the way sixth year Ravenclaw." She smiled.

Isobel was on her way to play some soccer when she saw a commotion at the front gate. She started walking over there, then saw people run toward the Whomping Willow. And that was why she was there now. She walked over to a group of people just in time to hear some people, dressed in muggle clothes, saying they should touch it. Well, the girl was daring the boy to touch it. She assumed that they were two students they didn't know, and the girl was daring the stupid boy to touch it. She hoped he wasn't that stupid.

"Why would you want to touch it?" There was a note of scorn in her voice that she tried to hide by coughing after her sentence.

Kyle smiled, "Hi Joey, Kyle here," she introduced herself, "see those two in muggle attire - they are muggles." She informed smiled. Still nervous.

Kyle saw Isobel, and took a quick step over "Because they don't go to school here - and don't know how dangerous it is." She exclaimed in a whisper.

Isobel saw a girl she didn't recognize step over next to her. She had heard her introduce herself to a girl near them; her name was Kyle. Cool.

Isobel frowned when she heard what she said. They didn't go to school here? Then why were they here? Isobel frowned and studied them. When she saw their muggle attire, it clicked. They were Muggles. Muggles? MUGGLES?! "Wait, they're muggles?" She whispered back to Kyle.

Kyle nodded, "Yes they are." She sighed, nervous very extremely nervous. "Professor Zookara said too keep them out of the castle - with the portraits and all." She exclaimed knowing anyone from the school would understand.

"Yeah," Isobel whispered with a nod. "That's a smart idea." she considered it. "But we should probably get them away from the tree too." So they didn't hurt themselves.

"Jimbo," the sixteen-year-old spoke her friend's name urgently, fighting for breath after sprinting to where the students had congregated, "Are the rumors true, are there really -," Wesley gulped, "Muggles?"

She had been making her way to the lake, escaping the common room to continue studying for exams outside. Where it was warm and sunny and just, Spring. That was when she had heard it, or rather, seen it. Students, normally carefree, whispering covertly - like they had a secret. And the nosy, curious little witch she was, Wesley had decided to investigate further.

Following the pointing fingers and general wave of students, the Hufflepuff ended up in front of the Whomping Willow.

Wesley couldn't see; she pushed her wind-tangled hair away from her face with shaking, sweaty hands. "Where are the-,"

Oh. Never mind. That boy and girl, the ones closest to the tree, they were the muggles, if not because of their obvious clothing, than because of their ignorant actions. The kind a first year might make on the second day of school. The kind that would wind them up in the - Wesley gagged with horror - hospital wing.

Merlin, no.

"Jimbo, we have to, we have to do some-,"

Her sentence was cut off by the words of one of her peers, loudly cajoling the muggles to harass the Whomping Willow.

"No!" Leaving Jimbo behind, Wesley ran towards the younger boy. Although not any bigger, if smaller, than Alex, she reached for his arm, attempting to pull him back, but any grip she managed to make was shaky, weak, "N-no! D-don't poke it!"

Didn't he understand what they were dealing with? If Hogwarts was open to their non-magical relations, if these, these muggle teens realized what this castle was, then. Then there'd be no more Hogwarts. No more home. She bit her lip hard, trying to forcibly prevent her eyes from leaking.

Oh, where was Iris - where were the other Prefects?

...at the party. Wesley remembered the poster, remembered being happy she hadn't been picked to be a guest. She liked Hogwarts, it was safe. And big crowds and strange people, that was scary.

But this, this was so much more scarier.

Still tugging on the boy's sleeve, Wesley, still keeping an eye on the two muggles, spoke quietly, too softly for the two strangers to hear but loud enough for Kyle. Kyle, as in girl in her year, Kyle.

"H-has anyone tried p-politely asking th-them to-to leave?" It was probably a naive, stupid question, but well, Wesley had to hope.
