The first floor is full of portraits who would gladly lend an ear if you wish to tell of your woe. Most would be even more glad to talk your ear off about themselves... ooc: We do not have anyone to RP the portraits at this time so, feel free to make some up. | |

Huh. Evelyn didn't know what to be more surprised about. The girl's hobby or her laugh.
Whatever. Taking normal steps now, she moved a tad quicker and before she knew it, was standing a good few feet away from the girl. Good. Less yelling would be better. "I don't think anyone is ready to say something stupid." she replied, crossing her arms as he finished the strawberry. "But, go ahead. Give it your best shot."
And don't stand too close when she did the whole 'breathe on the person' thing. Besides, what's the worst the girl could make her say? She liked Gryffindors? Like that's gunna make Evelyn uncomfortable or upset. Bahaha!

Kyle smiled, lets see what to say... she thought and smiled, thinking hard she wanted it to be bizarre and not really all that normal of a thing to say in the middle of a hallway.
Then it came to her suddenly, it was a famous muggle quote that probably wouldn't sit well with any slytherin. "Never interrupt your enemy when he's making a mistake." She moved her mouth breathing on Evelyn as she said this. Waiting to see if it had worked - if it had she would have quoted Napoleon Bonaparte.

Since the girl was apparently taking forever to decide on what she wanted to say, which Evelyn thought she would have been thinking of that for the past half hour, the Slytherin almost decided to open her mouth to suggest something when...
Well it wasn't HER OWN words that came out.
"Never interrupt your enemy when he's making a mistake." she said, raising a brow once she stopped. Huh? Never interrupt you enemy...when they're making a mistake? Uncrossing her arms slightly, she frowned as she thought about, turning to glance at Kyle as she did so. Pfft. What was THAT supposed to mean, HUH!? "Is that it?"

"A muggle quote." she repeated, staring at the Ravenclaw girl. Good Merlin, that WAS horrible! She just repeated something that a muggle was known for! Yet, what the girl said...well, that took Evelyn off guard. Huh. The Slytherin couldn't decide whether the girl belonged in Ravenclaw or had...a whole different Slytherin side to her like she had mentioned in potions class. Weeiirrd.
Speaking of Ravenclaws, "Do you have a minute? Or do you need to be somewhere right now?"

Sebastian walked onto the first floor, wandering over to some portraits. "Hey you!" The portrait called. Sebastian turned around, unknown to who was talking to him. Was he not thinking straight or something? "Hello?" Seb asked, shrugging it off. Psh, probably some wandering first year that was messing with him or ShortPerson. He leaned against the walls of the corridor, looking at the potraits, studying them. Who knew somebody could actually draw and paint that.
