Despite her mother and her serious misunderstanding of magic, it was clear that her parents loved each other very much. There had to be a more serious reason for him coming all the way here and separating himself from her mother.
Maybe, this summer, she would get some answers.

He knew she thought of her parents highly, but maybe the fact that both of them were heading in different directions for the summer began worrying her. That look was written all over her face.
Hugging her, he rubbed Kurumi's shoulder "I'm sure things are fine between them...They just want to see things on their own...for the time"
A smile tugged at the corners of her lips as she continued to trace her fingers lightly along his jaw line. She wasn't sure what response she'd get from him, whether he'd tell her what he was thinking before or what he was thinking now, but his words said it all, and she knew it to be true. Thankfully whatever he was thinking about before, whatever may or may not have been bothering him was successfully pushed to the back on his mind. "Good thoughts?"
This time he let his eyes drift closed, all his attention on her touch, on the caressing feel of her fingers. A slight smile touched his lips at the repeat of his own question, but he didn't risk nodding for fear of dislodging her fingers. "Always."

So he drew his eyes open with some reluctance and tried to develop some semblance of clear thought past the feeling of her fingers on his chin.
"Did...you want to play a game?" In some respects he wished he could take the words back as soon as he had said them. It was a bit of a sad suggestion given that cuddling with her was the most desirable option of them all.

It probably would have had more merit if he could actually stop thinking about and focusing on her hand tracing his jaw. Then perhaps he could actually give a suggestion. "I...don't know..." As long as it wasn't some sort of competition on who could distract the other the most, he was up for it; the former he would lose. Terribly.

After Freya's entrance, Cass, who was now looking down at Ice while stroking his fur, heard the compartment door slide open. Wow, they have a lot of visitors today. She looked up to smile at the newcomer and her blue eyes widened. Levi. She glanced at Fee, did he hear what she and Fee were talking about?
She blinked for a few times, masking the panic in her eyes. Typical Slytherin reaction. She smiled at Levi, he really was fun to be with and she enjoyed his company immensely and she needed to make a choice.
"Levi, hi. You found us." She said brightly, the smile on her face not really touching her eyes. "All set to go home?"
Levi could feel the sides of his face start to ache as he held the feigned smile for a few more seconds. "Yeah, it wasn't too hard...I figured you guys would be in the back." He was certain he must have looked pitiful but he couldn't help it. It was better to disguise the pain than to let it unravel in front of everybody. That wouldn't have been the best way to end his third year. He glanced out the window quickly, grateful to have something to distract himself with. The smile faltered at once as he caught his reflection.
He seriously needed to get some sleep on this ride. Not that he would have much luck after discovering that interesting piece of info. Then again, he might have been over-analyzing the situation. Cass did like him in that way, didn't she?
"Uh huh," he muttered, keeping his eyes fixed on the glass. He took a seat beside Fee. "Yeah, I'm pretty psyched."

Benjamin headed to the back of the train to find a halfway empty, or empty, compartment. No luck on the empty part, so he started to look for a compartment that was halfway empty. He searched for some of his housemates, but didn't really find a group of them all in one place. Or alone. He beganto walk towards the front of the train, but found two friendly faces he'd never really seen before. Mostly because they were in different houses. He opened the door and poked his head in. "May I please sit with you? I promise not to interrupt anything that's going on." He'd heard of this Kurumi girl and decided she's be a face he'd like to sit with on his way home.

"Oh, you're getting married?" Kelley asked. "Congratulations! It's great that you're inviting me. I mean, if you are. I guess I would consider that an invitation." She blushed awkwardly as Rex's question. "Any boys? Well.... um.... Yeah... I've met a few boys here..... but I don't think any of them like me in a more-than-friendship way.... I mean, I'm only twelve. I'm not really in a hurry for anything."
" Yes, I am getting married" Rex told Kelley." It is a definite invitation" Rex said to Kelley." You are right, you have time for boys" Rex agreed with Kelley.

Then her eyebrow rose as he answered her question. "You don't seem very psyched." Cass muttered under her breath, soft enough only for the two of them to hear.

And she was pretty sure if Destiny shut it, it would have been a lot quieter too. Then again, she could also see Destiny shutting it in the manner that Josh had done. Pfft. She WOULD do that wouldn't she....
Scowling, Evelyn scooted to the corner of the seat closest to the window, and curled up into a ball, making herself comfortable. Now that all of that was taken care of, she could sleep now, yes? RIGHT!? If either of them didn't allow her to sleep, she...she would set Poof on them. Yes, she would. Where was her cat anyway? "And goodnight to you." she mumbled, leaning her head against the back of the compartment seat.

Freya was completely surprised when she saw Rex was in the compartment with her two besties. "Hey there. Mr.already graduated." she grinned. "I'm glad that I catch you here too." she said. "Yeah me too. Come think of it I haven't met your soon to be bride." she giggled. "Mine?Its okay I guess." she shrugged. "How about you?" she asked

Benjamin headed to the back of the train to find a halfway empty, or empty, compartment. No luck on the empty part, so he started to look for a compartment that was halfway empty. Ask someone random if she could join them.. awkward. Katelynn looked back trying to remember if she had seen any compartments with not very many people in it. she started walking whilst looking back, and didn't notice how close she had gotten to the boy. *bam* way to go Katelynn, when will you meet someone without walking into them. Katelynn rubbed her head, and looked at the boy. "Wow, I'm so sorry!" she said. "I didn't mean to bump into you like that, I just didn't really look where I was going, and --" well obviously it wasn't on purpose? Katelynn sighed. "What I'm saying is, sorry." she put on a small smile. "Uhm.. Hi, I'm Katelynn!" first year Claw, gigantic idiot who walks into people. Nice to meet you!

"well, atlest I'm not alone in the search for a mostly empty compartment." Just then, he saw a boy leave the compartment he was in. "Here. Follow me. that compartment just became empty."
