There were more and more people joined with Ruby and Ellie,Ellie's friend Lucy, and Andrew, and Jecca. The more, the merrier, thought Ruby. She had been bitting her kidney pie, and gulping as she heard Andrew and Ellie talked about their wands. "So, you had your wands?", asked Ruby, dropping her delicious pie. Wand was the subject which always made her headache. Ugh! "I still haven't got my wand yet. I missed the last open-day of Olivander's. I don't know when or how I get it," groaned Ruby.

Kazimeriz nodded. "Excellent. Then after their little shower, I think they need to apologize to the entire student body from the podium..." He paused, eyeing the boys menacingly.

And then Kazi spoke of... OhdearNOOOO!!!!! DANCING!?!!! They would DANCE in front of STUDENTS?! NOOO! Willie was screaming inside! NOOO! HE CAN'T WIGGLE HIS BOOTAY! Even when he was little, he'd wiggle once and FALL! What if he fell this time?! WHAT IF HE FELL IN FRONT OF THE WHOLE STUDENT BODY?!!!!?

"I'm quite sure i heard someone say ghosts.Umm...well I guess I have to expect anything here. But ghosts" Tori said with a puzzled expression on her face. As she rolled the idea over in her head she stuck herself in the nose with her fork. Tori began laughing histerically at herself. Sometimes she could be such a goofy, accident prone girl and she never had a problem laughing at herself. "Laughter is good for the soul", her mother would always say.

Kazimeriz nodded somberly. "Of course, absolutely." He looked at all the professors on the scene. "I commend you, Maximus, on this excellent disciplinary plan. First, the showers... then, a song and dance to win the apology. Perhaps we could even make it a matter of sport, much as the ancient muggle gladiators experienced... If their performance meets with the distinct approval by the majority of the students and staff, they may avoid The Bath. If not... well... either way, they will face the Headmaster."

"Brilliant," Max nodded and moved the jet of cold water so that it was soaking Cam's pants. "Sing and dance. Win the approval of each House table or face the fate of The Bath. Then face the Headmaster." He then moved the jet of water so that it was now hitting Willie in the face. "Do you see any other Staff members who can show the students the significance of thumbs up versus thumbs down?"

Carter stifled a little laugh. "Watch yourself there." he said with a smirk and laughed right along with her. He could tell this girl and he had a lot in common. He was excited to have a lot of adventures with her. He then looked up and down the table wondering what other friends he'd make.

Tori was in stitches with laughter but managed to control it and say,"I'm always doing something that's a little stupid or might end up in a minor accident. Don't worry too much about that. It happens all the time." She shoveled another forkful of mashed potato into her mouth and looked at the other girls. Most of them were pretty with long blond or brunette hair. She didn't seem to fit in with pretty girls. But that was then. Tori had already broken her friendless streak by making friends with Carter. She sat thinking of the different things they would probably be doing this year at Hogwarts. Going over potions formulas, practicing Charms and DADAs spells and just hanging out at the lake. "Well not too close." she thought remembering the grindylow story. Tori looked over at Carter and smirked.

Kazimeriz smiled. "Professor Dumont, perhaps, could lead the students in a quick explanation of how the ancient ritual works. Though some of them no doubt already are familiar with it." He watched as Max hosed the students down, nodding with approval.

Carter was busily entertaining himself with his food. "Well not too close?" he said looking up at Tori confused. "What do you mean by that?"

Anela walked into the Great Hall, brushing her Long reddish brown locks back behind her shoulders. She was a bit tired already, but none the less. Ready for feast as well as her first year at Hogwarts. It was sure to be exciting. She sat herself down at the Gryffindor table. She was happy, to be just here. She had heard great things about Hogwarts, and extordinary things about Gryffindor house. She stayed quiet for the most part while she was seated.

Turned as someone sat down next to him, it was a girl and by the looks of her, a newbie like himself.
"Hello, My name is Patroclus, nice to meet you", he said offering a hand and a slight tilt of the head

Ginny saw that girl sitting alone and she decided to go and talk to her.''Hi!My name is Ginny!I'm in my first year here but i really like it.''

"Oh, I don't know, why don't you try some of the chicken yourself?" Ellie said. "I'm a vegetarian, I don't eat meat." Being vegetarian was something Ellie was very proud of. She loved animals far too much to eat them.


Ellie giggled at Joshua's joke. He was a joker, she could see, quite cheeky. Ellie found him rather funny. "Nice to meet you too, Joshua," she said, still giggling slightly.

''Ah, now that's interesting'' Josh uttered with a cunning expression ''Only a few of the people here have met here seemed 'nice to meet me!'. They are generally 'taken aback to meet me'. But i have no trouble with that because i cannot wait for the Quidditch trials. And dont ask what Quidditch has to do with it because it does not have anything with it. Just enjoying myself.''
he laughed some and glanced back at the snakes table ''So, Ellie, how are things going with ya?''

Daniel nodded and looked around. he is looking for his old friends. He was surrounded with firsties.

He cleared his throat and said, "Hello there, Welcome to Hogwarts. More importantly, welcome to Gryffindor!" he said with a smile to the first years.

Achilles looked around the table. He didn't see anybody he knew. Since he was new... Well, he smiled at the food infront of him. He wasn't really hungry so he just sat at the table, humming.

Daniel saw a new face. He was, what he remembered, new here for he never saw him last year.

He stood up and waved at him to come towards them. "Hello there. I am Daniel Robert James Kaiser. Daniel for short. Come sit with us." giving room for the newcomer.

Achilles moved toward the group. "Hello, nice to meet you. I'm Achilles Lovegood. Thank you." He sat down next to Daniel.

Daniel shook Achilles' hand and moved aside to give room for him. "So, where you from?" he asked. He was sure he had heard of that surname before.

Peeves the Poltergeist popped up right through the girl's plate, coming face to face with her.

"Did somebody ask for the fun? Well, THE FUUUUUN HAS ARIIIIVED!"

Yoink! He snatched a coconut cream pie off the table.

"WHEEEEEE! The sorting pie says you're in the house of PIEEEE-FACE!" he cackled, lobbing the pie straight at the girl's face. Without waiting to see if it hit, he grabbed a gravy boat and flew up above the Gryffindor students.

"And ickle prefect is in the House of GRAAAAAVY!" he screeched, dumping it out over the prefect's head ceremoniously.
