Small round tables seating no more than eight are scattered around the room. You'll be forced to sit with people from other houses, but that's a good thing!

Have a seat between songs or go grab a bite to eat.

Jen noticed the mischievous look in Jayden's eye. Uh oh, this wasn't.. Jen let out a scream as Jayden picked her up and threw her over his shoulder. 'What are you doing !?!? I'm in a dress you arrgghh !!' She shouted, smacking Jayden in the back. When she realised he was going in her pocket, Jen froze. Oh shoot. 'Good thing I'm not very ticklish' She said, giving him a wink. 'It's also a good thing I'm a witch and that you're never going to see that letter.' She said, also giving him a smile.

Jayden bounced her on her shoulder. "Hold still." he said laughing. He found the pocket and picked out the letter. He placed her down and ran toward the Entrance Hall.

Shel smiled. "Guess so."

Taking another sip of his drink, he grinned at her. "You never know," he said, referring to her 'no.' "It might be, and you'll probably begin to realize only when you become a hologram yourself." He kept back a laugh.

As she continued her explanation, Shel's eyebrows begun to reach higher and higher. But, when she paused, he just had to laugh. "Metaphorically speaking, yes," he said. "I probably was eating someone's brains out. Incidentally, can part-holograms do that?"

Jen grimaced. 'Oww!! That hurst mister. Now let me down! RIGHT NOWW!!' She screamed. When he found the pocket and plucked out the letter, Jen grimaced even more. But then it turned into a smile. Silly fool, she thought, did he not remember that she was a witch? She had changed the letter into a clear page of paper. Jen smoothed out her dress and her hair. Finally gone. She sipped the last of her drink and walked over to the buffet. Maybe there would be something good to eat there.

Jayden laughed as he got away frm Jen. Opening the letter his mouth popped open. That little withc... he thought with a smile. He threw the blank peice of paper to the ground and walked back overand crossed his arms. "Ok you got me." he said smirking.

Savannah cocked her head to the side, considering his words. "You can turn other's into holograms too?" She asked and let a giggle escape. This hologram thing just got more and more amusing. "Hmm. I don't see anything wrong with being a hologram though," She added with a shrug. Maybe being partly hologramic would be fun?

"Ick..Uhm, well! Yes. I suppose Part-Holograms can do that, they can only eat the brains though. Cause.. you have to be a full hologram to finish the rest off.." Vannah trailed off, her nose wrinkling with an expression to match how she thought how icky that sounded.

Shel nodded solemnly. "Of course I can. And it turns out I'm the Minister of Magic, too," he added, rolling his eyes.

"Nothing wrong with being a hologram? Of course not. It's amazing being one. The only teeeeensy, little problem is that you have to go without food for a whole term." He was laughing, now.

Arrrghhh. That part of being a hologram did not sound too nice, and Shel's expressions clearly said it. "I'd rather be a house-elf anytime. If I get too choose what kind of work I'll do, of course."

He leaned back in his seat, a smile playing around his lips at where this conversation was going - apparently, nowhere sensible. "So. Miss Savannah. I just remembered something - how's your Vivek-hating fur ball?"

Savannah laughed, shaking her head amusedly. Shel was a complete nut. If she could get Lexi and him in the same room.. OH boy! That would just be a show.

"Whole term? Ahem, Mister Hologram boy-" She pointed to his butterbear, taking a sip of her own while she was at it and hid a wide smile. "I'm afraid I don't think you'd get to, Maybe.. you could be part-hologram and part elf. though, I think you'd lose the magic then."

Vivek-hating fur ball?

Giggling, Vannah set her drink down carefully before responding to that. "He's a monster, as always..loveable of course. Tiger is, after all, such a baby. But still, He like's being a pain..Following me to the quidditch pitch..classes, goodness I'm shocked I never got introuble for having a lost duckling follow me everywhere during school hours!"

"And, How is..Mister cranky Viv? His normal size I surely hope?" She asked, raising her eyebrows slightly with curiousity. Oh please let him have used a pillow next time..

Shel glanced at his butterbeer. "Well, term's nearly finished, you know," he protested. "Right?"

He cocked an eyebrow upwards at her words. "Okay, so up till now I've been a full hologram, a part hologram, a part human, a scary, flesh eating thing, the Minister of Magic - and now you're making me a part elf, too. I might just get the award for most halves, or something." He chuckled.

Shel grinned, listening to her talk about Tiger. "Tiger, a monster? You've got to be joking. That thing would get scared by an ant. Of course, that makes everything all the more adorable, but still, Vannah . . ."

He nodded when she asked about Viv, to show that he was okay. "Yes, his normal size, thankfully," he said with half a smile. "I managed to a) fix that, and b) get bitten a billion times in the process."

It took a moment for her to say something, for she was debating on that. Though, decided to give him a break for once. "Yes, Right."

"Ohh! Good idea, maybe there is such a thing." If there wasn't..Maybe she would make him some kind of award just for the humor of it.

Stiffling a giggle at the ant comment, The girl shook her head. "Noo. Shel, He's only afraid of bird's. Nothing else." She insisted, seriously. "I'm serious. He's a little monster! I was going up to the seventh level of the castle, and when we had arrived he tried following..and getting to some old guy in a painting!" Of course, he hadn't been sucessful. It was rather pathetic really, but nonetheless..

"Well I'm proud of you then, and..sorry Shel, I have to side with Viv on that.. if I were an owl, and someone tried using me as a practice dummy, I would definitely be annoyed."

Shel was a little surprised by Vannah's answer, and he acknowledged it with an amused shake of his head.

"Oh, yeah, real smooth . . ." he said at her whole idea of making up the award, a touch of sarcasm to his tone. All he needed now was to be officially branded a giant. Oh, and how can one forget goblins? Shel nearly said it out loud.

Shel could not stop grinning as Vannah related Tiger's little adventures. "Only afraid of birds? Vannah, don't tell me that's normal!" he said laughingly. "So, what happened to the old guy? Wait, let me rephrase that a little - what happened to Tiger? Is he still alive?" He was only doing this to tease her, of course.

He laughed again at her last, few words. "Some friend you are," he told her. "I can't believe I actually thought you'd side with me! The little idiot will be so happy when he gets to know."

Stiffling as much laughter as possible, Savannah was unable to keep a straight face but said amusedly: "I'll admit..It's not." For a moment, she felt rather puzzled spacing that he was talking of Tiger, but caught back on quickly.

"Oh! I left him in my dorm..I knew with this being the last night, none of the girl's would be going in and out of the room so I knew he couldn't escape since he wouldn't reach the common room. He's definitely still alive, now it seems he's working with a dear friend of mine and her dog to scare me." It was easiest leaving him there, otherwise she would have had to hunt for him in the morning before they left for the train.

"Hey now!" Vannah protested and couldn't stop from having a small giggle fit at the news of Vivek being happy over this. "Sheldon! It's not nice to call your pet an idiot you know. And, normally I would have sided with you..If you hadn't used something living with feelings and emotions as target practice." She said, teasingly.

Listening to her talk of Tiger, Shel couldn't help being amused. "Wait a second - Did you just say working with a friend and her dog?" he repeated.

Shel nearly choked on his butterbetter. "Excuse me?" he said, both eyebrows arched up. "I did not use the thing as target practice. I was merely - errr, trying to -" he looked around for an excuse but, finding none, said, "I was just checking whether part-holograms can cast certain spells."

He nearly stuck his tongue out at her. Nearly, but not quite. The butterbeer was almost finished now, and the bottle felt warm in his right hand.

Rapunzel, still hyper from the delicious punch, skipped over the little tables and took a seat at one right on the edge of the dance floor. She spied Savannah sitting with an unfamiliar boy but waved at them both. Then Rapunzel twirled around in her chair and started people-watching the dancers.

She nodded when he said to wait, then asked something. "Oh yes. My friend got her dog as a tiny dinky little ball of..pup, right when I, and afew other of our friend's got kittens about the same age. So, TK seems to think he's a cat now." Oh yes. Minus the bark; that wasn't very cat-like. Poor thing..

Vannah nodded sarcastically here and there when the Gryffindor attempted an excuse, but, failed miserably. Though still caused her to laugh, "Oh yes, I'm sure. And, what did we learn from that?" Savannah asked, amusedly. And took another small sip of butterbear.

Spotting Punz skipping away, She removed the sweet-flavored drink from her lips to stop from choking with giggles and waved back, fondly, to her fellow housemate.

A girl half skidding past caught Shel's eye. As she waved to them before starting to twirl round her chair to watch people, Shel assumed she knew one of them - and, since it wasn't him, it must be Savannah.

He waved back, pleasantly, realizing that she was the one who had been right next to them on the dance floor; and, of course, he'd seen her in a million other places all over the school, too. "You know her?" he asked Vannah.

Shel felt like banging his head somewhere - no, not in the wall; that would hurt - at Vannah's explanation. "I change my mind: Viv is not an idiot. I'd never thought I'd say this, but crazier things than me do exist in this world, after all."

"We learn that pets can be very dangerous," Shel said brightly, clearly skidding over the genuine lesson of it all. "Right?"

Yeah, right. Real right.

Ryan stared from the buffet, arms crossed, weight on his right left, hip out. He had a smirk on his face that showed he was amused by Rapunzel's hyper spectacle.

Finally, he smoothly walked over to her table, with a bit of a swagger, and sat down on a chair turned backwards. "Oh, let's not give you anymore punch..."

He stared at her, still smirking. "Shall we work off some of that energy dancing?"

Turning ocean blue eyes from Rapunzel, to Shel again, Savannah nodded lightly. Happily smiling. "Mmhhmm. Fellow badger. She's one of my best friends, actually." She responded and took another sip before setting her butterbear down gently.

"No way! Mister hologram did not just admit there are crazier thing's then himself!" Vannah said through laughter.

Nearly gigglesnorting at his response. She hadn't expected that..though, she should have. "Well..that wasn't really the answer I was looking for, but you still pace for being right somehow!"

Shel nodded. "I see," he said, glancing at Rapunzel again. She looked - well, at that moment, nothing but hyper. "What's her name?" he asked randomly.

He just had to join in Vannah's laughter; he couldn't help it. "Don't think that stops me from being delusional enough to think I'm the most perfect thing ever to exist," he joked.

"Aren't I always right?" Shel asked, still laughing. "Well, let's see, Viv can scare Tiger, he can bite me, he can swallow my homework - oh, and he can grow ten times his normal size for no apparent reason," he added innocently. "That makes him dangerous, no?"

Savannah glanced amusedly over to Rapunzel again, noticing Ryan had come right after her she gave another small wave hello to the pair before attention shifted back onto Shel.

She could already see, with Punz wasn't going to get much sleep tonight. She would be too hyper, bouncing off the walls if she ever headed back to their common room or dorm. That was going to be.. entertaining!

"Rapunzel." Vannah answered, matter-of-factly. Giggling at the small joke, she refrained from commenting. Atleast for now.

"Uhm..Nope, I don't think so. Or are you?" Shifty. Shifty.

No apparent reason. Riiiight. "Alright..So, he is rather dangerous as a giant. But, if someone would have used a pillow and not his animal!" The owl had knocked her into the lake, so obviously she couldn't truthfully say it was innocent or anything. But..again, the thing had help. "And, I was think of an answer more along the lines of 'Yes Vannah, we learned our lesson and will be sticking to target practice on our pillows instead of moving, breathing things.'" The girl added, implying it quite teasingly.

"Nice name," Shel grinned. Rapunzel. He was sure he'd heard it somewhere before. Something related to muggles. Vegetable, maybe? No, it couldn't be . . .

He looked up, turning his attention back to Vannah. "Of course I am," he said, mock proudly. "Duh, Vannah. I'm Mr. Perfect. Don't tell me you didn't know that!" he exclaimed, pretending to look appalled that anyone could actually be unaware of that.

"Well," Shel began quite seriously. "Suppose my pillow ended up growing three legs and a six or seven pairs of eyes? Then I can tell everyone it was your idea, right?"
