*The area, which has been completely diserted accept for a few random students hurrying off to class. A small clank is heard, and a high pitched giggle resounds down the hall. With a crash! one particular suit of armor falls to the ground, and a loud cry resounds through the hall. *

Upon carrying out his usual patrol of the second floor corridor, Professor Frost jumped slightly upon hearing the brief discord of clashing and clanging resound through the halls and corridors of the floor and briskly searched for the cause of disturbance. Finding it, he said "what the bloody-..." but stopped abruptly upon hearing the slightly eerie disembodied and high-pitched sounds of laughter.
He looked around from either end of the corridor, ceiling and floor, searching for the owner of said laughter - for there surely must be one, but saw only a vacant and now silent hall. "Probably just Peeves..." he decided, a little flustered as he put the armor to rights with a simple reparo charm and carried on with his patrol...

Mallory walked up to the suit of armor. She was wondering whether it was magical or not. It might talk to me...but what if it doesn't? She was willing to give it a try. For the sake of the babies...she thought.
She tapped the armor. "Erm...excuse me?" Nothing. "Hello?" she tried again. Still nothing. But what if it just deosn't want to respond? It doesn't really mean it couldn't hear her, if, in fact, it was magical, right? "Look...Professor Rae's twins are missing and I really don't know if you're alive or not, but I'm telling you anyway...just in case...I just wanted you to be on the look out for them..." she felt stupid, standing there talking to a non-responsive suit of armor which probably didn't have any life at it at all! | |

Pauline saw Hayden going up the stairs. This was in the complete opposite direction she was going to go before he called after her. She didn't want to play follow Hayden now.
She followed him up and saw he was going past the suit of armor. She waited for his next move since he seemed to be unpredictable, leading her up to the second floor and all.

Pauline kept walking close behind him and it felt like they were walking for hours. Finally he stopped and turned around and planted one right on her lips.
She pulled away and looked at him stunned, not knowing what to say how she felt. She really couldn't decide and after he tried to sweet talk her she had found the words she wanted to use. "Look Hayden that's all very sweet and nice and yes I love you and I know you love me, but saying simple words and a kiss doesn't make everything better every time" she replied back.

Kimberly turned the corner with her head stuck in Magical Creatures and Where to Find Them, (CoMC was her favorite class), when she ran right into two other students standing in front of a suit of armor. She promptly fell, dropping all of her books all over the floor. Working quickly she made her bag and its contents zoom towards her while she restored them to their proper positions in the bag. Looking up with her face turning pink from embarrassment she stammered out " I am..am so sor-sorry!".
