If there was anything that creeped Kaycee out while she was patrolling, it was this. It always felt like she was being watched. And she could have sworn there was movement out of the corner of her eye.
The fact that she knew that these things could move just made everything worse. It was like a muggle haunted house -- the anticipation just made nerves go haywire.

Even though Miffy was her archenemy, Kitty found herself becoming very excited at the prospect of telling her. After listening for a few more moments Kitty stopped eavesdropping and ran to try to find Miffy. Not Peeves. Nuh-uh.

Miffy's ecstatic reaction was just what Kitty had been hoping to see. It was odd, but her arch-enemy's joy thrilled Kitty even more than a duel with her would have. Maybe it was because love conquers all was something Kitty strongly believed in, or maybe it was just that she was the one to tell Miffy that made it so exciting. "Congratulations Miffy!" Kitty shouted to be hard above Miffy's shouting.
"I expect you'll want to tell Peeves and start making invitations for the wedding." Secretly she hoped it would be public so that she could watch it. "I have to go to classes now. Oh and Miffy? Please don't tell anyone I eavesdropped!" Because that totally might land her in trouble. | |

Miffy continued to do loop-the-loops while shouting at the top of her lungs. She forgot about the relationship she and Kitty shared. She forgot all about chaos. She must find her Peevsiepoo!!!!!!!!
"Thaaaanks!!!!!! Your secret is safe with me." *GIGGLE* Miffy left Kitty to go to whatever boring class she had to go to. She started in the opposite direction.
"Peevesiepoooooo! Where are yoooooou? That Ravenclaw prefect that always wants to duel me gave me some goooooood news!"

Maggie smirked a little as she took the badge into her hands. It wasn't AS pretty as, say, their Prefect Badges but it was pretty nonetheless. "'course I am. But I'd still want to have proof." Hehe. Could she, like, keep this badge for a full 24 hours? Then she'd be officially allowed to boss Zeke around.
Looking down at the badge while pinning it to her robes, Maggie tried to shrug nonchalantly. She shrugged. She thought the leash idea would have been hilarious. "Fine. What about a tshirt?" she suggested. "Like one of those 'if lost, please return to...' ones." She'd seen them, right? Kaycee hadn't, at least not personally. She did however see a picture of an old couple wearing them. It was pretty cute.
Although... it might not come across that cute at their age.
She nodded. "Or green. You'd look like Christmas." Which was only acceptable during a very small season of the year. She sighed longingly. "Yeah. I don't think I could pull of Slytherin though." She assumed that's what her fellow blonde meant. She didn't really think either Maggie or Dante would fit in in Gryffindor.
"I'm not sure any of our Professors could handle us being around each other all the time like that though."

Her hands went to her ears as she heard the loud high pitch noise. Some could say it was laughter, but Natalia could only explain it as annoyance and harsh on the ears. Seriously what was it? She looked around waiting on Peeves or Miffy to come around the corner. Was she getting put through it because she left the reception right after she sang a song? Well they could blame that on themselves. They started throwing cake and Nat wasn't sticking around to have to pick icing out of her hair.
