Level-wide Conference Room

As you get about half way down the hall on the left is a room that doesn't have a division sign next to it. On the actual door to the room is a note with the words "Attention" written in big bold letters. The rest of the note read:

Miss Chloe Jayne Everhart has been busy at work, having come in two hours early to get everything set up. This morning, around the room, there are trays of every breakfast pastry you could possibly imagine as well as a fruit and yogurt parfait bar (complete with granola and oatmeal!), jugs of milk, several different kinds of fruit juices, and pots of tea and coffee. The normal conference room furniture has been replaced with comfortable looking chairs and couches awaiting their occupants.

And at the front of the room sits Miss Chloe Jayne Everhart, bubbling with excitement to meet her new employees. Her long brown hair has ben curled and partially pinned back for the occasion, and she's dressed in a gray suit with purple shoes and a purple scarf (tied very strategically under her suit jacket) to accent the gray. Come on in, make yourselves at home, and please come up and schmooze with your new department head!

Laura Thomas walked out of the lift at the 5th floor and walked to the Conference Room.They were to meet their new head of the Department today and Laura was getting slightly anxious to know how she will be.
There had been quite a new heads within the Department recently with the latest being the head of the Department itself.
As she reached the Room she saw it was open already so before entering into the conference room she checked out on her navy blue suit properly and then slowly she opened the door and stepped in to see a woman in a proper suit waiting for everyone to turn up.She assumed her to be the new head.
Laura walked to her with a smile and held out her hand.
I am Laura Thomas,employee at British Seats Division she said

Chloe straightened up a bit as the first employee entered the room. Smiling at her brightly, Chloe stood up from the seat she currently occupied and met the woman part way through the room. Taking her hand, Chloe shook it firmly. "Lovely to meet you, Miss Thomas. It is Miss, yes?" she clarified finally. "I'm Chloe Everhart, your new Department Head. Please, help yourself to breakfast!" Chloe said, gesturing to the trays of food placed strategically around the room.

"Yes?" Chloe responded as the woman addressed her, and then let out a small, warm laugh. Placing a hand on the woman's arm, she smiled kindly. "No need to wait for the others!" she said kindly, "This is simply a come and go sort of thing! Feel free to eat something or get a drink! Ask me questions! Whatever you'd like, Miss Thomas," she finished. Perhaps if she ate something, people would feel more comfortable? Walking over to yogurt parfait bar, Chloe picked up a small cup and filled with vanilla yogurt, fresh strawberries, and granola. After fixing this, she poured herself a cup of white grape juice. Picking up her parfait and juice, she moved over to a couch and sat down, placing her drink and food on the coffee table in front of the couch.

"Please, help yourself if you'd like!" she said to Miss Thomas as she began eating her yummy delicious yogurt parfait.

So... a new Department Head. The third one to have been here in Pippa's time as a Division Head. The blonde had been around the Ministry for a good few hours now, it was easier to sit in the Breakroom for a while, to get herself sorted for the day.

Knowing today was the day scheduled to meet the new Department Head, she had left the breakroom on Level Three and headed back up to her daily home of Level Five. Pippa had specially made sure there was no blue paint in her hair, and there were no bags under her eyes. Looking like an unwashed mess today would NOT go down very well, she thought.

Pushing the door open to the breakroom, Pippa smiled softly as her eyes fell on Laura (an employee of Alyssa's division) and someone she presumed to be the new Department Head. "Good morning!"

Laura nodded as the new head spoke and watched her fix her drink.She found the new head very warm and welcoming and easy going kind of a person.A person around whom she could relax and work.This is how even her current Division Head Alyssa was too and Laura seemed to be getting along well with her too and hoped she would get along well with the new head.Laura sat herself down on the couch and made herself a cup of tea and relaxed in the couch and just then she saw the door open again and saw Pippa,one of the Division Heads enter in.

Miss Pippa Norcott?" she asked, fairly certain she had gotten it correct this time. As the woman welcomed her to the team, Chloe just beamed at her. This was going to be a lovely place to work, she could already tell! When the woman seemed interested in taking her up on her offer of food, Chloe made her way back to the couch and sat down, picking up her parfait again. "So, Miss Thomas, care to tell me a bit about yourself?" she asked with a smile at the woman. Sure, she could read her personnel file, but it was more fun to ask questions and talk about things!

Malachi had walked up the corridor just in time to see Pippa disapear into the conference room. Frowning a little, he followed. "Pip, what's going... on." The conference room had been set up for a breakfast meeting. Malachi suddenly felt vastly under-dressed in his rather relaxed shirt and trousers.

He looked at the unfamiliar woman and smiled. "Hello, I'm Malachi Brown." He held out his hand for the woman to shake. She was very pretty and from the look of the ring she was wearing, very engaged. "I'm the division head for the International Office of Law."

They were cutting it awfully close to the clock.

"New Department Head? Where's Sebastian?' Malachi continued to smile, thinking that his question was best asked in private. "It's good to meet you Miss Everhart. Welcome to the department. This all looks delicous." As ever, Malachi had simply had a drink of juice while he got dressed and was consequently hungry. He usually ate a sneaky banana at this point. He grabbed a cup of coffee and a piece of toast and then took a seat, eyes twinkling in their customary fashion.

Merlin, Stark was running behind. Leave it to him that the day where is is to meet his new Department head he would be late. Why did his alarm decide to wait until this morning to become quieter than it normally was. Well this was not good. He would definately have points docked for not being here on time but maybe he could win her over by charm or something.

He stopped right outside of the conference room door and straightened the sports coat that he wore. Then he stepped inside of the room. With his best smile on his face he walked towards the unfamilier woman. "Hello Ms. Everhart" He said to her. "May I introduce myself. I'm Dawson Stark" He added.

Birce entered the room in a knee-long simple white dress that had dark blue dots on it with dark blue high-heels. Her curly blackish brown hair was tied up strongly with a little, black ribbon. Her eyes were still a bit swollen, she didn't sleep. Hardly hiding a great yawn, she tried to smile at people but she failed. She had to wait for the stretchness of her mouth to pass first, before doing another function.

With her mouth back to normal, she smiled at people. She knew only Laura in the group of people there. Perfect. Her brown eyes spotted the breakfast immediately, but it was rude to eat before you were invited. Also she had more urgent needs now, like sleeping. And those chairs looked lovely now... Her feet hurt too... yes, she should definately sit on the comfy couches.

With that decided, she made her way to them and sat down, already leaning back. It'd be a toıgh battle to keep her eyes open, but she hoped the new department head had a loud voice to keep her awake.

Chloe inclined her head to Malachi as he made his way toward one of the food tables. Hopefully, she would have time to get to know each of her Division Heads a little better as time went on. Perhaps they could all go to lunch together one day soon.

Before Chloe could sit down, another of her employees came in the door and went to straight to introducing himself. Confident. Chloe liked that. Shaking his hand firmly, she smiled politely. "Lovely to meet you, Mr. Stark. You are very nearly late. I suggest you don't make a habit of it yes?" she said a bit more sternly, but then her kind smile returned as she released his hand. "Please there's all sorts of breakfast foods and beverages. Please, help yourself, and feel free to ask me any questions you may have about me!" she said brightly, gesturing to the food sitting around the room, then returning to her perch on the couch.

Chloe listened closely as the woman spoke, trying her hardest to place the accent. "What a lovely accent! Where you from Ms. Türksoy? I don't recall seeing your personal file in the filing cabinet," she said, as though this was an explanation for not knowing where the woman was from. "If you would be so kind as to stop by the filing cabinet some time today and create a personnel file for yourself, that would be lovely!" she said with a bright smile. As the woman enjoyed the food, Chloe let out a small laugh at her expression.

"Right, everyone, don't be shy! Tuck in! Talk amongst yourselves or talk to me! This isn't a formal business meeting... yet!" she said with a wide smile at all her lovely employees who had joined her.

J.J. Starr walked in the conference room. Looks like food is here. Joe Jon Montcenaggio knows no one here but Pippa.

Chloe's head once again snapped toward the door as she heard someone come in. "Ah! Mr. Starr! Thank you for joining us! Please help yourself to breakfast or a beverage! Feel free to get to know your fellow employees or come talk to me!" she said, giving him an encouraging smile. She remembered that J.J. could be a bit shy sometimes; hopefully he could make some more friends in the department today.

"Well, I will happy to have food and a beverage" J.J. Starr told Miss Everheart. Joe Jon Montcenaggio hopes someoe would talk to him. J.J. prefers to do work so he could eventuslly get a high departmental position. J.J. Starr looks for someone to talk to but everyone is in conversation now.

After reading the announcement at the main office, Diana quickly made her turn towards the Conference Room. Wow, three main bosses the past years she had been working at International Cooperation. Sigh...

Though, Di was really looking forward to meet her new boss, and of course, having the delight of getting to meet the rest of her co-workers that hadn't had the chance to do their proper introducing. Right...this was totally needed.

Arriving at the conference room, Di could smell healthy, grand food. But first, she had to walk to introduce herself to her new boss. So, she walked straight to her and smiled. "Hello, I'd like to introduce, I'm Diana Saenz...you can call me Di, Diana...and I work at Magical Office of Law Division..." There, she felt more, relieved?...maybe.

"And sorry, I have this bad memory. I don't know if I catched your name right at the annouoncement posted at the office...you must be...?" She had this weird way to introduce herself. Poor Di, anytime sooner, she was going to get fired. Eep...?!

I'm glad you could join us!" she said cheerily as she realized the woman's hand. "Please, make yourself comfortable, get a bite to eat, mingle with your coworkers! Whatever you feel to do!" she said, making a wide gesture around the room before sitting gracefully back down in her seat on the coach, glancing at her watch again.

When Malachi heard Dawson introduce himself to the new department head, his eyes snapped to the young man. He waited for the boss to greet him and then made his way over, taking his coffee with him. "Dawson? I'm Malachi Brown, Pandora's replacement. She left me a note to say that you were a very valuable member of the team, so you must have impressed her." He held out his hand for the other man to shake. "I look forward to us working together."

And then he spotted Di... she looked very nervous. He felt a little bad, since she was probably nervous because of him. He made a mental note to appologise when a quiet moment presented itself.
