For text, just "6 Years on SS for Lissy!" in big, pretty font, and then "7-9-03 to 7-9-09" somewhere on there, smaller of course 
The only real specifics I can give you is to seriously just be creative. I have no idea what I want on it I'll like it no matter what you do. If you're stuck or something, just holler and I can go find you some pics of balloons or confetti or something. But I'm giving you creative liberty with it
As for size...let's just go with 156 px in height, and whatever you want for the width

Avvie/siggie set and... do I hear you make wallpapers too? If so, if you felt like it, I'd be soooo grateful for one too. but the avvie/siggy is the main reason I'm here
All right, so these are the thre images I'd ask you to combine for the siggy:

and write "Summer Plans '09" somewhere on it.
If you do feel like doing a wallpaper, same caption as for siggy.
As for the avvie, any of the above or a combination or whatever you see fit, I'll leave that to your good judgement
