Pacing franticly through the halls, finally, Gretta had found the meeting room in which both the Magical Education and Cooperations were gathered to discuss certain concerns involving students transferring from one school to another. She stopped briefly for moment outside the door gathering herself hoping to remove any signs of being rushed or winded. "Take a deep breathe Gretta," she spoke calmly to herself and knocked on the door softly.

Before anyone could answer her interruption, she propped the door open slowly and poked her head inside; casually inching more of her body into the threshold. "Good evening," she bowed apologetically scanning the room at many important faces that sat/stood around the room. Embarrassment along with shock flooded her face; she was not expecting the Headmaster of Drumstang nor the Headmistress of Beauxbatons to be present.

"Um," she began nervously. "I just received an owl about the meeting and I was not at the Ministry, so I got here as fast I could to attend the meeting. I'm sure many other Magical Education people will be arriving late because we hadn't realized that we were expected to be here too. My apologies" her words came out quickly and jumbled together. She didn't want to waste time with having people look at her, but felt a strong need to give an explanation to why she had arrived so late. "I'll just take my seat," she bowed once again and shuffled towards an empty seat near the back, as far away from Division heads and Headmasters, as she could possibly be.

The headmasters were here, Jenkins was impressed. He wondered why Durmstrang was here though...wouldn't it be more important for the Hogwarts headmaster to be here?

Jenkins looked up as he saw a new face enter the room. He coughed back a laugh at her flustering.

"Hush, Jenkins and don't be judgemental." Abilee elbowed him and smirked. But she did wonder too why the Hogwarts headmaster wasn't here either. It was his school to where all the transfer students were going to.

"Who made you my mother," he joked quietly. Then he decided to make a comment. "I have a comment to throw out," he said, standing, "About this whole thing, I really don't think there is much we can do, I mean really. We don't need fines or limits...parents want whats best for there kids and i think they should be able to choose freely. It shouldn't matter where there from either..i mean if your shipping your kid off to a boarding school then it doesn't really matter where it is located. Umm....so yeah," said Jenkins, sitting back down. He probably sounded like a bloody idiot just then.

"Lovely, just lovely." she whispered as he sat back down. She just rolled her eyes playfully and laughed a bit at him. But he did make a point, there wasn't much they could do anyway.

"I'd like to hear you stand up and say somthing," he muttered back.

"Hn. I have nothing to say at the moment." she chuckled at him.

Tallin had been sat in the audience just listening to the conversation play out.And when this man spoke,he nodded and lifted his hand."I agree with what you have to say.."he said to him."Parents are always going to want whats best for there children,and by right they should.."he said to them with a nodd.He didnt know this man,but he was coming from the same way Tallin was

"Thank you," said Jenkins greatfully, nodding at the man who agreed with him.

"Actually," she intruded "we don't know the true reasoning behind the sudden change in the student's and parent's mind. There has to be a reason that individuals would find it simpler to send their child to Hogwarts rather than Drumstrang or Beauxbaton. Despite Hogwart's History of continuous damnation," she chuckled softly remembering all of Hogwart's dilemmas. "Parents might think that Drumstrang and Beauxbaton could be far worse, so to some, maybe Hogwart's is the solution."

"But still, it is unwise to defend a point view that has no validation or depth," her voice was now assertive, which is how she usually functions. "It'll be interesting to hear Headmaster or Headmistress speak from their own point of views," she bowed respectively and panned the room.

"Without students, magic institutions have no purpose," she pointed out making her words sound as though it was stupid for having to be said. "If there's a drastic enough decrease in the attendance of students, then something has to be done. Of course the Ministry CAN," she enunciated "make students return back to their original institute. However it might be easier if we went directly to parents, found out the situation, and find a way to accommodate their request or plural. If we can make amends to their demands, then maybe their students would return," she shrugged and waited for someone else to add on.

Jenkins was....really not following, "Sorry, but I'm confused, smaller words please?" he asked, he didn't mean to sound rude or ignorant it was just he honestly didn't get what she was trying to say. Afterall he was only 18 and still very new at the ministry, he was learning.

Jacob choked on his gulp of tea when the Headmaster of Durmstrang and Headmistress of Beauxbatons entered the meeting room. He shot Liliana a death glare. No warning? How had they even heard about this meeting? If he'd known, he would have worn a nicer tie.

Still a bit shocked, he was unable to say anything, tempted as he was to introduce himself after Iridesca. It was a few moments before he was able to function well enough to take notes, and he jotted a few numbly before he registered what was being discussed. The visitors had yet to say anything specific about their concerns.

Hoping Liliana wouldn't murder him for doing this, Jacob stood up before he would rethink things. "I think we should shush our brainstormings for a moment and allow our esteemed guests -" here with a nod to the Headmaster and Headmistress "-explain things from their point of view. If we have their facts and their observations, then I'm sure we can think up more accurate courses of action, instead of bombarding them with thoughts they may flat out disagree with."

"Righto," said Jenkins, giving the two 'esteemed guests' a small nod. Jacob looked a little...awe-struck. They were headmasters, not ministers!

"I am sorry b ut you two ministers from Beauxbatons and Durmstrang are rude to all the ministry employees" J.J. Starr told them. " I hope you do not treat your students that way because is this the possible reason they are transferring to Hogwarts" Joe Jon Montcenaggio said aloud. " I know your schools are great places to learn and I hope we can stop all the trensferring to Hogwarts " J.J. Starr finished his speech.

Just before he was able to take his own seat at the table while Molyneux continued to be a slow old woman, Headmaster Bachev simply watched as one of the Magical Education employees arrived to the meeting, obviously, late. Raising an eyebrow at her, his chocolate brown eyes fixed upon her. If there was one thing that annoyed him the most, tardiness would be taking that spot without any trouble. In addition, if what this woman was saying was true, then the Magical Education staff had better step up on informing their employees of upcoming events. Oh, this Ministry of Magic had such a looong way to go before it deserved to gain any respect at all!

“SILENCE!” he shouted above all of the people’s voices, taking the liberty of glaring at each person who had decided to talk out of turn. Another thing that this Ministry needed to work on was teaching their employees when to talk and when not to. “I am not sure about the ways this Ministry handles its employees and how they run meetings such as this, but this is NO time for whispering,” he stated, staring directly at the man and woman who had been whispering only moments ago. Pausing for just a moment or two, he then continued after one of the men in the room stood up and said exactly what Cassius wanted to hear. “This should be the time when Headmistress Molyneux and myself defend our schools and what we think is best for our students – as this man has said. And as Headmaster of Durmstrang Institute, I hope that I will be getting the full respect I deserve from you all and that you WILL NOT interrupt me until I am finished speaking. Questions can be asked after if any should come up.”

However, before he could begin with his speech, another man had to give his two cents worth about how he was somehow being rude to them. “Young man, I am the Headmaster, not the Minister. If I were being rude to you, you all would be getting escorted out of his room immediately … jobless. Hold your tongue; do not speak until no one is talking or unless you are spoken to. Understand? I expected better coming from an employee from the Magical Education office. The majority of my pupils at Durmstrang show better respect than the likes of you…”

Turning his head rather sharply so that he was now looking at nearly every person in the conference room at an angle, Cassius let a small, weak smile appear on his face and took a deep breath before speaking. “Now, today, we are discussing the issue of the amount of students who wish to transfer into Hogwarts. As Headmaster of Durmstrang Institute, it worries me how such a large number of students from my own school would rather attend Hogwarts which is practically, as I hear, a giant swimming pool with grindylows and who knows what else lurking in the waters below. Hogwarts, in my opinion, is not safe when compared to schools such as Beauxbatons and my own. It seems that every year something wrong happens in that school, whether it be students turning mysteriously into animals, the school flooding, or even your own Ministry invading the place. I understand that it is up to the parents to choose the school their child should attend for their magical education, but with the most recent events at Hogwarts, I just have to stop them from making such a terrible mistake by putting their children in danger when our own schools provide, as it appears, a greater protection than Hogwarts could ever give them. Hogwarts simply is not safe enough for my students, and I’m sure Headmistress Molyneux feels the same way.”

Kenedie instantly made a mental note as to who Iridesca was. She would be sure to approach her when the meeting came to a close. Either that, or she'd just meet Iridesca in her office. Either way would be fine, Kenedie decided mentally.

She listened to the talk of the enrollments in Beauxbatons and Durmstrang wishing she had been around for the whole meeting. She really doubted that she would be held responsible for what she had missed, but all the same, she'd have liked to have heard.

Iridesca had to keep her smile forced on her face. The Durmstrang Headmaster was calling them rude and he just threatened all of them....you've got to be kidding me.

She listened intently and then slipped a note to Lili, the department head...

As if by magic () the headmaster appeared in the conference room. He wasn't sure what he was doing here, but a little bird had told him that he might want to pop in if he could spare a moment. With the floods in the school he didn't really have many moments to spare, but he was a loyal Ministry employee first and Headmaster second, so there it was. "You need me in here?" he asked, knocking on the door frame and hanging into the room. His glasses were askew, his feet were wet and dripping Hogwarts floodwater on the floor, and he had clearly arrived by floo because he hadn't bothered to dust he soot off himself. Very professional looking... only not.

Samantha had been right, those two people had looked familiar to her and the reason had become all too clear. They were the Headmaster of Durmstrang and the Headmistress of Beauxbatons, of course. The Durmstrang Headmaster was going on and on, finding all sorts of ways to put down the Ministry and Hogwarts, and quite skillfully at that, she had to admit. The man was definitely good with words, which wasn't helping matters any.

Samantha realized the person they needed most at this meeting was the Headmaster of Hogwarts. He would be the best one to refute the things that were being said here. She made a mental note to owl him and see if he were available to make an appearance at this meeting, even though she knew that the school was having problems of their own right now with all the flooding they were experiencing. She had heard rumors that there were merpeople invading the school and wondered what possible reason there could be for such an invasion, they had lived in the lake for years and always been fairly peaceful. This was another matter that would have to be looked into, especially since this man knew all about it and was constantly making references to it. That was not good. She quickly scribbled a note on a piece of parchment and sent a tiny owl to deliver the message before anyone had a chance to notice.

Just then, who should show up but Headmaster Bontecou himself. Wow, that was fast! Samantha turned to the group, looking especially at Headmaster Bachev and said, "Ladies and gentlemen, if I may have your attention for a moment. I would like to introduce Headmaster Bontecou from Hogwarts." She turned to him quickly and said, "Thanks so much for showing up, I know how busy you must be right now."

Iridesca winked at Lili as she saw the Headmaster walk through the door. Just seeing him put a smile on her face. She had many fond memories from Hogwarts and many included the crazy Headmaster. She stood up as he walked through the doorway. "Welcome Headmaster. We are excited that you could make it...I'm sure you know Headmaster Bachev of Durmstrang and Headmistress Molyneux of Beauxbaton." she said introducing the other two dignitaries from the schools eventhough she knew the Hogwarts Headmaster knew them already.

"No at all, things are going swimmingly at the moment," he winked at the head of the Department of Magical Education who also happened to be quite pretty, he thought. And then he was being introduced to the other heads by another lovely lady. Lovely. He extended his hand toward his peers and smiled. "It's good to see you again. What brings you so far from home?"

Jenkins couldn't help but chuckle, this headmaster from Durmstrang seemed to be the very difficult type.

Warrick really didn't like this guy, and he knew he had to say something.

"Erm, excuse me, but you are in no place to comment about us in such a rude way. Also, you can't threaten us with the possibility to be fired as you don't even work here! Now, we are all here to help solve this matter as quickly and as easily as possibile, so we all want the same thing. So, I suggest..." Warrick suddenly realise he was being rude himself and he also just realised that he was quite scared of the Durmstrang Headmaster. "...erm, that you just either continue with your speech but you don't be-little Hogwarts or this ministry, or you just, well, keep your mouth shut!"

Things were getting a little out of hand, Jenkins looked toward the department heads. You think they might want to do somthing, especially Miss Heyman, after all she was head of International Cooperation.

Warrick looked at his old headmaster and was relieved he was here as the meeting was starting to get out of control.
