Katrina marched, well... not really, into the Waiting Area, excited to be working on a pond for such lovely fishes. She just hoped that no little kids decided to visit and jump into it, that would just be frightening. Katrina looked around to see who else would be joining her to work on the pond.

Charmayne floated into the waiting room, surprised to see only one person.
"Hi, I'm Charmayne." she said, walking over to the person. "You're Katrina, right?"
Maine couldn't wait to start on the coi pond. They were the AWESOMEST fishies ever!
Katrina smiled at the woman warmly. "Yes, that would be me, Katrina Rayne," she said, extending her hand out for the other woman to shake. "It's nice to meet you Charmayne and I look forward to working with you," she said. Merlin's beard, she sounded so formal, but she was at work... so she supposed it was acceptable. "Excited about working on the pond?" Katrina asked with a smile.

don't blink | you will be upgraded | silence will fall | exterminate
Andie wandered to work on the pond, not really wanting to go all the way to get flowers or anything.Closer to her workspace she was, closer to her Anakin poster. Seeing a few in there already, she grinned at them. "Hi!" She said cheerfully.
She liked Koi ponds, with all the fishies and the pond... Maybe if she was nice enough, she could bring Donatello in, and he could swim around with the fishies? She didn't think turtles ate fishes anyway...

"Definitely! You can call me Maine, by the way. My entire name is actually only used by my maman when she's particularly mad." she told Katrina as she saw Andie walk in. "HI ANDIE!"
"Sooo..... people!" Charmayne addressed the only two people there. "Shall we get cracking?"
"First, we're going to elevate this furniture so that it doesn't get exploded when we're getting rid of the tiles. Cause as pretty as they are, the fishies wouldn't like them. The incantation is 'ascenseur', but you may use any lasting levitating charms that you are more used to."
Pointing her wand at one of the many pieces of furniture that decorated the area, Maine said the word clearly, stressing the second syllable, "Ascenseur," and the couch followed her wand movement up until she said, "Séjourner."
Lowering her wand, she said that, "Fixate should work just fine, but I'm better with French spells."

Katrina smiled as Andie walked over. "Hello," she greeted before she quirked a brow at the woman who seemed to be taking charge. "Actually, I was thinking of building it on top of the tiles," Katrina said. "We could levitate a few rocks and form a bit of a half circle near the wall, adjust the furniture a bit," Katrina explained. That way they wouldn't have to ruin the tiles.
"We could line the bottom with some pebbles, preferably smooth and then have some rougher ones around, forming something like a well,, we could then use a few spells to prevent the water from spilling and leaking, then fill the well-like structure with some water," Katrina continued as she pulled a hair tie from her wrist and tied her hair up quickly in a messy bun. "Don't you think we should at least start sketching things out first before it gets messy? Construction like this takes time," Katrina pointed out, pulling out her own wand and accio'ing a pad of paper and a pencil.

Maine let out a sound that sounded something like a strangled mewl. She wasn't trying to take charge or anything. It was just that if they didn't get started soon, they'd never finish. Yes, she's one of those people who rush through everything. Maine kinda sent these thoughts subconsciously to everyone in the room. This is what happens when you let your occlumens down for even a moment.
And this is why we must never trust Maine to do anything right.
"I thought we'd do a glass over ground tank, with maybe a waterfall at one end, but it's up to you guys. That's a great idea, Miss Rayne, just so you know.. Let's all get drawing!" said Charmayne, pulling out a test pad from her bag, then flicking her wand at the couch hovering in midair which floated down rather quickly for a float and promptly transfigured it into a beanbag. 'And I shall fail, yet again...' Not that Maine could draw anyway.

Mickie walked into the waiting area holding a small cardboard box under one arm and a super-thin walking stick in her other hand. She didn't appear to be using the walking stick for anything in particular at that moment, but she was swinging it from side to side.
She paused there and looked around. Were they... decorating it? Seemed like it. She would stay out of their way.

Leo stepped out of the lift into a nice waiting room. He looked around. He had been directed up here, but wasn't quite sure who he was supposed to be talking to up here. He spotted a woman with a walikng stick and walked over to her.

Hello, I'm Leo. He introduced himself. "I'm new here, could you tell me where I'm supposed to be right now?"

Mickie smiled kindly and looked around at the man. Her eyes, if he could see them beyond her dark glasses, would have been focused somewhere around his adam's apple. "Hello, Leo," she said, her voice liquid. "I'm Mickie. I wish I could help you, but I'm new, myself."

Leo nodded. "It's nice to meet you, Mickie." He briefly wondered if maybe he was on the wrong level, but silenced hat thought. of course he wasn't. "Well, I think I'm going to head over to Mr. Recard's office. You're welcome to join me if you wish." He hoped she would. Brave as he pretended to be, he didn't want to be alone.
Rose walked into the waiting area, feeling nervous and slightly excited about her first day at work. Oh. The brunette looked around, complete lost. She had no idea where to go or what to do.
She flipped back her hair and walked towards a couch nearby. She sat down and waited for someone from the department who would be kind enough to help her.

After spending a while in his office to settle down after the group meeting, Armen decided it was about time he came around and checked for the groups' progress. First off were the Koi pond workers in the level's waitinf area. Stepping into the small foyer type seating room, Armen grinned as she saw Katrina, Maine, and Andie all hard at work drawling up a plan.
"Well aren't you ladies just organized, I like it!" he said with a chuckle and his hands on his hips looking around. "SO what all ideas do you have drawn up?"
OCC: You don't actually have to draw anything just sort of describe to me what it is you are thinking. Armen will stick around to help out.

Having just walked into the waiting area, Armen heard the 'DING' and the shutting of the lift doors and turned to see a young, brunette woman entering their level. She sat down on the couch that had not been transfigured into a Bean bag chair and seemed to be waiting for someone.
Putting on a welcoming smile, Recard walked over to great her. "Hello there Welcome to Level Six. I'm Armen Recard, Department Head here at Magical Transportation, how may I help you today?" he wasn't sure if she was new to work here, for he hadn't seen any of his new hires' faces before, or if she was just here for an Apparation exam. Could be any number of things.

Rose looked up from the Daily Prophet when she heard someone walking towards her. Head of Department? Forgetting the fact that her bag was lying on her lap, she immediately stood up and her bag fell with a thud. Ugh. How embarrassing. She picked up her bag and smiled at him, her face bright red. "Hi. I'm Rose." She extended her hand. "Thanks for the welcome. Well, I got an offer for the position of Portkey Registration and Record Keeper. Today's my first day here."

Armen smiled kindly again as the woman dropped her bag out of anxiousness to stand and shake his hand. He understood nervousness and didn't look down upon it. "It's nice to meet you Rose. And don't worry about dropping that bag again, the gravity works fine up here, were aren't like those pesky Unspeakables messing around down on level 9." he teased playfully.
A new hire! Oh he had been waiting for them to show up, he had hired a small batch just recently. "Good show, then welcome to the family! Feel free to head on over to the Work Area and pick a desk and set your things down anytime. Your official job won't be starting just yet though I must add." he gestured over to the ladies working in the corner.
"We have orders from the Minister himself to redecorate and liven up the work spaces in order to give things a fresh and clean air to it all. So would you like to help out around here?"

"It's nice to meet you too, Armen. Yeah, thanks." Rose smiled, still feeling nervous. Ugh. She really was clumsy. Ooh. Unspeakables on Level 9? Sounds interesting. "Ah, glad to know." She replied, laughing. Great. So, gravity wasn't a problem.
"Thank you!" Rose replied, her brown eyes shining with excitement. "Will do." Oh gosh. She started to get over her nervousness when she realized how friendly Armen was. So, this was a great start to her first day at the Ministry.
Rose couldn't help but make a face when he mentioned the minister. That guy was such a weirdo. It wouldn't do to complain about him to Armen, though. "I would absolutely love to. So, what's the job?"

Katrina looked at the woman tilting her head slightly. Maine didn't look very happy with everything and Katrina felt a tiny bit bad. She hadn't wanted to offend the woman but before they started something, they needed to plan everything first. Or else there'd be a large mess that would take forever to fix.
"Katrina is fine, Maine," she said with a smile. A waterfall would be nice... "The waterfall would be nice, but a bit lower, that way it won't disturb the koi fish too much... and perhaps a painting on the wall as well," Katrina said with a nod of her head.

Just a reminder of what we have to work with
Katrina looked and saw the department head. "Mr. Recard," she greeted with a smile and a nod of her head. She felt that organization was a must, you couldn't enter a battle without a strategy and this was no different. Well... yes, it was because there was no blood and war stuff but there were going to be rocks and pebbles and holes and chaos going on here eventually.
"I was thinking we could move the plant right over there next to the desk on the other side, that way there'd be room for the pond in the corner," Katrina added.

Armen was glad to that Rose's nerves not longer seemed to run her and she looked alot more confident. He never quite understood why people freaked out in new situations, but that was possibly because he was such a people person that he was quick to start conversations and get to know people within minutes.
The look she made at his mention of Borr did not go unnoticed, and as he was a Cult member and devot follower of Lord Borr, Armen did take care of his own. His Transportation employees were his small family here at the Ministry. "Borr really isn't all that bad Rose," he grinned and then leaned in to whisper in her ear. "And it's best to keep anything anti-borr to ourselves, ok?" Nope not a threat, just a friendly reminder.
Ok back to work. "Alright follow me over here to meet some people!" The man took Rose gently by the arm and steered her towards the group of women at work nearby. "Rose this is Katrina Rayne, our Written Apparation examiner, Maine LeBlanc the Apparation license isuer, and last but not least this is Andie Branson, one of our Broom company liasons." he said pointing at each woman respectively. "Everyone this is Rose, our new Portkey Registration witch!"

"Ah a woman with a plan, let me see that." Armen took the drawling Katrina had offered him and looked it over for a moment. The waterfall was definately a nice touch, and the area they were planning to put it was also nice. "Ah well done ladies, and I mean all of you, yes. I especially like its proximity to my office door, that way I can prop it open and hear the water." he chuckled.
He gave them all a second to great and talk to the new employee Rose who he had just introduced before going on. "Now would you ladies kindly allow Rose and I to join your work, we are excited to help." The department head said cheerfully, unbuttoning his shirt cuffs and rolling his sleeves up.
--------------------
OCC: EVERYONE!!! We need to try and get this Plot work through and finished pretty soon ok? I have others for us to work on and they will be more geared towards everyone's specific jobs so we can't wait for those right? So let's continue to keep the good rping up!
Leo stepped back into the waiting area. "I was told we were working on a pond. What can I do to help?" He asked the multiple people walking around. He wasn't sure how much they'd already done, or if there was a specific thing they needed him to do, so he volunteered to do anything to help.
Armen was glad to that Rose's nerves not longer seemed to run her and she looked alot more confident. He never quite understood why people freaked out in new situations, but that was possibly because he was such a people person that he was quick to start conversations and get to know people within minutes.

Rose looked at him astonished. Borr wasn't bad? Well, she thought he was a psycho. "Okay. If you say so." She obviously didn't agree but arguing with him right now was a bad idea. Terrible, in fact. "I didn't-I wasn't.."Uhh. She wondered what would happen if she said something against Borr. Would he fire her? On her first day at work? Shrugging off those thoughts, she continued, "Yeah, fine." Rose replied, pushing back a strand of hair from her face. "I wasn't going to, anyway." Well, that wasn't the truth but yeah, he didn't need to know that.
Rose allowed herself to be steered towards the group of women. As Armen finished introducing all of them..Wait. Wasn't that Andie? The woman she'd met at the cafe? Rose flushed with excitement and said with a smile, "Hi. Nice to meet you all." She later turned towards Andie. "What a surprise! It's great to see you here."

Rose stepped aside politely as Armen discussed something over with Katrina. Wow. This felt great. She actually managed to get a job at the Ministry. She took a deep breath, trying to control her excitement. Yeah. She was quite hyper.
Um. What was the job exactly? "Armen? What am I supposed to do?" Seriously, what was going on in here?

OCC: EVERYONE!!! We need to try and get this Plot work through and finished pretty soon ok? I have others for us to work on and they will be more geared towards everyone's specific jobs so we can't wait for those right? So let's continue to keep the good rping up!
Katrina looked at the new worker with a smile before getting distracted once again by work. "Thank you," Katrina said proudly. Nothing better than having an organized plan to work everything out, no? She then realized something, they definitely did not have the materials for this to work... she supposed they could always transfigure stuff but what could they transfigure?
"Of course Mister Recard," Katrina said, giving them both a smile. "I suppose we would need to get the materials for this first... Mister Recard, do you know of any way we could possibly get them?" she asked.
SPOILER!!: new people!!!

Rose replied, pushing back a strand of hair from her face.
Katrina looked at the two extra minions workers with a warm smile, welcoming the two. "Well, we need to get the materials to put this pond together, we're building a koi pond to help the atmosphere of this workplace a bit," Katrina said tersely to the male. She then looked at the female worker. Katrina was quite excited to have new people in the department, she did love seeing all of these new faces here. It was a lovely change from the old, though she had nothing against the previous staff.
"I'm Katrina Rayne," she added, offering a hand for the two of them to shake.

"Leo Black. It's nice to meet you, Katrina," Leo shook her outstretched hand. "I can go grab any materials we need," he smiled. Just give me a list he thought. It wasn't as if Leo had ever built a pond before, and it wasn't really his area of expertise, but he was willing to do anything to help out. He didn't want to be ther new guy that did nothing who everyone hated.

Maine smiled at the two new hires. "Hi Rose, Leo. I'm Charmayne, but Maine'll do."
Maine scrunched up her 5th attempt at drawing before giving up. "Guys, instead of a pond in a corner, how about we do a waterfall in the corner, but one that leads to a glass pond-like thingy that you can walk on?" Maine suggested.
"So it'd be like walking on water, and the visitors'd have something interesting to look at while waiting without having to go anywhere at all."
Katrina's fountain was pretty. Maine's attempts were more like a stick squirting out dots. "So, maybe we'd put the fountain behind a glass pane so that it won't get too messy and like Katrina said, line the bottom with smooth pebbles?"
"We can keep the stuff exactly where it it or rearrange it a little, but mostly have the walking on water thing. It's really fun, watching the fishies swirl around and do little dances while you're waiting for someone. Hours would seem like mere minutes." Maine said. "But like I said, just a suggestion."
