After arriving on level six, you enter a classroom that has been set up just off the Waiting Area of the Department of Magical Transportation where the lesson to help re-educate MLE employees in the correct way of Appariting will be held.
The classroom has many child-sized desks that are just big enough for an adult to sit in, but not comfortably, and on each desk there is a name tag, where each person will write their name and position in MLE upon.
At the front of the class standing near a podium are the level six Department Head, Armen Recard (DanialRadFAN01), the Apparition Supervisor and head practical tester, Katherine Spades (PhoenixRising), and the Written Apparition Examiner, Katrina Rayne (xiiWishiWasYours); the professors of this lesson. The three instructors are standing near a large cardboard box and a small sack filled with Merlin knew what.
Please enter the room quietly, greet your professors who have so kindly taken time out of their busy schedules to help you, and write your name on your name tag.

Emily just couldn't believe this was happening. This was ACTUALLY happening. She'd been dreading it for so long, but she wanted her license back, she needed it back... and she would get it back. Yep... she would.
Upon entering the uhh... classroom? that had been prepared for them, Emily glanced at the small desks. They didn't look too comfortable. But she wasn't going to let that bother her, she was small anyway, so it was probably the right size for her. As annoying as that was. She knew the Squid was there with his cronies. She wasn't phased. If she had to play nice to get her license back, then she would. There was no point in lighting fires and sending sparks. Nope, she was a mature, responsible, YATI.
"Good day," she said greeting the three muppets with a respectful nod and a smile. Yup. Squidy boy was gonna be in for it. She already knew Izzy wouldn't be happy.
Taking her seat toward the middle of the class, Emily stared down at the name tag on her desk. BLAH! It was like Hogwarts all over again.

Isobel hadn't been to school for over 10 years. She hadn't really expected her boyfriend to make her go back to school. This really sucked. She wasn't very happy. The auror frowned as she came to the kind of glassroom. Hopefully this would be over and done with pretty fast and they would have there licenses back, because she would not be a happy bunny if they didn't. Armen would not like her when she wasn't happy. As she wandered in, she noticed that Emily was there. Perfect, she'd go sit with her. First though she needed to go check on something.
Walking up to Armen she smiled at him, grabbing one of his arms, gently, before grinning. "Nice." She nodded towards his cufflinks, glad that he was wearing them. They were really nice, suited him. Without saying anything else to him, she wandered towards the desks. That was when she noticed the desks. Did Armen seriously think that they were children. She frowned, whipping around.
"We are not children Recard." And without another word, she went a sat down in the stupid little desk that was next to Emily. She kind of felt sorry for when the men got here, there was no way they'd fit into these little chairs. Pulling her quill out of her bag, she filled in that little card. This seemed all too silly.

Because of one man's vendetta they were all striped of their licenses, and now had to re-take them. Despite the fact they were all, most likely to each man and woman, more than capable of apparating. Ridiculous.
And talking of that one man - there he was. Armen Recard. No doubt with an inner smirk, waiting for someone from the MLE to do something wrong so he could pounce. Well right this second, Gabriel was not going to be that person. No, he was going to be calm. He was going to be rational. He was going to --- get his bum stuck in the teeny tiny chair that had been provided for them. Seriously, if that happened he would hex the face off Recard when no one else was looking.
Right now though, he just greeted the three examiners with a nod, and a quick "Good day." Turning his back he moved to a seat near Isobel and Emily, rolling his eyes at them and raising his eyebrows.
Name tags. Pffttt.

She glanced back up again at the man wanting to hit with a hex or two. 'Ridiculous little brat.' she thought. Dacs took out her wand and manifested her name and position in place on the tag.

If she ever got the chance she would apparate, by accident of course, herself and Armen into the center of the Greek Wizard Tricirlce. Yeah, then she could sate her thoughts. The thought allowed slight smirk to tug at her lips. Either way it was just a thought that was brought on by her now white hot irritation that burned so deep yet she kept her composure: calm, guarded and stoic while she chose to stand, and not be degraded by a smug twit.
This was too much. Not only was Recard apparently petty, making all of them retake this test since he hated their boss, but apparently he had to treat people like children as well. Because this was sooo going to make people actually side with anyone but Bole. Great way to get people on side this was.
Skander just hoped that the man would get caught doing something illegal and that he'd be prosecuted soon. Oh Skander would so enjoy watching that happen. After all the courtrooms were like his second home, technically and he would have a right, maybe, to be on level 10 if the MLE were ever so fortunate to be able to pin something truly illegal on the man.
And to think that at one point Skander actually had thought that the man was alright, hell he'd probably still think that Recard was an alright guy if he hadn't of taken away all their apparition licenses simply because he could. That being said Skander could still show some level of politeness so he nodded sharply at their "teachers" before taking his seat at a most uncomfortable desk.
Oh yes, he was disliking this more and more by the second.
I'm going to pretend Katherine and Dorian already know they both work in the MoM...
Shoe!Girl │ Rebel Ravie │ Confundus Queen │ RP Addict
Heading down to level six, Dorian had brough the phoenix feather that was usually on his desk as a precaution. Reminding himself that MLE wouldn't get anywhere if he let Recard get to him and spike his temper. It was bad enough that he had a feeling the Cultist was going to treat them all like two-year-olds, he didn't need to make things worse on himself, his department, or Evander. Besides, there were other things he could concentrate on to distract him from condescension. Not to mention he knew that most of his coworkers were just as unenthusiastic at having to be taught things they all knew perfectly well.
As such, upon entry to the classroom, he'd ignored Recard standing there even as he flashed a bit of a (uncharacteristic for his usual demeanor) smile toward Katherine and a nod towards the poor other woman forced to deal with the Transportation Head. No need to take things out on the women, unless Recard had gotten to them. Hopefully not. Heading for the desks, he nodded again at his fellow MLEers who had already arrived before squeezing himself into one of the desks and filling out the namecard. Definitely not made for someone over six feet, and he just chalked it up to another of Recard's petty attempts at defiling them. It wasn't going to work, and hopefully he wasn't going to need to walk the man through the abbreviation for his divison. It was tempting, though.
After he saw the advertisement on the noticeboard, he went up to level six immediately. He already knew about how the MLE had lost their apparition licence which to Dean's opinion is utter nonsense. Unlike before, Dean frowns instead of smiling. However, he musters up all his willingness to force a tiny little smile upon seeing the three Magical Transportation people.
Walking towards the back of the classroom, Dean takes a seat at the uncomfortably small desk. Pulling the name tag closer to him, he fills it in with appropriate information.

Katherine didn't really understand the political animosity between her boss and the one in Law Enforcement, but she wasn't one to overstep either. Most of those in Law Enforcement had been apparating for as long as she has, but probably done it more frequently. Nonetheless, if Recard had said they needed to re-sit their Apparition exams, then she wasn't one to argue. Even if she did think he might have gone overboard with how childish and petty he was acting toward this department, she wasn't going to voice it.
Smiling as they entered the room, Kat noticed a couple familiar faces. Isobel, of course, who she couldn't help but feel slightly smug that she wasn't exempt from these lessons despite being Recard's girlfriend. And Dorian; a Ministry Employee who she sadly often dismissed that he was employed here as well. One of these days she was going to arrange lunch or dinner or something with him. Returning his smile with a sympathetic one of her own, she DID feel bad for him, even if she didn't for Isobel.

Armen had been standing at the front of the make-shift classroom with Katrina and Katherine for a few minutes, and without letting it show to his two employees, he was beginning to worry none of the MLE employees would show up. That Bole had some brilliant plan that they didn't need Apparition licenses anymore or some nonsense.
That really would have ticked Armen off and he would have to think of other means to...test level 2, and another meeting with Lord Borr would have to be arranged, but thankfully all of that was avoided when the first traitor to the Minister arrived.

Straightening up and regaining his composure, Armen smiled smugly at Emily Browne, one of the junior aurors he had the most animosity towards. She definately fit into her Department well, a loose canon she was.
"Oh glad you could make it Emily, and first no less. I'm glad you see the importance in this lesson today." he nodded in an overly proud way and walked towards her....awkwardly perfect sized desk...and placed a big, shiny GOLD star on her name tag.

Watching her pick the chair next to Emily, an unfortunate choice in friends in his opinion, Recard walked over to her desk after her name card was filled out and placed a large GOLD star on her name tag.

Armen knew how to get people on his side alright. Pfft.

Armen hadn't felt this much attention and animosity from a room in a long time, and he was really enjoying it. The man could practically feel the thoughts and possible envy radiating from each person in the room.
So the next person to walk in was a guy that was rather familiar, and Recard was sure he had met him before. Joining the guy at his tiny desk, Armen looked down at him and his name tag, noticing the name. Oh yeah, he was pretty sure they had met once. "Good day Dorian." a GOLD star for you!

After a minute's break on the influx of MLE employee on level six, the next came in and took a seat.
Armen's brow furrowed as he looked at the guy. He didn't seem familiar at all, and even though Armen didn't go on level two very often he DID check out their personal records, the ones he could access, sometimes. This guy must be new to the ministry. Pity he got stuck in MLE. Walking up to him Armen smiled smally. "Hello there Dean. You're new to the Ministry yes? Well I appologize for the inconvience you are going through today, but its been decided by the Minister of Magic that some of the people in your department's past have required us to do this. Good luck on your exams." Armen plopped a big GOLD star on the officer's name tag.

Ok so after greeting quite a few MLEer's, Recard returned to the front of the room to retrieve a new page of gold star stickers and glanced at Katherine, who had been watching him greet each employee. He smiled at her and with a wink went back to face the classroom.
---------------
"Ok everyone, thanks for coming today, myself, my collegues, and the Ministry thanks you. We will continue to wait a few more minutes for...stragglers to arrive and then the lesson will start." he nodded and then looked towards the door, where Bole would eventually arrive.
Katrina watched as her boss treated everyone like little children. She glanced at the sack nearby then back at all the others, smile fixed in place. Katrina was nervous, yes, but she felt a bit bad for all of the people from the Department of Magical Law Enforcement. The desks sure weren't uncomfortable. not that she had tried it before or anything... They were all being treated like children, so she supposed this was how Mister Recard wanted Katherine and Katrina to treat them as well. She was tempted to just tug on her bracelet a little, just so she wouldn't be as nervous about one of them hexing her for keeping them in here. But her job was her job, and she had to carry it out or be fired.
She glanced at the doorway, seeing who else would be entering, then back at her boss moving by all the desks sticking shiny gold stars on each name tag... and two on another. Katrina was a bit confused about why the man had received two stars, as opposed to one like the rest, but figured that Mister Recard had his reasons.
So Katrina just smiled, and looked ahead.

"I believe in punctuality." Regardless of whether it was a waste of time. Pfft. But now that he mentioned it. The importance of the lesson? "Well I just hope your team is more successful in training me this time round seeing as they apparently didn't do a good enough job the first time," she said in a light care free tone, smile on her face and eyes twinking innocently. No it was not her fault they suspended her license, but they had given it to her in the first place. Which meant they thought they'd made a mistake?
Stretching out her legs a little-- because she had THAT much space, she peered around the room. Ridiculous.
She was about to make a snide comment about not being a chiild when Squidy placed a gold star on her name tag. Was he serious? Was this for real? Mentally rolling her eyes, Emily managed a small smile. "Charming."
She didn't care for gold stars or stickers or anything of the sort. Childish symbols of... triumph? For what? Spelling her name correctly? She certainly hoped not. Wasn't this supposed to be a lesson on something they already knew how to do? And knew how to do well?
Something inside her stirred though when Beckett got two stars. Why was he so special?
Wait for stragglers. Heh. She should have done that.
Another MLEer walked in, they were coming fast now. Armen looked at Katrina and Katherine as this one joined them. She defiantely seemed happy to be here, not.
Armen plastered a smile on his face and walked over to her desk after her quill went down and looked over her shoulder at her name tag. "Dacosta? Are you related to Layla Dacosta, here on level six?" If so she definately had picked the better level to work on. Nevertheless, GOLD star!!!

Dacs looked at Armen with dark, cold eyes as he approached her. He recognized the last name."I wouldn't stand so close Recard. Since this is an apparition class, you might end up somewhere you don't want to be, with me." she said, in a low voice, an irate tone seethed under the surface of her velvet voice."Yes, she's my half sister. Now, let's get this going. Unlike you, I have actual work to do." She kept her words polite and carefully so. She wasn't going give him any ammunition against her or MLE.
Then he did it. Put a gold star on her name tag. Dacs' eyes burned with anger as she realized they were treated like toddlers. She turned to look at Armen who had moved to someone else and it was all she do to not curse at him. Turning back to face the other two at the front, she dug her hands into her pockets and exhaled slowly.'That man is on thin ice.' she thought as she watched him retake his position at the front.

Isobel smiled at Armen. Okay, so she wasn't very happy with him right now, this whole thing was so stupid. But she was going to at least look like she was happy. "I'm not here to make it seem fair Armen." And she wasn't whispering either. "I'm here because I'm part of the magical law enforcement department, therefore my license is suspended too." And that was all that was too it. She smiled at him though, slipping her hand into his for a moment, and squeezing it. "Don't be too much of a prat. They already all hate you." And that was just being nice really.
She frowned, as she watched him come and place a gold star on her name tag. Really? Isobel eyed him carefully, biting her tongue. That was not impressive at all. She was 33 for goodness sake. She did not do gold stars. Oh. Armen was going to have a lot of making up to do when they got home.

To say he was anything close to happy would have been a severe miscalculation. No, he was mad. Steaming frustration even. And he didn't care to hide it. Not after everything. This just added on top of all the dirt and garbage they had all been put through, and he didn't care for it one bit.
Several of his tutors voices echoed through his mind in regards to proper timing and being careful on words that were said, but as Sabel walked through the door and saw the classroom, saw all the small desks and the stars, he couldn't care less. Displeasure rippled across his expression and he didn't even bother to give the 'teachers' a glance of acknowledgement.
His feet made a b-line for the desk next to Emily's, but instead of sitting down in it, he sat on top of it. His eyes trailed about the room before landing on Emily's name tag, which he picked up and took a short moment to run his thumb over. "I'm curious Recard, do you get your socks off from belittling others?"
His eyes went to the man handing out the 'gold stars'. "Or are you and your Master so threatened by the MLE that you have attempt to degrade us to children?" Dropping the name-tag back on Emily's desk, he folded his hands on top of his lap. He had no intention of getting a gold star and really no care if he took the exam or not. "When are you going to start taking your job seriously?"

Dean doesn't seem too happy that he has to retake the apparition exams. He has read about the suspension of MLE's apparition licence, and he really thought and still thinks that it is a total nonsense. And now this guy named Recard just put a gold star on his name tag. Seriously? He received this kind of treatment in kindergarten, but he is twenty two now. TWENTY freaking TWO!
So, this Recard guy just said that because of "some people's" mistakes, the whole department have to pay for it? Dean might as well loses his patience right now. Biting his lips, the newly appointed officer refrains himself from exploding. "If some people made mistake, then why does the whole department has to pay for it?" he asks harshly, but in a low voice.

She couldn't help but look up and smirk as her fellow YATI graced them with his presence. And though she generally wouldn't have cared all that much, the fact that he was giving Squidy a hard time, brought invisible tears of joy to her eyes. The boy was learning.
This was a proud moment indeed.
Emily cracked a grin and gave Sabel a wink, though she was tempted to even give him a hug-- which of course she didn't. Emily Browne did not do hugs very often if at all. Though she'd have to buy him a drink later to congratulate him on his progress.
And in walked the 'Head of Security', some security really; they couldn't even keep a Cult from entering the premises. "Gabe, glad you could make it." Armen nodded, his smirk showing ever so slightly.
"Will Evander be joining us soon?"'You are one of his closest cronies, right?' he thought that last part but could have said it out loud, it was his classroom no? Once his name tag was filled out, Armen didn't leave the man out, he too got a large GOLD star. "Great job!" he said pointing at his name and position on the name card.
----------------------
"Ok everyone, thanks for coming today, myself, my collegues, and the Ministry thanks you. We will continue to wait a few more minutes for...stragglers to arrive and then the lesson will start." he nodded and then looked towards the door, where Bole would eventually arrive.
Don't kill him. Don't kill him. Don't kill him.
Gabe had to repeat that mantra in his head to prevent him from wiping the smirk off the idiot's face. Hands in lap, he clenched his fist and felt his nails dig into his palms. "None of us had much of a choice," he said, plain voiced and monotone. Unfortunately. As much as he would have liked to completely ignore this lesson, being in the MLE meant it was better to apparate.
Evander. Why was he not surprised that Armen would come out with some quip about the boss? "You'd have to check with him, Recard. I'm not his keeper." Gabriel stared the man directly in the eyes, only diverting them to look down at the name card that now had a bright gold star on it. Seriously? He was nearly 37. DID HE LOOK LIKE A FIVE YEAR OLD?

At the front of the class standing near a podium are the level six Department Head, Armen Recard (DanialRadFAN01), the Apparition Supervisor and head practical tester, Katherine Spades (PhoenixRising), and the Written Apparition Examiner, Katrina Rayne (xiiWishiWasYours); the professors of this lesson. The three instructors are standing near a large cardboard box and a small sack filled with Merlin knew what.
Please enter the room quietly, greet your professors who have so kindly taken time out of their busy schedules to help you, and write your name on your name tag.

It was a good thing Armen happened to be looking towards the door, when Van DID arrive, since it meant the Transportation head got the full effect, the bigger man framed in the doorway, looking more than just a little brassed off.
Van looked around, took in the occupants of the room, the set up, the tiny desks... and stalked over to Armen.
"FIX the desks, Recard." He grabbed the smaller man by the throat and literally lifted him off the ground. Well what? These were HIS people, and the two transportation women, if they were smart, wouldn't interfere, not with a room full of MLErs, who while they legally couldn't apparate, could legally kick butt and hex the living daylights out of anyone that got in Evander's way.
But see, MLE were too polite for that.
He put Armen down and then stepped right up in his bubble and repeated himself. "Fix. The. Desks."Glower.
"We're participating in this little charade of yours -for now- but I won't condone you treating my employees like children." He'd fight for them, if need be. His hands returned to his sides, at the ready. The right hand twitching somewhat.

Damien came in right behind Van and while his eyes were on the desk his hands were suddenly full of wands. Heh. Well not FULL of wands, but he had unholstered both of his wands with a flick of his wrists.
...
He made his way around Evander and smirked at Armen Recard dangling a bit off of the ground. He did give the two ladies a tip of the hat as he began to enlarge his own desk. Why had none of the others thought of that? Seriously.
Dacs who continued to stand instead of sit in the joke of a desk, watched with sheer delight as Van grabbed the little twit by his throat hoist him like a flag on a pole, high and hanging out to dry.
Damien as Dacs wasn't surprised was right behind Evander and was fully armed. She knew he had a screw loose occassionally but this is one of those few moments she would join him, with her wands out. She could feel the weight of her wand in in her wrist holster and the one in her boot. She kept that one concealed at all times except for necessary moments.
Straightening up with the gold star stickers in hand, Armen grinned again at Katrina and the sack of....things at her feet. "We will be needing those soon so be ready." he nodded at her and Katherine both and then acknowledged some of the comments from the 'class'.

No it was not her fault they suspended her license, but they had given it to her in the first place. Which meant they thought they'd made a mistake?
Stretching out her legs a little-- because she had THAT much space, she peered around the room. Ridiculous.
Armen looked blankly at Emily as she word vomitted all over the place as if she actually knew what they did here on level six. Heh....trainees. "Miss Browne, being a trainee Auror and new altogether here at the Ministry I wouldn't expect you to quite understand matters that pertained to higher officials in the Ministry." he sighed. "Now I by no means blame my employees for your all's lack of Apparition abilities because much like a broomstick dealer, we no longer are responsible for your reckless ways, aka crashing."
Que evil grin.

And that was all that was too it.
Sighing, Recard watched Izzy for a second wondering how things would end with this lesson. He was definately going to have to make up for it later. He would have to get her home by side-apparation possibly.
Talk about awkward.
And he knew they hated him, let them. He didn't care anymore. If the Cult continued to rise at the rate they were perhaps they would all be arrested themselves or relocated to other Departments? If only dreams came true.

This was going to be a nightmare.
Ughh...the tone from these people.
Glaring at the man who begrudgingly answered his question about Bole Recard spoke, forcing a calm and collected expression on his annoyed face. "I could have been fooled with the amount of time you spend with him, Gabe. Now I know not to ask you if I want a real or correct answer."
They were forcing him to act uncool, seriously.

Ahhh and finally Evander showed up.
"Well, well, well, glad you could join us--" But before the Transportation Head could finish, he was lifted off the ground and his feet were dangling. His eyes swelled into a bit of a panic and his mouth flared into a angry snarl.
How dare he come into HIS level and tell HIM what to do, and physically assult him in such a way infront of his STUDENTS?! Lord Borr, D'Insigny, and Gevrik would certainly hear about this! Resisting the urge to spit in the man's face, Armen spat out the word "FINE!" through gritted teeth and felt himself placed back on the ground.
Continuing to watch the man, he fixed his shirt color and tie and flicked his wand at the desk Evander was going to sit in making it much larger, and the at the others making them only fractionally larger. Heh.
'Maybe they should stop acting like them and learn how to freakin' Apparate!'

She'd created a monster it seemed. Brilliant.
He had to get attention and control of the room once more. Being practically attacked by someone in your own space was not something that was good for your pupils to see.
Armen listened his face becoming redder and redder with each complaint and back talk remark. He would NOT HAVE THIS ANYMORE.
"ENOUGH! SHUT UP! NO MORE TALKING!" he breathed deeply and twitched a bit a hand loosening his tie again, he was definately on the edge.
"I WILL NOT HAVE THIS GOING ON IN MY CLASSROOM I AM A MINISTRY OFFICIAL, AND I WILL HAVE ORDER!!" He was not happy and hoped to Merlin that Katrina and Katherin would not try to step in just yet. He would not take this crap anymore.
Then in a much calmer voice, yet his face was still red and his eyes were still bulging like an insane man, he said. "Now we are here today to teach you guys the basics of Apparition again so you will be able to pass your written exams. Now the first thing we will be talking about are the three D's. Can anyone name them?" He eyed the room.

Isobel's eyes widened as Evander arrived. This was going to be interesting. It certainly was. She had known Evander was very strong, and this was very clear the way that he just lifted Armen up like that. Oh dear. She was never going to hear the end of this, not at all, and she knew Armen was not going to be happy at all. Apparently he wasn't. Because he was now shouting at them. Isobel did not look impressed at all. She had no come here to be shouted at, none of them had. She was not paid to get shouted at. All this power was clearly going to his head, and she was definetly going to be having a word with him later.
But now he had asked a question, and she figured that he'd just get more annoyed if nobody answered it. And of course she knew what the three D's were. She had managed to pass her test first time after all. "Destination, Determination and Deliberation." She spoke quiet lazily. Yeah. Hurry up with it Recard.

Katrina nodded in reply to her boss, a tad bit afraid to even say a word.
Katrina watched quietly as some walked in with few complaints and then someone seemed completely outraged about the treatment he was getting. Katrina was tempted to point out that he was acting quite childish at the moment, so it was quite fitting but decided it was probably best to not pick a fight. This wasn't the right moment to do so and she had to remain completely professional. She took a deep breath, and closed her eyes for a moment. More people had entered the room and finally the department head of MLE himself entered... looking... really... really angry.
Katrina gasped, eyes wide with shock as the larger man picked up Mister Recard by the throat. Merlin's beard! The two much really have a horrible history with each other. Katrina was visibly more relaxed when her boss was lowered onto the ground. She continued to watch and take deep breaths to calm herself down from the chaos around her. Katrina was pulled out from all thoughts when she heard her boss shouting at the others. She had, honestly, never seen her boss that angry before and was a bit afraid of what might happen next. Still, she tried to keep her cool, hands at her side, black sack by her foot and a, now, weak smile on her face as she watched over everyone.

Damien gave him a wink and sat himself in his now cozy desk. No, he did not sit down and THEN start enlarging it. Hehe. That would have been silly.
Then the man began to shout. "Talk about dramatics. We aren't hard of hearing you brain dead twit," Damien said in an even tone, but the anger flashing in his eyes said it all.
Heh. The three D's? Damien knew three D's for the loser. Decapitation, Drowning, Defenestration. Sounded about right to Damien anyway. He was opening his mouth to share that witty little thought when the teacher's pet spoke up... of course she did. Damien still wasn't sure of her. Leaning back in his seat he crossed his arms across his chest and yawned.
