OOC: If your character is ill or injured, please post in the check in area first.

Once you've notified Healer Moretti that you are in the Hospital Wing and in need of medical attention, you will be escorted into the Waiting Room. There is only one Healer, but no need to worry your pretty head, everyone will receive the proper amount of attention.

Take a seat and relax, no need to aggravate your condition, the Healer will see you soon.

OOC: Please keep in mind that there may be many people in the hospital wing at the same time. Inevitably, time lines overlap, and I will try my best to get to you as soon as I possibly can. Also, Let's keep the chatting to a minimum.

Preston walked carefully into the Hospital Wing and sat in the first chair he came to inside the doors. The less he walked, the less chance of a tripping accident would occur. He sat there in the chair, dangling his feet off the front of it and looking around the waiting room.

He sat there, wondering what his father and Auntie LoLo would say if they found out he was already in the Hospital Wing on the first day of classes. His should gave a jolt of pain and he closed his eyes shut tightly, hoping the pain would go away soon. It was hurting so badly now he was almost to tears.

After signing in, JD finds the closest chair, limping almost to the point of dragging his right leg, he drops into a chair. Nearly groaning as the sudden movement put more strain on his knee. Ugh...he could kill Jacob... closing his eyes he groans, Nope, I just agreed to a truce... he thinks miserably once again. His jaw feeling painful as he rotates his jaw slightly.

Jes' fantastic... he thinks miserably. First Anya's letter, then Ellie...and finally Jacob. What else could happen within hours of just reaching Hogwarts he had no idea, and really didn't want to know.

After signing in, Ari promptly sat, touching her glasses close to her eyes, and collapsed her cane, sliding it into her jacket pocket. She wasn't worried much about her ribs--she'd had worse--but she figured it would be a good idea to get it taken care of...just in case.

Pam walked down to the hospital wing. She really shouldnt' have been here, but her careing-ness got the best of her. She looked down at the chairs and saw the boy she was helping earlier.

"H-Hi." She tried to get out. She took a seat next to him. He probably wants to be alone, you idiot, what are you doing here??? she mentaly smacked herself. She cleared her throat, and tried again.

"I came to check on you. Are you ok?" She tried to smile, but it didn't work, for her worried looks came out first.

Miles paced the hospital wing restlessly. He wanted to go sleep, he wanted to see Fia, he wanted to be picked for champion. So many things and none he got to do at that moment. Looking around he turned and walked the other direction. "I think this is the first time I'm not here for myself," he said with a chuckle trying to made JD laugh or something. His fingers drummed lightly on the hem of his pants.

As a firstie came into the wing he frowned. Wasn't it after hours? Ah who cared if anyone asked she helped him. Listening to the conversation he turned and walked the other direction. Was he ok...of course not he's in the hospital wing duh. Shut up brain.

Watching as Miles paced, he smiles at his comment "I don't think I've been here otherwise either." He had given up counting how many times he'd been in here, more times then he could remember really.

Looking up as the door opened again, he sees the first year who had been there to help when he stood up. "Hi" he replies with a small smile, his face turning to surprise. "Well thank ye. Yeh, I'll be ok, the healer can fix this purty quick." Remembering when he'd taken a bludger in the side during the game, and again during tryouts last term. It hurt, but easily fixed.

"I'm Pamphylia. Pamphylia Barstow. Healer extrodinare. Or, I hope to be when I finish Hogwarts. But you can just call me Pam." She smiled sweetly to the two boys.

Watching as the two interacted and introduced themselves. He'd caught the introduction of Pamphylia to himself, smiling in acknowledgement. Reaching up he massages his still tender jaw, glancing around the waiting area, he wonders how much longer it might be.

His knee now numb, he's glad it's at least not throbbing at the moment. Dreading the point when he's told to go to a room, it hurt so bad to walk on it, he wonders if there was a way to get there without walking...probably not. Sighing he decides to watch Miles and Pamphylia instead, of worrying about the moment he had to get up.

When Lily returned to the waiting room, she encountered even more students. The school term had officially begun for her then, didn't it? She smiled at the Prefect, remembering him from last term, "Hello Miles." He had not signed into her book, which meant that he wasn't here for himself, and there was another child, who had also not signed in.

Miles stopped in his pacing as the nurse came in and he smiled, "Hello." Bet she was happy it wasn't him this time. Even his doctor was happy when he didn't get called. Turning toward JD as Pam spoke he laughed, "Yup I'll get his feet and you can get his head."
