I grew up watching a lot of soap operas, and miniseries and reading epic things, so yeah. I can't ever have one simple storyline...so it's easy for me not to confuse all my stories...LOL, and I also don't use the same characters all the time. Oh, and it's half imagination/half real experience.

Update in a moment...I hope...

A tear rolled down Ottery's cheek unbidden, and he wiped it away angrily. A rage was coming over him and he was holding onto Melissa's hand rather more violently than he meant to.

"Ottery, Ottery!" She slapped him with her free hand to make him react. He looked at her his eyes watering and threatening to cry.

"Excuse me, what did you call him?" The blonde, blue eyed gentleman asked from the midst of his entourage of Nazi soldier.

That cold, dark voice again...Ottery turned around to face him. He was so much older now than he had been then. Ottery had been fifteen then, truly fifteen and so had Wolfram, that was the man's name. Baron Wolfram von Richtofen. He ran at the man, but Melissa tripped him and Ottery fell on his face.

"Clumsy Otts, let me help you," she said loudly so that the soldiers could hear, then as she bent down next to him whispered, "What the hel do you think you're doing? Picking a fight with the Gestapo? Do you know what they do to people? If they find out..."

"Ottery you said, fraulein. How quaint. I used to know someone by that name, a while ago. A long while ago." He said, taking his gloves off and putting them in the pocket of his uniform. It was then Melissa noticed the wand sitting in there. "Cowardly little..."

"Shut up! Shut up! You vicious sonofa--" Ottery had gotten up suddenly knocking Mel on her bum and lunged at the Colonel, but his goons (T: Technically they were soldiers Ottery O:Goosestepping... T: Well yeah O: Night skulking...) thugs stopped him.

"Temper, temper dear boy, we wouldn't want you...losing your head."

It was those exact words he had heard all those years ago. Those very same words he had heard from another fifteen year old boy, who then was Wolfram...and the sad, painful memory came back to haunt Ottery.

36 years earlier...1920 for those of you keeping track of that.
There were loads of butterflies that day by the lake. Fluttering around their merry wings in every color and style, flying on the summer breeze all around Hogwarts. School had not yet began...and Ruben, Ottery and I were enjoying having the castle mostly to ourselves. Ruben was swinging from the rope we had tied on the tree over the lake, while Ottery was arm wrestling the giant squid, with both arms. It was a hot summer day and we had all decided to go to the lake for a swim. Ruben was wearing some ridiculously long shorts he said came from somewhere called Bermuda...kept arguing they were all the rage there...though Otts and I kept reminding him we were in England and was he cracked. Ottery was wearing those silly little swim trunks with the moving fishies that I loved. It was just like his sense of humor to buy something like that. Myself? Well, being a metamorphmagus has it's advantages...shark one minute, squid the next, then a bird, or a gazelle. So while I was pretending to be Nessy I spotted someone watching us from the castle...a boy, he looked to be from Slytherin House...a lonely fellow, I thought I recognized him. Baron Wolfram von Richtofen...

Awwwwwwwwwwwwww heck I'm so happy Shannon was here...I'll post more...

"Hey, what's wrong Nessy?" Ruben was asking, when I turned to look in time to see him slip from the rope he was still swinging from and fall with a splash into the water.

"Haha. Looks like the better man won," Ottery was yelling at the squid, when he started doing that silly little dance of his...the Ottery he calls it. (T: It's that old? O: Shut up...you're just as old... T: But I look good for my age O: )

Ottery had obviously let go of one of the squids arms and used them both to fight the squid. These distractions aside I looked back up to the castles tower to see if the boy was still there but he was gone, and I could not help but feel uneasily about that. I had thought we were the only ones in the castle, at least that was what Professor Dumbledore had told us.

*Flashforward to the Present (T: *smacks Ottery* Story Present you dork not 2005 O: Ouch...*Ottery turns back the Time Turner* Hey if I go to tomorrow I can already watch the season premiere of Smallville!!!!! T: *smacks* O: Ouch )*

"Your friend has a temper fraulein. What do you think I should...Mein Gott." The man stopped himself, looking at Ottery's face clearly for the first time. "It can't be. You haven't changed at all." He could not believe his eyes.

"Is there a problem here?" Rick asked, having come down the stairs and hopping to sort the whole thing out.

Hola Ottery! Thanks for the pm! I haven't gotten too far into you autobiography, but I have made it to page 6 and that's pretty good since I only started like a 1/2 hour ago. I just got back from a 5 day trip through Andalucia Spain. Spain is so beautiful and historic! I love it here, but I do miss home too. I mean there is just no place like the states, especially when you have internet access whenever you like it there. Internet cafes are nice, but time limits and having to pay by the hour kind of stinks. I love your autobiography so far. It's light and very satisfying to read, but is also serious and deeply intresting too! It's really fun to read! It shows us even more of the sides of Ottery St. Catchpole-lol! I can't wait to read more and find out more about you- and teddy of course!! I send you and Teddy both a large spanglish glomp-because there are many times when i forget what language is what and which im speaking in!! L8r teddy and silly otter prince!
