The Shrieking Shack is positioned up a slope from the Three Broomsticks and is accessible to all who take the muddy and puddled pathway up and down the hillside to get there. Though much of its history has been revealed to wizardkind, the place is still eerie as ever and continues to hold the reputation as the "most haunted house in Britain." If you listen or look carefully, maybe you will hear a noise sound or see a flicker of light come from inside.
Still the windows and doors of the house are boarded shut with wood. No one may enter or exit the premises through those openings without breaking and entering. It would be advised to simply stand on the other side of the fence that surrounds the property and enjoy the home and its dank overgrown garden from a safe distance. You never know what could be lurking about inside that dusty run-down place after all these years...

Yeah, it was nice exploring with siblings and friends but it was more fun when the exploring was done with someone that didn't mind a little mischief. And what better place to find some than that falling part shack up on the hill? Of course he didn't notice her looking at him. It was okay though, she saw how he was focused on the shack and that was more than enough for her.
The widest of grins spread across her face. "Wicked! Let's do it then!" The words were hardly out of her own mouth before she was already starting to walk forward up the hill. "Me? Maybe they'll grab you!" Amph laughed, smirking right back at Vi before continuing to call out over her shoulder, "I ain't afraid of no ghosts!" This was clearly code for 'Of course we're going closer!'

Indeed it was nice to explore with someone who didn’t mind a little trouble. That was something he wouldn’t consider doing with Vesper, not because she wouldn’t be up to the challenge but because she was way too sweet for him to put into mischief. In any case, the sibling pair got into their own shenanigans whenever they wanted to.
Ugh.
Amph was such an eager beaver! “Hey! Wait for me, Amph!” Thankfully, Vi had always been the athletic type and with help from his papas, he had gotten even better at being agile. “Well, I would think that they’d want to. I mean, I am quite handsome.” And he had inherited a lot of sass from Papa Raju. “Aren’t those lyrics from a Muggle song?’’ he questioned as he now quite easily caught up with his friend.

Okay, wait. What? So he was saying that she wasn't sweet or something and that it was perfectly fine to get her into some mischief? What was up with that? Joking. Amphitrite could most certainly hold her own no matter the circumstances or in most cases she could. Never mind none that when anything even remotely bad could have happened to her either her twin sister, her parents or someone else very equally trusting had been right there at her side.

It wasn't her fault! It wasn't everyday that she could have the chance to checkout a creepy shack. "You can catch up!" She laughed, glancing over her shoulder to see that she was right. VI had quickly caught up with her.. only because she hadn't been going all that fast. There was an eyebrow raise, tilt of her head and a fake look as if she were studying him for a slight second before she replied playfully, "Hmm, I suppose you are.. if you like that messy haired look." Which suited her friend very well by the way.
Squeeeee! The young lioness grinned widely, nodding her head fast. "Uh-huh! It's from an old muggle movie called Ghostbusters. Have you seen it before?" Cause if he hadn't.. she was going to make sure that he did at some point in time. Sooner rather than later preferably.
