Located near the middle of the room, rather than at the front entrance so as not to deter the guests from delving into their pocketbooks for the jangling coins the school so desperately needed, the Donation Station is less crowded than the dance floor or food tables. There was a large, gold-in-appearance box with a small hole in the top for the coins to drop in, sitting on a round table covered in a pink tablecloth. It seems that even with the budget cuts and the fact that the event is hosted in a tent outdoors, the school still takes pride in its appearance.
Various members of the staff of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry* will be taking turns watching and taking your donations with pleasure and gratitude. Don't let the fear of being the only or first one to lend a helping hand in the form of a monetary donation keep you from approaching this area--every knut helps!
*donation station not sponsored by the Hogwarts Board of Governors.

As the Headmistress of the school, Anastasia found a certain responsibility in guarding manning the donation station, at least at the start of their fundraiser party.
And hopefully it would be a party, with people showing up soon. In the meantime, she got herself a butterbeer, cracked it open, and took a seat just behind the box. She was all ready to smile and squeeze some galleons out of people!

Orcus was here. He felt that his presence was needed, and it wasn't only because of the fact that he was currently looking after his sister's shop; he also wanted to impart some donation to his old school. He's heard that Hogwarts was facing some serious financial crisis and he definitely wanted to contribute something. After all, he was a former Gryffindor of the institution.
Smirking, he tugged on the collar of his coat as he made his way towards the Donation Station, only to find a brilliant head of red waiting for him behind the box. Ah, the Headmistress herself. He knew her, of course. Who didn't?
"Headmistress Truebridge," he uttered as he neared. "Orcus Dischell, current shopkeeper of Quality Quidditch Supplies. I trust you knew my little sis, Medusa?" And without waiting for a reply from the woman, he rounded the table, flexed one knee down beside her and took her hand. "Very pleased to finally meet your acquaintance." With that, the former Keeper of the Lancashire Quidditch Team kissed the Headmistress' hand.

This was just silly, or so Taryn Hayden thought, anyway. How had things changed so quickly, anyway? It was just last term that she had been a student at Hogwarts and this sort of thing was just not a thought she'd had at all. Perhaps she just had been preoccupied with her own self to notice the beginnings. At any rate, she was here to support her alma mater and of course to see her little sister, Dora.
She'd brought a whole purse of coins as a personal donation and a rather large other donation from Evolette McKenna that totally shamed her own. Well, it was all for Hogwarts, right? She paused at the table set up for donations. It was probably a good idea to deposit the money first. She wasn't worried about getting robbed or anything, but she didn't want to carry it around either. Taryn smiled at the woman who was standing there, "Hello Headmistress Truebridge." The woman still... scared her a little, but she it wasn't like she could give her detention now. Though she had to do a really good job at not giggling over memories of cattle. Too bad Milton wasn't here.
She produced the two bags and eyed the box, then looked back to the woman, "There's one from me and one from Evolette McKenna... I don't think they'll fit in the slot." So she handed them to her instead.

Not even here for two minutes and his daughter and already directed him toward the Donation Station. He was glad they were taking some initiative but really, he would have preferred having something to eat before he started handing out his galleons. The baby must have been hungry too so he'd make this quick.
Michael walked over, two year old in hand and coins tucked away. He didn't know how much he would be donating but the donating in and of itself wouldn't have been a problem; not after that owl his Princess owled him. Were things all that bad or was Lexa using that vivid imagination of hers again? Either way, her words told him she was distraught...that or really happy at the time of writing the owl. At the moment he wasn't sure which.
"Hello Headmistress." The last he'd seen the woman they were on civilized terms, the time before that, not so much. He watched the baby stretch a hand forward and do something resembling a wave. It made him smile. Right. Donating. "I heard about the...situation. How much do you think you'll need?" From him, not in general. He wasn't able to pay off an entire debt; how much would she need from him?

Oh oh oh oh! Here came the people now! Anastasia straighened up in her chair to look proper and tidy and suddenly regretted not dressing up nicer for this little... affair.
She was trying to look poor and sad so that people would donate though; was it working? Was the cardigan enough of a homely look that they would stop, stare, and donate?

"Mister Dischell," the Headmistress murmured as a very suave, familiar-looking man sashayed up to her table. Oh, but was he going to donate? She blushed as he took her hand and dropped to a knee.
Merrrrrrr-lin, someone here had gone to charm school. Annie let out a little giggle in spite of it all. "Please, call me Annie," she trilled, giving his hand a tiny squeeze and then pulling her own back to rest on her knee. What a flirt he was!
BUT again, was he going to donate? She pointedly looked at the big, gold-in-appearance box and then flicked her eyes back to him. "I do remember Medusa, how is she doing? Such a shame about all those beautiful brooms she donated last term..."
Hint hint they needed more money to buy more hint hint hinttttt.....

Well well well, who did they have here? "Miss Hayden," the Headmistress stiffly greeted the young alumni at first. Not because she was still suspicious that the girl MIGHT have had SOMETHING to do with the epic prank that had happened at the end of last term...
.....no, never, not because of that. She was just cold, that was all. It was a bit nippy in this tent. Lies. The redhead warmed considerably, however, when she saw what the girl was donating. TWO pouches FULL of money.
"Wonderful!" she changed her tune quite quickly, and with a big smile too. "You can just drop them both into that box there...yes, that's the ticket... and send warm greetings to Mrs. McKenna-Ellerby from me."
Oh yes, she remembered THAT esteemed alumni. A Head Girl who would NEVER put cow poopoo in Bunz's office. NEVER!

And here came the parents. Anastasia braced herself for some not-so-nice words from Michael Cambridge, but he seemed to be being cordial today. So she put on a smile for him and a much more genuine one for the cutesy baby with him. Awww look at that, the baby was waving!!!!!
She wasn't to be distracted by small and precious things, though, no, not when money was on the table. "We will accept any donation, Mr. Cambridge, any at all," Annie replied to the man with a wide-eyed, solemn nod. "What do you feel comfortable donating? You don't even have to say a word, to me anyway. You can make your donation in complete confidence." And she picked up the golden-hued box with a jingle of the coins inside and plunked it down in front of him. "Please, just help us save our school!"

Well, first things first. This whole thing was to get Hogwarts some MUCH-NEEDED money, and so where better to start than the donation table? Paulie walked over towards the table, but suddenly stopped dead in his tracks a second. He couldn't help but half-hope to see Tori tonight, but already? This had been his initial thought when he saw that flowy red hair.
But, it was the headmistress. A different Bunbury. With an uncanny resemblance..
Realizing that he was basically just standing there, staring, Paulie regrouped and quickly walked over to the golden box. He dropped fifteen galleons in, which was probably more than he could afford at the moment, but Hogwarts was close to his heart. And considering the money that he sometimes blew on frivolous things lately.. this was a good place to put it.

Hah! She giggled. He heeeeeeard that. Aheem, aheem, aheem. Not that he had any kind of ulterior motive, mind. He was here to donate....not flirt. Pssh. "Annie.." He smirked as he stood back up. Were they on first name basis now, hmm? Well, he more than liked that. "Your name is as beautiful as you are. And please call me Orcus." His smirk yet widened.
Smug, he was.
But....to business. His eyes went to the gold box too. It was clear that she was directing him towards it. Not to worry, he did not forgot. He rounded the table once more and stopped in front of the box, his hand immediately fumbling into his pocket. "Well, my little sister's decided that she wanted to be a hermit. So's she's at Australia....somewhere in the Blue Mountains." He chuckled and pulled out ten galleons and a few sickles.....one by one, they went into the box. "I'm going to ask how you are doing, with all that's happening at the school.....but I don't think that's necessary. Your beautiful smile is enough for me to know that you are doing fine." He leaned on the table and out to her. "But if there's anything....anything at all that I could help with, please let me know....Annie."
Wink. Pretty woman deserved all the winks. Wiiiiiiiiiiink.

Dare he ask what was with the doe-eyed look? One minute she was smiling and the next it was like one of those muggle, feed the children commercials. She was good, he'd give her that. And would you look at that, a smile to Jessa. There was a daughter of his that the woman could stand. Might have had something to do with her not being able to run around giving sass and breaking things...on purpose. Jessa broke things too but there was a difference.
"Uh-huh..." He began reaching for the coins he'd brought with him. "I'm afraid I didn't take enough to make much of a difference where the school is concerned," he wasn't expecting a donation station. He'd only brought money on the off chance Alexa would be needing some more or seen something in a shop she wanted him to get her, "but I can leave a few galleons then make a trip to Gringotts sometime when I get home." He supposed that could have worked too.
"And um, how have things been going up at the castle with the recent repossession and all?" Seeing it in the paper, it didn't surprize him. No. His daughter had given him full coverage, supposedly hours after it had taken place. Imagine his wife screaming some time in the early morning because of an owl that had made it's way inside the house. UGH. Muggles.

Really?! Just......really?! She wasn't buying the Headmistress' 'oh poor me' act. Not when she recognized the rather familiar look of PRADA all over the woman. And anyway, poor her? Poor students, having to put up with the woman's ridiculous turnstiles. TO GET TO THEIR OWN BEDS!!! The Carter family was so not happy about that. But now wasn't the time to go into that. Not with all these people around (some of them Sky's very own classmates). So it was with a very neutral expression that Roxanne escorted Ronan and Sky over to the donation booth. "You know, it might be easier to buy this" she began quietly with a raised eyebrow while stuffing five galleons into the box, "if you weren't wearing designer glasses." Just so she knew.
Meanwhile, while his mama was being all mean girl-y, Ronan was just sitting in his stroller, staring in wonder at all the different colors. Ah, pretty colors...
And Sky was embarrassed. Really?! In front of all these people?! Her aunt had finally gone completely off her rocker. Luckily, Ronan was too young to notice. Yet. "Aunt Roxi, you don't have to do this." Really, you don't. That was her Headmistress, after all. Not to mention that she has to see some of these people everyday. Ugh. This was going to be bad....

Marcus Somerlad has been hearing of what Hogwarts have been going through from various sources. One of them of course was his daughter's version. Though, the man knew better than taking his girl's literal meaning of words. She tends to exaggerate and rephrases facts at times. However she was honest about the financial situation that concerned the school. And so he didn't hesitate to come and offer help ignoring his daughter's objections as she claimed that she deserved the money more. He was intentionally refraining from giving Cassia too much money. She needed to learn how to get a grip on her pocket. Not daughter of his was to become a careless spender. No way. She'll thank him later. Hopefully.
Wearing his formal suite, the man headed towards the donation station, he was on a tight schedule and wasn't going to waste his time eating or just standing doing nothing. He was here for a purpose. With confident steps he made his way between people and stood before the box. Retrieving an average-sized sack that contained certain number of galleons , the man opened the sack and started dropping the galleons in, one by one. He wasn't in a hurry and while he did so he wondered if the box was enchanted to fit as many coins people dropped in. Well, that'd be the simplest idea so he assumed yes.
After finishing, he pocketed the sack , turned around and took the first proper look on the people surrounding him. He recognized only one. Micheal Cambridge. With a couple of steps he reached the man and nodded at him with a composed smile. "Good to see you, Michael." He said to man whom he's mostly seen him while they both dropped their daughters off at each other's places. "Hope you're doing well?" He said. Noticing the little girl with Michael, Marcus's smile got wider a little bit. He extended his arm and patted the girl's head. "She's grown quite a bit," He commented. He had seen the infant over a year when the man came to collect Alexa. Though this was no time or place to make small talks. They were here to deposit the money. But it would be impolite to not greet the man.

Oh and who was this woman behind the box. Red hair, sharp features, did someone call her Truebridge? Then this must be the Headmistress. Bowing his head politely at the woman, Marcus spoke. "Good day, Mrs. Trubridge." Then straightening he thought to introduce himself, "I'm Marcus Somerlad, Cassia Somerlad's father." Did the woman know his daughter. If not then she'd know her name now. Though he's heard Cassia complaining to his wife a couple of times about the headmistress. Something about hair? He had thought he covered the subject of how not to make opinions on people based on appearances. His teenage girl hadn't been the easiest kind of girl to deal with those days. He was patient with her though. "Glad to be of help to the school." He said sincerely before he moved away from in front of the box.

Ronnie skipped over to the donation station, digging in her pocket for the ten galleons her dad had owled her to donate. Once she reached the fancy golden box, she pulled out the coins and slipped them into the box. She smiled. Hopefully, this fundraiser would be successful. She turned and saw the Headmistress chatting with some other people, and gave her a little wave. Then she skipped off to the dance floor.

Had it really been ten years since Tamzin had graduated? Hogsmeade, she frequented plenty. Rooney described it as his ‘favourite place ever’ and so she liked to bring him whenever she went. Which, included today. Her five year old son sat on her hip, holding on tightly like she had asked, and surprisingly on his best behaviour. She supposed the latter was because she had mentioned that Elodie would be around somewhere, perhaps. And Rooney did dote on the teen.
She’d been in on the loop via owl that Hogwarts was having money issues from day one, and had been sending her goddaughter enough to cover trips into her common room. It wasn’t that she needed to, because Braison had been doing exactly the same, she just felt like she had to. Besides, there may come a time: an emergency, some would say, where Elodie needed an extra few trips.
The winter hadn’t yet caught on her tighted legs, but as she put her son down, she made sure his coat was done up. Flu bugs were nasty, and forbid he caught one. Tam took his hand there, and headed towards who seemed to be manning the donation station… Ah, Professor Bunbury.
”You see the lady, Rooney? She was one of my Professors,” the mother spoke quietly, crouching just enough to be at his level as she produced the cute coin bag her daughter, who was spending the evening with the Robertser’s, had chosen, ”and now Hogwarts needs our help, huh? Who’d have known it buddy?”
Her children would be Hogwarts attendee’s in the years to come, or so the twenty-eight year old hoped. The money she was donating was on behalf of herself, and her best friend. Braison would have came, but with his wife pregnant, he was being a hermit. As Elodie’s guardians, Tamzin and Braison had sat down and discussed what exactly they were going to donate to a school that had seen them both through education, and was now seeing his little sister. They’d agreed on a...decent amount each. More than enough, she told herself as she questioned adding more.
Mummy was weird when she wasn’t wearing her superhero cape. Even weirder than when Dexxxxx was around, and they were being all icky ick and kissy kissy. Rooney just grinned at her, and used the hand that wasn’t holding hers to make sure his hair was all nice, and his bowtie was in place. ”Mama? Can I put it in? The money? I want to tell the lady something.” That he, Rooney Alexander Allerby, would one day be a student here. If he begged hard enough, and was super well behaved. So she had to stay here forever. Because her hair was nice.
At five years old, Rooney knew he would be expected to look all smart today, (nothing to do with maybe seeing Elodie, oopsie) that was why he chose the bowtie. It made him look all smart. His shoes didn’t, but there was a legitimate reason why he couldn’t wear his smart shoes. He wasn’t allowed to talk about that though.
With the bag of coins now in his hand, he tugged at his mothers arm, and made his own way towards the pretty lady. Purposely jiggling the pouch, so she HEARD them coming. Did she like Ben 10?! He had more than ten coins in here.
”Hi lady!”
”Headmistress.” She was one of those who aged well, it seemed.
Evelyn was so glad she made it. Yes, it's nearly been a couple of years since she graduated but she still missed her lovely old school and it felt great to be back. Even if it was for a few hours. Plus, she was going to meet Ella, whom she hadn't seen since she'd graduated. Oh, she had a lot to tell her. AND most importantly, she was here to donate. Not that her contribution was going to make a lot of difference. But, whatever. She was proud to help.
She quickly made her way to the donation box and dropped forty galleons in. Yes, it was a lot and she was probably going to starve for the next one month but she would be able to manage. Hogwarts was totally worth it.

Ella had been here for a bit and had yet to add her donation to the gold-looking box. That was the whole reason she was here, yeah? To help the school and such. The school she loved, by the way. It was a good thing she'd worked at the zoo all summer.
Making her way over, the blonde dropped a few galleons inside and smiled a little. She knew it wasn't too much but it was all she could afford and she knew every little bit helped.
When she was done, the sixteen year old glanced around at the crowd when she spotted...."EVE!" GRIN! OHMYGOSH SHE WAS ACTUALLY HERE! Hurrying over to the older girl, the badger wrapped her arms around her and beamed. "You came and I missed you and you're hereeeee!"

She'd calculated eight days till she was officially sleeping on the ground. She'd be HOMELESS. Homeless. But she still wanted to look generous. Any students that donated willingly certainly earned brownie points. Too bad Blue didn't have anything to donate.....apart from galleon shaped CLUE Inc. badges. Cough cough.
The fourth year made her way over the the box and dropped a knut and a couple of coin shaped THINGS into it, making sure no one was looking first, of course. And then she heard 'EVE'. EVE. Noun. Short for SKJDKTJDHMOSTFAVOURITEPERSONINTHEWORLDALSOKNOWNASE VELYN. Blue's eyes went wide as saucers and she spun around.
IT WAS IN FACT EVE.

She ran over and threw her arms around the blonde and the brunette. "Group huuuug!" Though her yell was still muffled. BEST DAY EVER.

There was a very smug grin upon Lawson's face as he swaggered into the room. The former Professor had heard about the problems that Hogwarts was facing and he just had to come and rub it in see if there was anything he could do.
He paused just inside the doorway so that everyone could admire his awesomeness before heading towards the fiery red head. Axe waited until she was done talking to the masses and stepped closer to her so that he could murmur in her ear. "One year has Headmistress and you've sent the place broke." He chuckled softly. "Maybe you should think about selling off those fancy clothes in your wardrobe."

.....no, never, not because of that.
NEVER!
Taryn didn't fail to notice the not overly happy greeting. It was totally impossible for her to know that she had anything to do with the cattle thing, right? She surely would have said something by now. Taryn just put on her most charming smile and took advantage of the fact that Truebridge seemed to be pleased with the donations she'd brought.
She did as instructed and put both pouches in the box, "I will be sure to indeed. In fact, she requested that I do the same, she sends her best to you and Hogwarts." Evolette had had a few choice memories about Truebridge but none seemed to be rather warm or fuzzy. "Hope you have a lovely day." She added before stepping away to let the others through.
/lktgjhlvkjhfkjghv
She ran over and threw her arms around the blonde and the brunette. "Group huuuug!" Though her yell was still muffled. BEST DAY EVER.
ELLLLLALALALA.
"Hi Ella!" Evelyn wrapped her arms around the girl, the biggest grin plastered on her face. Gosh, she was SO happy to see the blonde again. She'd missed her, a lot. "Of course I came! I just had to see you, of course."
But before she could say anything else, someone else had wrapped their arms around them. And she wasn't exactly sure who this person was. The girl pulled away after a couple of seconds and.....
OOOOOOOOOH.
"BLUE!?" The older girl laughed, her face almost pink with excitement. "For a second, I couldn't even recognise you! Both of you are so grown up now. Grown up and beautiful." Oh, gosh. She was so happy. She honestly felt like she was happy all the time these days.

Eve was a good hugger, y'know. Ella was convinced it was her Hufflepuff side shining through. She BEAMED up at the brunette and bounced a bit, her excitement obvious. BUT LIKE SHE WAS HERE! "I'm really glad and we have a lot to catch up o-"Oooomph!
Just them someone else joined their little reunion and the blonde was sort of in the middle of an Ella ice cream sandwich so she couldn't be sure who it was. She just shrugged it off and continued hugging cause why not, yeah?
Blue?
Course it was Blue! BEAM!
Ella took a step back and turned a little pink as Eve said they looked grown up and beautiful. "We look Bluetiful, actually." She corrected with a grin, giving the younger girl a nudge in the arm playfully.
"Erm me? Well I sort of got asked to be Quidditch Captain so um..." GRIN!Shuffle "...So there's that. Oh and I'm dating Alec now. Erm...Alec Summers. He's the Hufflepuff seeker." And the most handsome boy in school, obviously. Ella wasn't looking at Blue right now either because she knew what the younger girl was thinking and yeah, NO WEDDING TALK.

Um.... "Hello?" the Headmistress raised an eyebrow as some boy she had clearly never ever seen before just stopped and stared at her, just stared. She stared back at him. Was he going to say anything, or...?
At least he put in some galleons. Ookay then. "Thank you!" the redhead chirped, turning her attention elsewhere and hoping the weird boy would keep walking. She didn't know what, but he creeped her out. Creeper. She hoped he didn't go to Hogwarts still... he looked kind of old to be a seventh year.

Your name is as beautiful as you are. Oooh ooh ooooooh. Hehe. It was a good thing Anastasia was quite used to and expectant of compliments, because she absorbed them like a puffapod absorbed sunshine. "Thank you," was all she murmured, still a little red-faced. She didn't feel obligated to return the compliment either, since she was married and all. Darn.
Oh what a shame his sister was in Australia... hehe... NOT. "I'm glad the business managed to stay in the family," Annie said smoothly as she counted the coins going into the box. Ten? Ten was all? She raised a brow at the amount and brought her eyes back to Orcus' as he winked. Mmmhmmm... that wink might have made her swoon if he had just donated ten hundred galleons instead of just ten, but that wasn't the case here.
"I'll be sure to let you know if we need your help, Orcus," she replied much more formally now. "Thank you for stopping by." Annnnd the Bunzinator's attention was directed elsewhere.

UGH. Muggles.
"Any little amount makes a difference," Annie continued to put on the needy face. She nodded earnestly and continued in an almost purr, "and if you do go to Gringotts, you should let them know how Hogwarts really feels about their recent thievery of our school. I'm sure Alexa can tell you all about it."
She waited for the coins to be in the box before she tightened her expression. "We're doing all we can to make ends meet, Mr. Cambridge." And that was about all she was going to comment on that.

Wow, five galleons from Roxanne Carter. "Forgive me if I don't put your name on a plaque for that generous donation, Ms. Carter," the redhead replied dryly, and just as quietly. She didn't even smile at the baby, like she normally would have, because she HEARD that remark. Bunz was ALLOWED to wear Prada; just because the school was poor didn't mean she was poor. She was independently wealthy, and always had been, and always would be, regardless of what happened to Hogwarts' finances.
Besides, the wannabe governor could hardly diss her Prada when she was carrying around a Kate Spade baby bag. At least her niece had the decency to look embarrassed; so she gave the Slytherin girl a nod.

Well well wellllllllllllll, if it wasn't the father of Cambridge's partner in crime. And why did all of her enemies insist on being good looking, snazzy dressers? Annie sighed internally as Mr. Somerlad introduced himself, but then remembered that he didn't know how his daughter spread rumors about her hair whenever she was at school.
So she gave him a weak smile. "Thank you for your donation," she replied firstly. "I do know your daughter, Cassia." Unfortunately. "We always seem to run into each other," sometimes literally, "at the quidditch matches. She seems to be a good sport." Just a BAD LITTLE RUMORMONGER too.

Oh my, another alumni donator! Anastasia thought this one looked familiar... and look, she was also tugging a toddler along. How old was Annie if she was recognizing alumni and their children???!?
"Hi there," she greeted the cute little boy first, giving him a wide smile before she turned her blue eyes up toward the young woman. "Thanks for coming today." And donating. She heard coins!!!

Nigel had already donated to Bentley's donation tin. So he would feel bad if he did not donate to the school. He had some money from his uncle. Who could not make it to this fundraiser. Which was predictable since he hate going to these things.
He walked up to the headmistress in a black suit that he wore as if it was simply what he’d found on the floor by his bed that morning. He just wanted to donate then go back to the food table and get some shepard pie. It was pretty good.
"Hello, Headmistress Truebridge." Nigel said polity. Having been to enough fundraiser in his short life. He knew that this was probably the worst job here. Even doing the food was better. You got to eat.
Right, Donating. Nigel dropped Seven Galleons into the box. That should be good enough. He would hate if the school had to close down due to poverty.

Oooo.... wow. Sarcasm. Roxanne was shaking in her boots. "Never asked for one." she replied in turn with a raised brow. And not the more playful one that she uses with certain other sparing partners, either. After what happened the last time she'd donated to the school, the Headmistress should be glad to be getting anything from her.
And it wasn't like she was trying to appear poor.
Uh oh. Sky recognized that eyebrow. That eyebrow meant trouble. And that meant that she had better get her aunt OUT OF THERE. So, returning the Headmistress' nod and making sure her aunt's hands were back on Ronan's stroller, she put both hands firmly on Aunt Roxi's back and pushed her forward. Just enough to move her forward a bit. And kept pushing until all three of them were out of the line.

With smirk in place, he gave his wrist a flick and released his wand from its holster which he then pointed it at a chair and summoned it over to him. He placed his wand back into his holster as he casually sat down on the chair. As for what he was doing there. "I'm here to help the school of course." After adjusting his NEW pineapple brooch, and smoothing his jacket sleeves, which SHINED, Cooper charismatically made his way over to the donation station. "Headmistress Truebridge!" he greeted in his booming voice. "It's always a pleasure to see you, you look well." He bowed his head respectfully, resulting in a HAIR ATTACK ON THE EYEBALLS! Ouch. He wiped the hair out of his face as he looked up again. All good.
Reaching into his jacket pocket, he removed his coin purse, and jingled it. Cooper grinned his toothy grin.
