Video: Rupert Grint joins family at Harry Potter park for Noel's Christmas Presents
Rupert Grint joined a British family at the Wizarding World of Harry Potter in November, where he enjoyed Butterbeers with them in the Hog's Head, and accompanied them to Ollivander's wand shop at Hogsmeade - all part of ITV's 2011 Noel's Christmas Presents special, as reported earlier this month. The mourning Carter family, who lost their mother in 2009, were given an array of gifts from host Noel Edmonds, including a trip to the Harry Potter theme park in Orlando, Fl, during the Harry Potter Home Entertainment Celebration. There, they took a tour of Hogwarts, rode on the coasters, and of course met Rupert, who guided them through the pub and wand shop. That can be viewed below (Rupert's surprise appearance starts at the six-minute mark).
That is so sweet and cute! It nearly brought me to tears. It is so sweet of everyone to do that for the family. I'm sure it means a lot to them.

AWH this is adorable....I wonder when this all happened? I think it might have been a couple of days before the event.
I think this is a great story, mostly because it's the same reason why I went to the park. I lost my father last year and my family surprised me with this whole trip, so I feel and know their appreciation and it makes me so happy to see them smile like I did, especially when meeting Rupert. I wanted to cry my eyes out!
This is awesome! I loved it when the little boy nodded his head that yes the portraits in his house talk..... how cute! All the kids are cute! I teared up a couple of times.

Rupert is so warm-hearted. In fact, all of the actors involved with HP are amazing. Love them down to earth people. I think that is one of the things that makes HP so much more....I really hate when the actors who play a part are jerks in real life. It kind of kills it for me.

Everything they did for the family was awesome!!! I know how hard it can be to lose a loved one but it must be extremely hard to lose a mother(or any parent for that matter) they really deserved this!!! and Rupert was the icing on the cake.
