Video: Product Manager talks Half-Blood Prince video game (UPDATED)
A new video interview with Half-Blood Prince video game product manager John Fenno has emerged online. Interspersed in the film are clips of footage from the game. John was speaking to Gamer Vision for the EA spring preview, where he mentions how the push for the sixth film from November 2008 to July 2009 has been advantageous in terms of allowing more time to better the product.
The game will be released on all major platforms this summer.

I'm such a HP game nerd too.
I have all of the HP Video Games except for GOTF (It wasn't compatible with my PC)
The Wii is such a disappointment as far as fine controls. OOTP was so horrible on the Wii. The PC and Xbox360 were much better as far as control and graphics. On the Wii, some of the spells required you to push towards or away from the screen and the sensor just doesn't pick up z-axis movements on the Wii. I was all excited about it at first, but it was so bad I was ready to switch back to my PC version in less than an hour of needing those spells to work.
However, if they decide to enhance the game with the Wii MotionPlus...it might turn out alright. We can all hope for that.

My xbox died like 2 years ago, not that it would work on it.
Is it bad that I want a new gaming plat form just to play this one game?
Yes, because I'm sure there are MANY other games that are better than this one. In fact, I'm telling you that there are MANY other games better than this one.

That's true - I get frustrated with it easily and give up. But the basic idea is pretty awesome so if it can be improved then that'd be brilliant.

That is great that they went back in improved on some of the things on the game. They made a pretty good choice on deciding to wait until the film was released in theatres.
