Video: First 4-minute preview of Deathly Hallows on-set Morgan Matthews documentary
Target released the first four-minute preview of Morgan Matthews' very in-depth documentary on the making of the final two Harry Potter films, Deathly Hallows, called 'When Harry Left Hogwarts', featuring new interviews with Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, Emma Watson, Emma Thompson, Helena Bonham Carter, Gary Oldman, Robbie Coltrane, and many more. Those, intertwined with brand new behind-the-scenes shots of the final battle at Hogwarts, can be viewed, thanks to Cindy's tip, below. The feature will be available with the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 Blu-ray triple play pack via Target ONLY in the United States, this November and December.
BAFTA award-winning filmmaker Morgan Matthews has been given unprecedented access to the creative decision making processes that have been kept as a closely guarded secret - until now. Hear the personal stories of the faces we know, and those we don't, as we come to the end of one of the most successful eras in cinema history.
Pre-order the DVD and Blu-ray sets, out November 11 in the U.S. and December 2 in the UK, below, and through the official Warner Bros Shop.
I wonder what cut scene it was when Emma is shouting her head off!!! her face is all contracted like she's terrified, enraged or something. I'll look forward to this. I loved to watch the Lord of the Rings very complete behind the scene bonuses and this one seems amazing. I want it to be on DVD too!
I want to pre-order the triple play but it doesn't look like it's avail yet in the US. Will it be? Amazon doesn't have it on its US site yet. You'd think they would since the movie's being released in the US on 11/11. And the WB site doesn't have it. It has gift box sets and the 3 disc blu ray. And the 3 disc blu-ray is not the same as the triple play. The triple play looks like it has much more according to what's listed on the packaging. This documentary is not listed on the 3 disc blu-ray packaging. I really want to see all the features and documentaries, especially this documentary, avail on the triple play. If anyone knows anything in regards to the triple play in the US, do tell.
I can't wait for Part 2 to come out. I'm hoping we have a big screen TV w/blue ray by the time it's released.......hoping, hoping, hoping!!! The documentary was fantastic! I still cry with joy and sadness!
I live in Australia and according to sanity.com.au the normal DVD two-disc special edition will also have When Harry Left Hogwarts. So hopefully that turns out to be true!
