Video: Fiona Shaw & Harry Melling play mother and son in Mother Courage (UPDATED)
In addition to playing Petunia and Dudley Dursley in the Harry Potter films, actors Fiona Shaw and Harry Melling, respectively, are portraying mother and son once again in the theatrical production of Mother Courage and Her Children in London.
Quote:
Fiona Shaw... has the title role of a mother of three children caught up in the 30 Years War in Poland.
Harry Melling as her simple son, whom she calls Swiss Cheese.
Photos of Fiona in the play, and Harry during rehearsal, can be seen in our galleries:
UPDATE: A video of Fiona and Harry rehearsing for the play by Sky Arts can be seen here:
The production, at the Olivier Theatre in London, is currently in the middle of its run and will continue until December 8.
Chose your friends by their character and your socks by their color
Chosing socks by their character makes no sense Chosing friends by their color is unthinkable
Its nice to too them as a much "healthier" mother/son portrayal or is the play something really psychotic? idk something different if you know what i mean.
*by the way Fiona a really pretty lady, i never noticed all that in HP as petunia...probably the character lol.

Wow, that's so cool. Kind of cute in a way too ...
But I can't help thinking I'm weird because seeing that second picture of Mrs. Dursley ... it just inspires a fanfic ... and what the devil is Harry doing, hiding under a tank? or something? Too cute ... I should make a story out of this ... I just should
I just want to mention A Night Less Ordinary. It gives people aged 15-25 the chance to see plays for free. You can get an entry pass from The National Theatre online and go and see this play for free!
I used it to see Entertaining Mr Sloane with Imelda Staunton in and I may use it again to see this play. It sounds interesting.
