Video: Dan Radcliffe on first meeting Richard Harris in Sorcerer's Stone Ultimate DVD
Another exclusive video has been released from the Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone Ultimate Edition by Warner Bros, where a then-11-year-old Daniel Radcliffe explained how he felt when meeting Richard Harris, who originally played Albus Dumbledore prior to his death in 2002, on the set of the first film. I sooooooo and definitely agree to that...he fits the role so perfectly,,,,, Michael Gambon is also great in portraying it but I believe Richard is the perfect Dumbledore....
THat is so an Awww moment i know he hates when people Awwww but it had to be done. Wow how he has changed. He is always adorable and i think he will always have a place in peoples heart.

Totally agree! Micheal Gambon is nothing like Dumbledore...Dumbledore is sweet, calm, (random sometimes), and most of all patient. He's very intimidating but very likeable at the same time.
Gambon's Dumbledore seems just so mean and harsh! He doesn't want to wait for the story. Like tackling Harry in GOF, "Did you do it, did you put your name in the Goblet of Fire?!!"
And of course in the 5th film yelling at the students, "Don't you all have studying to do?!"
Although I must admit, he did a little better in HBP. *sighs* wish you were alive Richard Harris. =)
