Several new quotes from Tom Felton, David Yates, and David Heyman on the end of the Harry Potter franchise, and working on Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part II have been released by USA Today. The group take a nostalgic look at the series, and, in Yates' case, the work into bringing the epic finale to the big screen.

"One of the greatest gifts that Jo Rowling and the whole franchise has given (the actors) is that we can really end up making a kid's night just from saying hello," Felton says. "I was 12 when we started shooting; 13 when it came out. I'm 23 now. It's been a long journey.

"You don't see people growing up, not when you're there. It's only when you look back at the films. ... Look at Daniel! He was bloody tiny. My face was like a basketball. But those angelic features seem to have left me," he jokes.

"The very last one's a big old epic, with lots of battles and dragons and goblins. It's going to be operatic. And then it's over," says director David Yates.

"I don't think we ever took it for granted. We'd sometimes joke about what we're going to do when it's all over. We'll never have this amount of resources again. We're going to have to go back into the real world, after living in this bubble."

"The decision to split this into two was purely a creative one. By doing two, there's more detail and more time to engage with the characters in the way that we do," says producer David Heyman. "It allows the audience time to bring themselves to it. The audience has the time to project their own feelings and engage with the characters."

"The last film will be it. It's never going to be like this again. You never take this for granted," Heyman says. "You want to do the end justice, so there's a little bit of anxiety."

This really just makes me want to cry...I've been in denial for so long :/ I can't believe the end really is only months away

I know I was only 12 when I saw the first movie and I have 22 now wow!!! This make me nostalgic Tom is right It´s been a long journey for all of us and I really proud to have Harry Potter in my life and when you see back you realize how they have grown all and it is best that you've grown up with them. Yes!! Tom don´t look like an angel anymore but still sexy

wow!!! I can´t predict after their careers after Harry Potter if will be a success or a failure, but I wish them the best in the world and I hope to see them in other projects as excellent as Harry Potter was

Gosh, I don't want to look back because it brings back bittersweet memories...but yeah, it's pretty sad that it'll be over this year. (OMG is it 2011 already?

I'm sure they'll do it justice, they work too hard; their efforts will pay off in the end. Aww, it's still weird that HP is ending, I dont' think I'll ever fully realise it until after the last movie!

I think I am going to rewatch all 7 films before the last one comes out. I can't believe it's going to be over this year

Awwww.....I'm going to cry sooo bad when I see the last one. I don't want them to be over. They should just continue making HP movies.

I wonder if JK Rowling is actually serious about possibly continuing the story?? I hope so!!

Exactly. It will never be over. When people say that Deathly Hallows is the end,I think that's a weird and untrue concept. Harry Potter never ends. The true fans will always rewatch the movies,read the books,and in some cases;play the games. Harry Potter means something deep,and it doesn't end. The story may have ended,but not the spirit.
