For me, I'm so short, people don't believe that I'm in high school!

haha, i've never been told i look 12 (at least not recently) but people are always asking me if my daughter is my sister! then when i say no they get this how-old-was-she look on their face, so i have to tell them my age!

It's amazing. There's plenty of people who just have the gift of guessing, accurately, others' ages. But, there's a lot of other people who just never get it right. Although I'm sure it's peevish to always have people thinking you're younger than you really are, I don't think it's all that bad. Mostly, everyone actually assumes I'm older than I really am. I remember one incident distinctly, when I was in the 7th grade, my neighbors who had just moved in at the time thought I was a junior in high school! How does that happen?

Eeks I know exactly how she feels. Everyone always thinks I'm younger than I am. I'm going to be 18 really soon and yet some people will still say I'm 15 or 16. There's a few who say I can pass as 13. I hate it but I know I'll love it when I'm older and people think I'm way younger than I am(:

Thats so sad. I know exactly how you feel. I'm tall for my age so I always get those kinds of question. It gets annoying after a while.

LMAO!!! HAHAHAHAHA!!! Me too! No one can believe I'm 18 almost 19 even though I'm pretty tall! My dentist thought I was twelve, saying "you were so brave!" and offered me a lollipop! The perks of having your age taken for granted I guess lol! Free Candy!

Aww poor Evanna, we totally feel you, we're all in the same position...good thing is when you're a little older, it'll help to be able to pass as a different age! No anti-aging devices needed! All natural!

I've always been a tall guy and everyone thought I was older than my age and they said: 'oh you don't look like that......' but it's the other way in this case but I know how you both feel but in a couple of years you'll be used to this... I'm pretty sure!!!

lol i know how she feels. I'm 19 but people think when they first meet me that i'm about 16..its kind of frustrating but then i think , hey when i'm 40 i look 37! muwhaha

I could honestly pass up as a third grader because I'm so short. People ALL the time in the halls say "She's so short!!" I've gotten used to it, but sometimes people don't even care to be quiet about it, they just say it loudly as if I can't hear. It's sometimes really embarrassing because adults who don't know me treat me like a child. I was at Dairy Queen one day and the cashier treated me like I was five years old. Hello? I'm in high school?! If I'm shopping or walking around by myself they think I'm lost which makes me hate shopping. But I'm still happy with myself! (: I don't let the Muggles bring me down!

I know what you mean since a lot of people wonder whether my mom is my sister and then I hurry off telling them her age (against her wishes).

Too this day, people still think I'm younger than I really am. Everyone usually guesses I'm five years younger than I really am. On the bright side, when I'm like in my 30's and 40's, I'll still be mistaken for being in my late twenties.

Poor Evanna. People used to do that to me. When I was 13, there was this little kid in a store who pointed to me and shrieked, "What'sthat?" Her dad said, "That's a little girl. She looks about eight, just like your sister." It was embarrassing. Anyway, looking uyounger will serve Evanna to her advantage later in life I'm sure!
