| | |  Half-Blood Prince honoured at the Audie Awards
In March we told you that the Half-Blood Prince audiobook, narrated by Jim Dale, was nominated in the category of ' Children’s Titles for Ages 8+' at the Audie Awards. The award went to Star of Kazan written by Eva Ibbotson and read by Patricia Connolly. However, all was not lost. Instead the 6th novel became the initial entry into the Audio Publishers Association's brand-new Hall of Fame. | |

Super news and it's amazing that HBP went immediately in their Hall of Frame. Speaks volumns for Jim Dale. I've requested one of the books audios from my public library but haven't gotten it yet. I am on the waiting list. I wanted to "hear" Dale because so many say his work on the HP audio is excellent.

So HBP was the first ever entry into the Hall of Fame? That's so fantastic!
I love when HP gets awards! Makes me all warm all over. Yep, I'm a Potterhead. And proud  The first time I went through OOTP was by audio during exam study. Then I read it a few months later. Awesome!
