The Fourth Round of Pottermore.com’s Magical Quill Scavenger Hunt has been launched, giving Harry Potter fans worldwide the chance to have early access to the expansive new website by answering a question from the fourth novel, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.

For those who have found the question and managed to register, you may discuss the question/answer in this thread but please put your comments in a spoiler tag to avoid spoiling other fans. [*spoiler=Pottermore Magical Quill Day Four]Answer text[*/spoiler] – but remove the asterisks (*).

Once registered, you may also insert your Pottermore name into your SnitchSeeker profile, if you would like to, by following this link and completing the field titled "Pottermore Username".

SnitchSeeker will continuously update with news on Pottermore every day of this week, including when the new clues are released. Thursday’s question will revolve around the fifth and largest book, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, so it may be worth brushing up on your knowledge of the Department of Mysteries (for it’s a mystery what the clue will be!).

Note: If you figured out the clue and answer, and have been able to register and get your verification, you are done with this stage of the Pottermore experience. You will no longer have to register again this week through the Magical Quill challenge; the next part is to await for the Welcome Email for the Pottermore beta site, which will be sent anytime between August 7 to September 30, 2011.

UPDATE: The Pottermore Insider Blog has once again updated, answering a question asked by many regarding the creation of multiple accounts.

UPDATE 2: The Fourth Day is now closed. Be sure to check back tomorrow for another chance to register.

UPDATE 3: The Pottermore Insider has revealed a hint on the timeframe of the next clue.

For all those unfamiliar with British Summer Time, that's 3.30pm - 7pm GMT; 11.30am - 3pm EST; 8.30am-12pm PST.

Yes according to the rules she can't use it for tomorrow. If shes uses the same email again it will go agianst the magical quill challenge. Just make sure that you remember the password to her account that you made and let her validate it...

But I don't know if it can be used if its not yet validated. From my experience she can use it again... but I'm really not sure. All I know is that if an account is not validated you can't login right now on pottermore.com ^^,

^^ Actually I think it says you can have the account and start again but you can't have the early access anymore. You will wait now for October.

Ah! So if you use ur email again or not validate the first account you wont have early acces and have to wait for October... aw thats sad... But isn't it that after the Magical Quill challenge you can already register but, as you said, have to wait for October to access the site.

Wow! This would be a real problem for those who didn't immediately received their email but registered twice... It would be a pity to solve the clues yet get disqualified for early entrance just because you registered twice.... thanks for the heads up!

The Warner Bros UK & US Harry Potter Facebooks mentioned earlier that nearly half a million spots are already filled (for the first three days), and that was BEFORE the fourth day began.

I'm ScarletGlow9 and I couldn't be more excited! I had given up all hope until I noticed on my twitter feed that the clue had just gone up. I ran to Pottermore and got in just in time!

RonLover1197 mine took about three hours, but my friends took a day. If its busy sometimes the system will be slow. But check your inbox tonight and tomorow
