The Leavesden Studios set of
Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them was torn apart because of Storm Barney, whose intense rain and winds caused damage throughout the UK this week.
According to the report, the storm caused 400 crew members to evacuate when it hit the area hardest, and ripped down some green screen sets that doubled for 1920s New York City, the location of the first film.
Rumored on-location filming for Bedfordshire, UK was apparently knocked down a bit because of the story, as seen by the photos below. The reports say that filming should be able to continue again on Wednesday, despite the problems.
Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them's first installment, written by Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling and starring Eddie Redmayne, releases in theaters an IMAX a year from today, November 18, 2016.
