I like working for the BBC, they always treat me really well, and are giving me alot of support. Jamie, from mugglenet.com came along to BBC Norfolk to see how it all works - it was really nice to meet someone from the HP fan news community - especially from such a big site as mugglenet - they always know what's happening before i do - which is a tad scary!!

To fill you in on my movements (not bowel) in the next couple of weeks... I'm off to London this afternoon in readiness for tomorrow's mayhem on SMILE - which, for those of you who don't know - is a Children's programme on BBC2. Basically what i'm doing there is talking about the new film and answering some questions from viewers, and taking part in some of their competitions.... I'm really looking forward to it - i love doing things like that... About a year ago i did a similar thing for another BBC programme called Xchange - and we had fun!
When i get back from London on Sunday afternoon, i'm heading straight over to a pub in Norwich called the Trowel and Hammer, to support a "fun day" they're holding to raise money for Quiddenham Children's Hospice - a fantastic place for very poorly children in Norfolk - i've done work for Quiddenham before, and they're a VERY worthwhile cause...
On Tuesday i have a dentist's appointment - which is erm, nice.

Wednesday and Thursday i'm going to be with the BBC at the Royal Norfolk Show at the Show Ground in Norwich! I've not been to the show since i was at high school - which is 5 years ago now - so i'm really looking forward to this, not only cos I can go and be childish and wander round collecting freebie pens, note pads, stickers and fun bags (oh the joys) - but also because on Thursday, I'll be at the show with none other than the lovely and talented Myleene Klaas.
I'm sure most of the UK smockers will know who Myleene is - but if not (and for those of you outside the UK) - she used to be part of the pop group Hear'Say (which is not always a good thing), and has now returned to her classical music routes, and is trying to promote classical music to a younger generation. Good for her - being a classical musician myself, i definately approve! She's also a very lovely person - so it'll be a good day! so that's Wednesday and Thursday!

FRIDAY (it's a busy week!)
I'm launching the UK National Parks Awareness week on the Norfolk Broads. This should be interesting!! According to the press release i'll be:
"falling under the spell of the broads" and joining children, dressed as bats, owls and frogs in some "spooky" games before trying to net strange creatures in the pond dipping challenge!

After that I'm off to my best friend's dad's wedding - so it'll be a lovely end to a long long week!!
