The first look at Credence Barebone's older stepsister, Chastity (played by Jenn Murray) in
Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them was released in the latest issue of France's Film(s) magazine and can be viewed here. Note that Chastity is a wizard-hater just like his stepmother, Mary Lou (Samantha Morton).
A new behind-the-scenes shot of director David Yates giving tips to actor Dan Fogler (Jacob Kowalski), from the October issue of France's Premiere magazine was published, along with a hi-res promo of Tina Goldstein (Katherine Waterston) looking up at a flying billywig whilst surrounded by a presumably No-Maj crowd, can be seen here.

For those wondering, Empire's October issue confirmed the types of wands Newt, Tina and Queenie own, including the material from which they're made.
Quote:
Newt’s has a seashell grip grafted onto ashwood, reflecting his ease with nature and globe-travelling history. The one belonging to glamorous witch Queenie Goldstein (Alison Sudol), whom Newt befriends when he arrives in New York City, is black with a flashy pearlshell end and gold embroidery.
“Tina’s a plain Jane, so the wand should match the girl,” says Katherine Waterston. “We actually got to choose our own one. I had four or five options that were all great, but in the Harry Potter world the wand chooses you. So I thought it would be interesting if she was given a wand that didn’t confirm her potential as a witch. She’s asking herself: ‘Am I as average as people think I am, or do I have something more inside to give?’”
Two official shots of the
Fantastic Beasts scene where Newt Scamander sees Mary Lou's speech in Manhattan - one from the movie, and the other behind-the-scenes at Leavesden Studios with green screen - were released online and can be seen here.

Finally, Film(s) magazine published numerous new promos from
Fantastic Beasts, of Tina and Queenie in their apartment, Newt and Jacob sitting and/or walking around the New York City location, and the front page of The New York Ghost wizarding world daily newspaper, can be found here, courtesy of fansite UHP.
