Hum dee dummmm...

She was early. And in a rather pleasant mood, too, for some reason. Maybe because she didn't have to teach a class this hour, yes, that could have been it.

Walking into the Staff Room, Ivy had her own cup of tea already and wandered around the room before sitting down in a very particular chair. And then she sipped her tea and waited.

Erik led the way into the staff room, knowing that the students couldn't get in unless he entered first and opened the door for them anyway. He propped it open with a lazy flick of his wand and then looked into the room, pleasantly surprised to see Ivy already there.

"Professor Knox," he greeted her with quite a smile, "how lovely to see you." And she was lovely. Sometimes. "The class is just behind me." Erik took note of the chair she was in and sat down in one across the room.

Might as well get comfortable before he continued the class.

The staff room? Shuffle. They weren't meant to go in there, y'know. Ella supposed Professors needed their space to eat and relax and flirt (*cough* Airey and Romanos *cough*) away from the eyes of the students. Totally understandable and stuff. Since Vinteren was leading them though, it must be pre-approved or something.

Okay so...Professor Knox was here too? Um..."Hello Professor." Should she stand or sit or? Uhh...Ella just sort of awkwardly stood off to the side, waiting for the rest of her classmates to arrive.

Mika felt a little odd about the whole going into the Staff-room thing. It was probably less of an issue going in here than it was to go and sit at the staff table yeah? So a little bit of looking around the room and spotting Professor Knox.

"Oh...Hi Professor Knox" she smiled over to her, and wondered about that blasted door. Really there were those chunks missing from it. Quite big chunks to be honest. "So...where do you want us to Practice the spell Professor?" She asked Professor Vinteren an eager smile on her face. What? Talking to spirits and revealing where people died sounded like a nifty idea.

Staff room. Death scene. "Hi Professor Knox." Alice nitpicked through her brain, trying to remember who had kicked the bucket in this room from the list, lighting up when she did. "Binns." Where he died, though, was the question. Talking to herself more than anyone, she looked around, and.. were they supposed to sit? She stood by Ella instead and waited for more instructions, also noting the very friendly smile the pretty professor gave the charms lady.

Hmm.

The Staff room. This was where Professor Binns died, right? And there was the Charms Professor. "Hi, Professor,'' Jory said to her.
He stood in the corner, looking around, as he waited for the others to arrive and for the class to continue.

Lex was still hop skip bouncing only she'd fallen a bit behind the others because she had to keep staring at odd little things and pictures--the ones the goblins didn't take anyway. A few of them got silly faces but that didn't make them feel any better so she just kept hop!skip!Bouncing on her way to ...the staffroom...?

....

Okay then...

GASP!! Lookit! That Knox woman!!! She was contemplating leaving something interesting at her office, you know, revenge for the kneazle and all so all was good and she would hold no grudges hopefully the woman would feel the same?. "Hello Professor!" GRIN.

And now she was itching to try the spell!!!

Well... this was unexpected. But interesting and stuff. West looked around, trying to mentally picture this or that staff member in this space. And also because you never really knew when you'd need to know, he kind of took note of the layout of the room.

Just in case.

The....Staff Room?

Dylan entered a bit cautiously, quickly looking around and checking his surroundings. He'd never been in this room before...

...and THAT was an immediate plus. Professor Knox was here. Yep, the Slytherin may or may not have plastered a bright smile into place while addressing the woman. "Professor Knox, it's nice to see you here."

Sup.

Meanwhile, the Professor that was currently teaching them just got a head!nod. It was too bad he wasn't nearly as nice to look at...

So the Staff Room. Nigel wondered who died here. Must be pretty obvious or Nigel had forgotten.

Nigel enters and sees Professor Knox there. Nigel looks at there and greets her. "Hello Professor"

Now to wait to see why they were here.

Holding her wand lightly at her side, Eliza followed Professor Vinteren into the staff room, a place she'd never been before of course. Naturally she felt the need to look around the place, check out her surroundings. She noticed the other new professor sitting at a table and nodded at her. "Hello Professor Knox," she said and went over to wait for the Mr. Vinteren to let them know when they could start casting.

She was a little unsettled about the whole thing though, where people had died and all. She felt bad knowing someone had died in this room and there wasn't so much as a headstone or wreath around. But people died all the time, everywhere all over the world, so she guessed it wasn't that uncommon. Her mood would be significantly improved though if they were able to speak with some ghosts. That way she'd feel like she was being more personal about investigating their death, because people deserved that at least.

As the class approached the Staff Room, he wondered what they were doing here. Could someone have died here? He had no idea and he kind of felt uncomfortable being in the teachers room. But he was happy they were exploring the rest of the castle.

He saw the charms professor here. Hmmm he wondered what she was doing here but he smiled at her and said, "Hello Professor Knox."

Then he waited to side of the room and waited for the professor's instructions.

The Staff Room? After all that build up, they were going to the place where the most boring person in all of Hogwarts history had died. Nice work. And yes, that was sarcasm. Sky kept a neutral expression on her face, though. One that may have turned into a very small scowl when she saw that her least favorite professor was in here. She basically ignored Knox, since this wasn't her classroom. Nope, she was waiting for further instructions on this kind-of-morbid-yet-interesting-class.

... The Staff Room?

Alec reached up and ruffled his hair as he took a couple of cautionary steps into the room. Students weren't allowed in here, right? And yet... here he was. Here they were. And he would have usually felt slightly weird and reluctant but... the slight feeling of being somewhat reckless -- was this being reckless? -- was making him feel... smiley. Weird but smiley. There was no other way to put it.

Oh HEY! Charms Lady was here too. "Erm... hello Professor Knox!" Was she helping with the spell too? Or was she just... in here because it was her free time? What did Professors even do in their free time? Alec... liked to imagine them eating ice cream in here. LOTS of ice cream. The very thought was enough to put a big wide grin across the boy's face.

... Also... he'd just... stand at this empty spot, yeah? Okay? Okay.

Wait. Was this the staff room they were walking into? Tag found this odd to be coming in here, even for class. But, he figured since it was for class and they were following the professor neither him nor his classmates would be reprimanded for this.

As he walked through the door Tag spotted another Professor waiting about. Whether she was here for the class or not Tag began to speculate. "Err, hello Professor." said the little blonde boy as he passed her by.

Wade tried not to imagine where exactly they would be going, it could have been dangerous seeing as one.. or a few have died in this school. Hmm.....hm? The Staff room?

Wade furrowed his brows briefly as he followed the others inside. His brows rose to normal level at the sight of, "Hello, Professor Knox." Hm. Now was the waiting game, as Wade folded his arms while remaining idle nearby.

Would you look at that......they were being led to the Staff Room.

So they'll soon discover if many died in that area, eh? This was really getting better and better. They weren't allowed in this premises but per the Professor's instructions, they were here. He wasn't the boring kind of person, this Professor Vinteren, she decided.

Ohoho...and they had a visitor. "It's good to see you, Professor Knox." Was she going to assist this activity they'll be having? Or did she just want to see green outlines floating about? Either way, the woman got a rather dainty smile.

Then she waited, eyes curiously roaming the whole of the room.

Oh, a Professor Knox was in attendance. Mo gave her a big smile and immediately checked to see if her heels could kill a man today. Shame if they couldn't. He stuck his hands in his pockets and rocked on his heels, standing just out of the way of those who were entering the room after him.

Now then... as Alice had said, Professor Binns had died in here, so where exactly might that have happened. In front of the fire, right?

Oh, the staff room was where they were going. Well, surely not too many had died here right? So they wouldn't be seeing a whole ton of outlines like if they went somewhere a lot people from the battle had died and such. So that was a...plus? Eh, not really.

And the Charms professor was there too. Was this planned or did she just happen to be in here now? Hmm... Penelope offered a polite smile if the woman happened to look her way but said nothing, just glancing around the room to check out her surroundings.

She walked with the rest of the class, down the corridors until they stopped in front of the staff door. Wait... what.. the staff door? But they were going to a room that had someone who died in it, which meant... Wait was it that ghost teacher she read about, didn't he die in this room or was her memory not working right.

Oh which ever it was Minerva was jumpy, yes jumpy all this death talk was not setting well with her. She entered with the group and quietly gave a small "Hello Professor" To Professor Knox. They should not be in there.. no they weren't allowed, but a professor er well board member professor guy at least, was the one that let them in so it should be alright.

Breath Min.. Breath and just stand near Alec.. Yes that spot looked good, just next to Alec.

Once Erik walked into the room, Ivy smiled. "Mr. Vinteren," she greeted pleasantly in return. "Lovely to see you, as well." Ivy nodded and watched him take a seat as she took another sip of her tea.

Ivy nodded to the students as they filed in and gave her hello's to those who gave them to her. That slytherin captain, though... She eyed him warningly for a few seconds.

And then she continued to wait and sip her tea. She would move when she needed to.

Sarah followed the others into the room. She was so excited to see what was in the staffroom. She had never been in it before so she had sort of imagines it to be like the staff room at her old school. Lots of couches, many tables with chairs. It would like a mixture between a lounge, restuarant and psychiatrists office (anyway, Sarah counteres that teachers had to be mental if they wanted to teach. Therefore there needed to be a lot of couches for other people to ask teh teachers 'so how do you feel about that).

She looked around, absorbing every detail of her room... now she had a new setting for a story. The staffroom. She beamed at the charms professor and went to stand next to Penelope. She knew Professor Binns died here, in front of the fire so maybe she will see the outline of him. SO AWESOME!

Laura couldn't believe it, she was in the staff room, really she was in the staff room, how cool was this, if only she was allowed in here all the time it would be awesome, though she doubted the Professors would like it as much as she would, she smiled as she noticed there was already a Professor in there, she had a funny feeling she knew who had died in this room, though what was going to happen when they practiced the spell?

Oh, this was fun.

Theo followed everyone, keeping close to them, into the staff room. He was hoping that he would catch Professor Bellaire at some point, but he couldn't see her so far. Just the new Charms professor, who he wasn't totally sure on. But anyway, getting a glimpse into the staff room was kinda cool, but he wasn't sure what the point was.
