Larissa had enough of the walking. Her legs hurt. the brunette hoped that she would be able to get back up to the castle and find her way to her common room. She was pretty sure that when she was on her way to the grounds that she had walked down the same corridor a few times. Rissa shrugged at herself and too a seat next to a man (kayquilz) . She didn't know who he was. He was older so he had to be a professor here. "H-hello." Larissa piped up. She had to be social. Social was good. She looked out to a match that was going on. Gobstones. She had never watched a match of this sport in person before.

Paul looked over as a girl took a seat nearby. She looked a little shy...her hello was soft, and the professor surely didn't want her to feel discomfort on his behalf! He smiled her way and waved. "Hi there...this is a riveting game of gobstones today!" Merlin, It seemed Hufflepuff was not TOO far behind the eagles!

"Who are you cheering for, dear?" he asked in a soft, friendly voice. "I'm Professor Myers, by the way--new kid on the block--" PFFT. "I feel like it, anyways." His heart was getting used to meeting the vast amount of new faces, though. Thank Merlin.

And...would Adi get the next point?!

So THIS was Gobstones! Davie trotted down to the viewing area and climbed up to the very top, so he could lean back against the stands. Oh hey look, Professor Myers was here! And a... seventh? sixth? year Gryffindor? He didn't know her, but he smiled at her.

"Hi professor!" the Ravenclaw greeted his teacher cheerily. "Are you a gobstones fan?" Davie had literally NO IDEA how to play the game, but Kate was playing, so he wanted her to win. It looked like Hufflepuff had just taken a really good shot, though, so the game might be tied up now. Darn.

Gobstones!

She'd never watched gobstones match live before, so when Ava read the announcement that there's gonna be a match today. she skipped to the gobstones match area and bring fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies that she stole grabbed from the kitchen before heading down here. Maybe it wouldn't be as much fun as Quidditch but when she took gobstones lesson from the ministry a few months ago, it was quite... entertaining. Especially when the goo was burst to the players.

Oh, look! Adi was playing for Hufflepuff! "YEAH, GOOOOO ADI!!!!" The brunette cheered the Puff prefect up. Since Hufflepuff was playing against Ravenclaw, she wondered if Teddy was on team or not since her twin brother loved this game a lot. Well, she didn't see him. Maybe he was too shy to be participated or camp himself at the library. She did spot the Herbology Professor was there, with an older Gryffindor that she didn't know her name (Larissa) and a Ravenclaw boy that she might ever met before (Davie). "Hello, Professor. Hey guys." She greeted them. "Anybody wants some cookies?" She offered nicely. And don't worry, she didn't poison them with anything.... yet.

It was time for another Gobstone season and Cassie was of course there to see her boyfriend cheer on the students, especially her old house that was playing today. Making sure she was very sunshine yellow she made her way into the viewing area. Seeing only one other staff member she gave him a smile. "Hello" At least there were some students there to cheer on their fellow classmates.

Noticing a few not around she had a few thoughts, but didn't express them as she continued up the seats with a giant smile on her face, "Hellllllo everyone. Wonderful day for Gobstones isn't it?" She had come to love the game and now she understood it which made it even better.

Sitting down in the mix of the fans she turned to watch the match. Smiling brightly at Leo, if he saw her, and then focused on the game its self. "Am I late?" Had she got the time wrong. It had already started. Well this was unfortunate, she would make sure to be on time for the next ones.

OH ho! Another student! And it was little David Truebridge! Paul waved cheerfully and nodded. "I am--it's riveting enough without making me anxious." Like...Quidditch, which just gave his heart such anxiety. He couldn't handle it. Too dangerous, too FAST--too MEAN, eh?

He smiled in a friendly way at another student, [Ava] and was glad to see students supporting each other. So nice, such an air of positivity it all had. It looked like--oh GOSH--the game was getting so CLOSE--they were tied! Paul cheered a lot everyone someone got a point--he couldn't seem like a professor who showed favoritism! Adi--it looked like the boy had knack for gobstones, it seemed. He was good. He just took a shot...

"COOKIES?!" he hopped up, eyeing those suckers like they were the only food he'd seen in like, ten years. "I would love one, thank you, dear--" he leaned over to grab one before sitting back down, smiling at Cassie as she made her way in--"You are looking very nice today, Cassie." He commented, his eye twinkling. Well dressed people were more of Milton's thing, but Paul could still appreciate it.

Larissa paid close attention to the match that was going on. She wasn't sure she fully knew what was going. Her and her two older siblings would. The brunette looked over at the older man. She gave him a soft smile. "Hello." she said in a somewhat happy yet focused tone. "I...I don't know. I don't know anyone on the teams." She was new and she didn't know if she liked being new. The good thing about it was she really didn't have any one team to root for. So he was a professor. She was right. She just guessed so it was a 50/50 chance of her being right.

"I'm....Larissa Mikos."

Darn, Hufflepuff was taking the lead now! Davie still applauded politely, because he was a polite little boy, but he had been looking forward to Ravenclaw winning at something.

Anyway, another professor was here now, and he was wracking his brain to try to think of what subject she taught. Blonde, petite, named Cassie... did she have any cats with her? He had heard that was a surefire way to identify the Divination professor... but since he didn't know her, and didn't know the other two girls watching Gobstones, Davie decided to introduce himself.

"Hi, I'm David, David Truebridge," he waved at all of them and then pushed his glasses up his nose. "Sure, I'll take a cookie." He munched on it thoughtfully as the match got underway, and then moved on to a quick, all too quick, conclusion.

Well that was a bummer. "Nice seeing you again, Professor Myers," Davie said as he got up to leave. "I'm enjoying your textbook, by the way." And he'd probably have a review all done for it before the next Gobstones match. Maybe Davie would even try playing in the next one.

Oh look! The herbology Professor wanted the cookies. "Here, Professor! It's fresh from the oven." Who could resist a homemade fresh-baked cookies, huh? The house elves were such a great baker, she grabbed one and munched it while still watching the match. Ava just knew that Adi was such a great gobstones player! He had to coach her because she wanted to participate on her house team too.

"Hi David, I'm Ava.." Ava smiled at the Ravenclaw boy. It seemed like she had seen this boy before but she didn't remember. Well... Never mind. "And yeah, help yourself." The brunette girl offered him some. Nomnomnomnom....

AND HUFFLEPUFF WON!!!

"Good job, Adi!" She clapped her hands once Mr. Kitridge announced that he's the player of the match. It's such a good and fun match and she couldn't wait to be participated on the next game because... GRYFFINDOR!

HE WAS HERE!

And so was Pebbles, for all inquiring parties.

And it was NOT that he favored Pebbles over Boulder (which he did, but shhh don't tell anyone), but she had the tendency to DISAPPEAR quite often. Which was why this term the Astronomy professor was never seen without his beloved pet rock by his side.

Sporting her usual pink leash, he lead the way into the seating area just in time for the match to begin.

"STELLAR TOSS, MISS BURTON!" He looked down at Pebbles. "Truly a stellar toss, wouldn't you agree?"

Could she see? Should he hold her up?

Adi was not going to miss this match!

NO WAY!

He practically ran into the Viewing Area since he had stopped at the Kitchen for some scones and grape jam because he thought he was late. He arrived just in time, a small container of scones and jam in his grasp, to hear Flamsteed cheering for Ava.

Ava had scored?! WOOOOOOT!

"AVA, AVA, AVA!" Adi called as loudly as he could. He was going to support her all the way! Oh! He must say hi to The Suit and Pebbles. "Live long and Prosper!'' Grinning, he made the Vulcan sign. What? He had gotten quite used to doing the greeting by now. "Scones?''

Perhaps Pebbles DID need a bit of a lift up to see...she was being unusually quiet right now.

Adjusting his posture accordingly, the man gingerly set the rock atop his head and remained as still as possible so she would not take an unceremonious tumble to the ground.

"Live long and prosper, Mr. Rehman," Airey greeted without turning to look at the seventh year (though his hand WAS raised in proper Vulcan salute). He just was not yet willing to take the risk to turn his head. It had been quite some time since he had done any sort of posture exercises of this sort. "No thank you."

To the scones, that is.

Adi grinned at Flamsteed and his pet rock. The man looked incredibly funny, did he know? Hehe. But no scones? Okaaay, you were missing out, Professor Suit! He had flopped down on a seat close by to his company for the match, setting his scones and jam on another one.

Gosh!

What a CLOSE match! It was much like the one between Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw! Many times for the present match, Adi would jump up and YELL out players name when they scored. Yelling happened for BOTH Houses, by the way.

Buuut then it came down to the last round and Slytherin held on thanks to Maggie and Hady. "CONGRATS, SLYTHERIN!'' he cheered. "AWESOME JOB, GRYFFINDOR!'' Did he know his mouth was covered in grape jam? Haha! It was.

"Sorry about Gryffindor loosing, Professor. Maybe next term would be a better term Gobstones wise?" Since they had snagged the House Cup last term. Anywhoooo, it looked like it would be Hufflepuff versus Slytherin for the Gobstones Cup! HE WAS READY TO TAKE ON THE SNAKES WITH HIS TEAM!

The championship game had arrived and Ben had made sure to get there early. He may not have made all of Adi's games to support first his best friend and then his boyfriend, but he was making this one for sure. The last match of the term and the last one the Hufflepuff was going to play with them both graduating in June. So it was a special one, and perhaps bittersweet, so his presence was hopefully an encouraging one.

Soon enough the first question was up and the Gryffindor nearly snorted. Opening up with not just a creature question, but a DRAGON question. Benny himself knew the answer even before the question was finished and Adi wasn't far behind, the Hufflepuff shooting first and winning the easy points for the badgers.

"GO ADI!!" he managed to raise his voice enough to cheer. Made all the more special as the next two shots were done well by the other half as well. Seemed Hufflepuff was off to a great start.
