Original Dare:

1. Neville must be the main character
2. There must be pudding
3. You have to use the words (nitwit, blunder, cinnamon, and powdered sugar)
4. The setting must be a dinner party
5. someone has to break out and sing the song "I feel pretty" from Westside Story




Neville was waiting for Harry, Ron and Hermione to come pick him up for the dinner party at Luna's. He was wearing a black tuxedo and a crisp white shirt.

"Neville? Are you ready?" Hermione's voice sounded throughout the flat.

"Yup" Neville said as he walked towards her. He ripped her right arm and they apparated (Sp?) to Luna's.

They knocked on the door and Luna's head appeared at the window. Neville waved and Luna's head disappeared again. The door opened and Luna ran out to hug them.

"Hello! Come in! Everyone's here now!" Se said as she lead Neville in to the living room. As he neared the room, he almost crashed into someone carrying a large box. A box which smelt lovely.

"Sorry! Not meaning to be nosy but what's in the box?" He said as he picked himself up off the floor.

"It's the missing ingredient for some of the food" The man said as he dusted himself off. "Miss Lovegood said that the chicken needed some cinnamon" And with that, the man vanished into the kitchen.

"Neville? Are you okay?" Luna said as she appeared at his elbow.

"Yeah Luna. I'm fine. Just being a blunder as normal" He smiled at her and they walked into the room.

Everywhere Neville looked, there were tables laden with pots and plates. He drew closer to one of the pots and sniffed it.

"Luna? What's in these pots?"

"Just some food for people to eat..." She replied dreamily

Neville walked over to where Harry, Ron and Hermione were sitting and plopped down in an empty seat.

"If I was you, I wouldn't touch the chicken" Neville warned them as they reached out for some. They're hands quickly retracked back to their sides.

"Ooh, Pudding!" Ron exclaimed as he pulled the lid off one of the pots. He piled loads of the creamy, chocolaty pudding onto a plate and started to at it. After his second plate, Ron started humming a song that Harry recognized.

"Where did you here that?" Harry asked but Ron just ignored him and carried on eating.

Laughter broke out on the table behind them. Turning round, Hermione and Neville saw a few Slytherins, Presumably Malfoy was the one in th middle but Harry was unsure because when he had turned around, Ron's plate of pudding hit him in the face.

Ron stood up on his chair and broke into song.

"I feel pretty
Oh so pretty
I feel pretty and witty and gay
And I pity
Any girl who isn't me today"

Hermione stared gobsmacked at him.

"I feel charming
Oh so charming
It's alarming how charming I feel
And so pretty
That I hardly can believe I'm real
See the pretty girl in that mirror there?
Who can that attractive girl be?
Such a pretty face
Such a pretty dress
Such a pretty smile
Such a pretty me!"

Malfoy fell off his chair laughing his head off.

"I feel stunning
And entrancing

And dancing for joy

By a pretty wonderful boy!"

Neville just stared at Ron as Zambini, yes another Slytherin, started talking.

"You know, Weasley's such a nitwit that he didn't even realise the pot says 'Westside Pudding- It Feels Pretty! Eat it and so will you'!!"

malfoy now had tears rollng down his cheeks as he clutched his sides.

Just then, a large boy walked over to the pot and, with his finger, tasted the smallest amount he could.

"Mmmm... Chocolate, Vanilla, Have you met my good friend Maria, I can't...

Neville walked out searching for Luna, and the fact that he hated that song but that doesn't matter right now, to find out what was going on.

As he walked into the kitchen, he found Luna sprinkling something on the already cinnamon covered chicken.

"...and a srinkle of powdered sugar!" She said with a florish.

"Err.. Luna? Someone's cursed the Chocolate pudding and well... You better see this" Neville said as he pulled her into the living room.

"I feel pretty
Oh so pretty
That the city should give me its key
A committee
Should be organized to honour me
I feel dizzy
I feel sunny
I feel fizzy and funny and fine
And so pretty
Miss America can just resign
See the pretty girl in that mirror there"

"What mirror, where?"

"Who can that attractive girl be?"

"Which, what, where, whom?"

"Such a pretty face

Such a pretty smile
Such a pretty me!"

There as Ron, in the middle of the room surrounded by five or six boys singing.

"Please stop eating the pudding!" Neville said as the boys started again.

"I feel stunning
And entrancing
Feel like running and dancing for joy
For I'm loved
By a pretty wonderful boy!" And with that, they finished.

Neville grabbed Ron and pulled him over to Harry and Hermione. Ron shook his head and looked around.

"What happened to my pudding?"
