| | Corridor to the Depths Behind one of the doors off the main hall is a corridor leading down to the vaults. They are made of rough hewn stone and are dimly lit, torches sit in iron brackets along the length of the corridor. The passage way slopes downwards and the stone floor has been worn smooth by centuries of use.
The corridor is long, it takes about ten minutes to reach the tracks at the bottom. When you reach the bottom, in the company of a Goblin, you will be helped into a cart and your journey down to your vault will begin, twisting and turning and dropping miles below the ground. ooc: your post will be deleted if you post here without being escorted by a Goblin. You must post in the Gringotts Main Hall and wait for a Gringotts Goblin to lead your character here.
Once you post here, you will be linked to your character's vault thread, which is specifically for you. When not in use, the vault thread will be moved back into our storage. |

All looked secured as the cart started to move slowly into the darkness. Slowly the cart started to descend down an incline and into the dimly lit tunnel. Quickly, the cart picked up it speed and soon arrived reached the first level of vaults. OCC: please post in the given thread. |

"Thank you." Polite goblin here.
He got in the cart and waited rather impatiently for the woman to join him.

| Sorry it took so long. Trip was crazy. Granddaddy Ravenclaw | | Jermione Granger Preston followed Quazi as she lead him into the dark corridor. He suppressed a shudder. The carts and dips and speed were so terribly unpleasant.
He supposed he could make small talk, but then again, she was a goblin and that just wouldn't do.
And so, instead, he quietly followed behind.

Difficult was something she could work with but if she didn't that was how she'd preferred things.
Taking the wand, Quazi studies it closely as the quill documented it all down. Looking up, Quazi nodded as she flicked the wand once. "Beech with dragon. Heartstring. Well crafted." Pretty thing it was, but goblins didn't need wands and with as many wands has she's seen, she didn't see the dependence of stuck things. Handing the wand back, Quazi grabbed a piece of parchment and jotted down something. Sliding the parchment over, she glanced over to see that the key had been placed on her desk. How was it possible her associate had come and gone with out notice? Perhaps they didn't want to deal with Quazi at the moment. Shaking off the thought, she turned back to Miss Ravenwood. "Well, with all the technicalities done, I must tell you that you will need both your key and wand with you when you make both deposits and withdrawals. This piece of parchment has your vault number on it. Vault 642. Do keep this a secret and not let anyone know of it." she explained as she palmed the key and slide from her seat.
Moving around to stand before Miss Ravenwood, Quazi bounced on her heels slightly. "If there are no more questions or concerns, shall we proceed?" she asked as she motioned toward a dark corridor. OCC: please post in the given thread. Alice had simply nodded as Quazi agreed with her observation about preferring things that weren't difficult. She'd been too distracted by the goblins running around, not to mention the other witches and wizards in the hall. Wondering if they were others who worked in Diagon Alley, or simply others in the Wizarding World. But the comment the little goblin had made did make sense. Sometimes people just had to deal with difficulty. She certainly had, even just dealing with difficult people. Photographers and such, although she had a feeling there could very easily be difficult people while running the shop as well.
She tried to pay attention, though, while Quazi had her wand. It didn't seem like it was in any danger, but not having it close to her sort of felt like a little piece of her was missing, so she found herself keeping a close eye on it as Quazi tested it. A smile crept onto her face again, though, at the compliment. "I'm sure the creator would appreciate that compliment," she said, before nodding as the goblin had noticed the appearance of a key and continued speaking. "Certainly. I'll keep both in a secure location, and since I always have my wand with me, that shouldn't be a problem," she replied, taking the parchment and slipping it into her purse for now, along with her wand. And checking to make sure the bag containing that which she was planning on depositing was still there. She hadn't thought there were any pickpockets around, but it paid to be safe. As Quazi slid from her stool to stand in front of her, she ruffled her hair again before glancing in the direction indicated. "Of course," she said. Dark corridors were intriguing, even though she imagined this one was simply leading down to the vaults. Or to however they would be transported to the vaults. It was still intriguing, and she followed Quazi inside.

Shaking off the thoughts, she picked up a small piece of parchment and jotted down some information. "Well, Miss Knoll as we wait for your key, here is your vault number. Vault number 695. Do keep this information to yourself and tell no one." she explained. "You will need to have both your wand and key with you when you want to make deposits and withdrawals. Without them, you will not be able to enter the vaults, so do please bring both with you each and every time you visit."
As Quazi continued on, the other goblin appeared and placed the key on the desk and hurried off. He wasn't in the mood to speak to the Vault manager again. Seeing her associate scurry off, Quazi picked up the key and palmed it. "Well, we have the key now, shall we now proceed down?" she asked as she moved to stand before Miss Knoll and motioned toward dark corridor. OCC: please post in the given thread.
Okay. She understood, things can go slightly messy at work sometimes. Sienna knew that, perhaps. Except Ian was the one focusing on the many issues they had.
Sienna nodded. Vault 695. Bring wand and key whenever one is coming back. Okay. Sounds good. Ooooooh, here comes the key. And here comes the corridor. "Okay, sounds perfect" she said, as she followed the goblin through the corridor. Eek, this part she didn't like, whatever the luxury must have been in the Great Hall, it all vanished here. Perhaps because it wasn't necessary? Yeah, right. But, she followed. |

Quazi slowly lead the way down the corridor. The torches ahead of them dimly lighting their way. It was a fairly quick journey compared to the journey they would soon be on to the vaults themselves.
Stopping at the bottom after their ten minute walk, Quazi motioned to the cart. "Do keep your hands and legs in the cart at all time," she announced as she allowed Miss Littelton to enter the cart, before entering herself. "On last thing, if they are any forms of food on you, I'd advise you dispose of them now. Bunny has been known to smell food and we wouldn't want Bunny to come looking for the source of the smell," Quazi voiced before the cart began to move slowly down the track into darkness and the first level of vaults. It was still intriguing, and she followed Quazi inside. Quazi quietly lead the way down the corridor deeper and deeper belong the bank. The journey was only but some ten minutes but with the dimness of the path and the confided area, it could possible feel like it was a lot longer. Yes, the spacing and lighting of the place didn't bother her, but again she was rather accustom to it and she was a smaller creature.
Turning to check back on Miss Ravenwood, Quazi nodded. "We are not to far from the bottom," she voiced as she continued on downward.
Stopping at the bottom, she reached for a lamp and motioned to the cart. "Please enter the cart and remain seated at all time. Hands and legs in the cart at all time," Quazi said as she stood aside. It was the normal spiel and all, but she needed to repeat it to each and ever being that entered. Protocol and all.
Waiting for Miss Ravenwood to securely and safely enter the cart, Quazi followed suit and entered the cart herself. Giving a final check to ensure that they both were securely in, Quazi nodded and sat back.
Within second the cart began its journey as it slowly moved down the track. Quickly it began to pick up some speed and soon was zooming down the dimly lit track toward the first level of vaults. OCC: please post in the given thread. Quote:

In the distance, the sound of water was heard and a roar of sorts. Yes, Bunny must be awake. Perhaps they would see the dragon today.
Continuing on, Quazi stopped at the end of the corridor after ten minutes. Turning to Miss Knoll, Quazi smiled and motioned to the cart. "This way toward your vault, miss." she said as she reached for a lamp and held it near the cart. "All legs and arms should be kept in the cart at all time and do remain seated as well." It was a messy situation if those rules weren't followed.
Bouncing on her heels sightly, Quazi entered the cart after Miss Knoll and settled in after ensuring they were both securely in. Accidents would not happen on her watch. Looking before them, the cart started to move slowly down the track. Entering a small incline, the cart then began to pick up speed as they continued to move down to the first level of vaults. Daphne Jones followed Quazi towards the poorly lit corridor. She tapped her fingers against her side; she was excited and nervous. The trip down to the vaults, as she recalled from childhood, was a tad terrifying.
She instinctively checked her pockets for a key, but realized she'd yet to receive one. "Excuse me, Quazi. I haven't gotten the key to my vault," she said quietly to the goblin. In addition to being poorly lit, the corridor was eerily quiet, though she heard dripping water echo down the hall.

Ten minutes in near silence, simply walking, and he'd taken to thinking of other things. "My wand? Yes, of course." Preston smiled tightly, extracting the sturdy beech wand and placing it in her hand. Quazi gave the professor a nod as she took the wand. Pulling it into the light and her line of sight, she examined it closely. "Beech....." she mused as she rolled it in her palm. "Interesting, heartstring of dragon." It was a nice piece of work, she thought at she handed it back. "Yes, now we may proceed. Do keep your hands and legs in the cart at all time and please refrain from getting up whilst the cart is in motions." Yes, it was rather messy when they stood up whilst the cart was in motion.
Allowing the professor to enter the cart first, Quazi took her seat after and settled in. Just after making a final check to see that all limbs were in fact in the cart, the cart began to move slowly down the track into the darkness that would lead them to first level of vaults. Picking up a lamp, Quazi motioned toward the cart. "This way Miss Jones," Quazi said as she stood just beside the cart. "We are almost there. Do please keep your hands and legs in the cart at all times." Yes, lost limbs were not good at all. The clean up involved was not pleasant at all.
Doing a final check on limbs, Quazi settled in and the cart was soon on its way through the dark tunnels that would lead them to the first level of vaults. OCC: please post in the given thread. |

Erik moved his arm from around Kenzie's waist and grabbed her hand. "And off we go," he said with a smirk as he followed the goblin. Looking around as he followed the goblin down to a corridor he smirks and lean close to Kenzie's ear and whispered, "Spoooooooooooky." He chuckled and kissed her cheek as he gazed around. It was actually quite interesting but then again he was used to it.

A shiver goes down her back when his breath tickled her neck while whispering in her ear. Laughing nervously she smiles at him. Feeling the kiss on her cheek she feels a little more reassured.

Sturnik grunted as his knees creaked. He was going too old for all this running up and down to the depths chasing after wizards. But there was no way he was going to let one run amuck alone in his precious bank.
They made it down to the tracks and a cart came whistling over and stopped right in front of them. He motioned for them to board first and then he climbed in. It was a short ride to the witches vault and he was glad for that, but the ride to the wizards vault would take at least 2 hours. "We will go to your vault fist," his long finger pointed at the witch. Her vault was the first one they would come to anyways.

Helena held her key tightly as she followed the little Goblin into the corridors. She could tell just right here that she should have brought a jacket with her. It was probably going to get pretty cold down there.
She walked paitently, down all of the little staircases and corridors; feeling quite glad that she had a strong stomach. Other wise this cart journey would feel like going to Hell and back. |

Katie walked into the corridors, it wasn't any different to what she had expected. She stood and waited for that goblin to help her, hopefully it would be the same goblin.

Dianna was silent as she walked all the way here. She was sure not to make any sudden careless movements as she reached her destination. There she stood and waited.
