Rules and Expectations ➥ In-Character Rules ☛ RespectPlease respect not only me, but your classmates as well. I am aware that friends do tend to mess around with one another, and that's fine, but if I feel you are going overboard on it, there will be consequences. Everyone is at a different level of skill and knowledge in class, so I advise if you can't say something nice, then don't say anything at all. (This goes for both IC and OOC) ☛ Be On TimeDespite it sometimes being early in the morning, if I have to get out of bed and be on time for the lessons, than so do you. Tardiness is not allowed, unless it's for a very good reason; meaning if you're late, you better have a note from a Professor or the Healer explaining why. ☛ Homework and CheatingHomework will be assigned after the lesson and will be posted on the Defense Against the Dark Arts noticeboard. Each assignment will have an assigned date; depending on what I believe is a good enough amount of time for you to get done. Most of the time, I do not accept assignments that have been given to me after the due date, but if you have a valid reason in which you believe you won't be able to get it in on time, feel free to talk with me and we'll work something out.
I do not accept cheating or plagiarism at any time with homework or projects assigned in my class. Do not look at your friend's work and do not copy out of your textbook. I will know. I will have both of them as a reference when grading. Please give answers in your own words. ☛ Have fun!The only way to not fall asleep or become bored in a class is to actually participate in it. I will try to make it as lively as possible, but most of the work will have to come from you. Be as creative with answers as you want, give the lesson your hundred percent all, stand up and do jumping jacks if you must, but the main point is to have fun! ☛ Questions If you have any questions regarding anything, feel free to visit me in my office or owl me, and I’ll try to answer your questions as well as I can. ➥ Out Of Character Rules § All SS Rules and SS RPG Rules apply at all times in classrooms, office threads, and throughout the school itself. [] Please know the difference between In-Character (IC) and Out of Character (OOC). In-Character, my character is Medea Romanos. Out of Character, I am Rose, your fellow SS member. Please don't confuse Medea's actions with mine or take IC actions personally towards you as an RPer. ○In Character Offenses will be punished in character. This means your character will lose house points or receive a detention if necessary.
○Out of Character offenses will be punished out of character. Therefore, you the member, will receive a warning or infraction in accordance with SS site rules. [] Please do not change your answers or add any new information AFTER you've posted in the lesson. You won't earn any points for doing so. Changing the font color or quote in your post is fine, but please do not change your answer. If you have something more to add, go ahead and make a new post, but be aware of double posting as well. It is not allowed. [] If I happen to begin the lesson before you even post arriving to the class, no worries! Just pretend like your character has been there the whole time and jump in with the lesson. Posting your character walking in after the lesson has started will either result in a warning (IC) or loss of points depending on if this is the first time or not.
